in this video you will see the full functionality of exportier data export app in action to prepare a defined set of my shopify data for export i need to create a new report the user interface is understandable and user friendly first of all i will select a data type here let's select customers to narrow the data range i will add some filters i proceed with the field selection i'm choosing the fields that i want to see in the final data report by ticking relevant check boxes note that field type lists can be expanded for users convenience during the selection process i am also free to rearrange the columns this will allow me to have a convenient report with the needed data sequence as you see i can choose the proper report format and file options in the file settings on the right [Music] i wish to set up the scheduler to have my data prepared automatically so i will do it here let's choose the proper frequency and timing i'm almost done i'm changing the name of my data range accordingly as well as the report name and save it then i return to the main report screen the report is now configured let's start the data preparation i click generate you can see that here is the actual data preparation status first it's pending then it is changed to in progress [Music] and finally it is ready i can now download the prepared report i click the relevant button and have my report downloaded in csv format exportier data export includes a number of pre-built reports and allows creating reports from templates i will now show this feature as you can see here is a range of templates including the most popular store reports such as customers and orders in the last 30 days this month customers and many others they are grouped by categories customers orders products inventory etc users can most probably find the needed report here and use it for data preparation this means there is no need to set up the report and select data i will now create a report from the draft orders template as you can see a number of fields have already been selected here i'm just checking if i need anything else and then save it let's generate the report it's done i can now download it here is my data [Music] here is the menu section let me show you the settings as here you can connect your google drive to save your reports directly there you need to press connect to google drive and provide your google credentials there is also an option to get email notifications about the report generation status i will set it now and save all changes exportier data export allows to include multiple sheets in the report with the add tab button remember that tabs work for excel reports csv files don't support sheets in this case the data from each tab will be appended one by one let me show you how it works i will add a tab select the data type for it and specify the needed fields i would also like to have a header in my table and a footer with calculations this is configured with rows i need a sum of data in the footer then i save it you've just seen how easy it is to configure and export your shopify store data with exportier data export app from alpha serve you can check more information on the shopify app store page or reach out to us if you have any questions
