completamente gratis y regularmente los cerditos los liberan en en horarios de

estar y vas a poder disfrutar del atardecer además de todas las
actividades que hay ahí en el malecón algo que te recomiendo mucho es que te
acuerdes de dónde saliste del bus que tomaste ya que aquí vas a tomar el mismo
bus para regresar a merida no es muy largo el trayecto Son como 40 minutos
como de ID y de vuelta entonces te podrías ir como a las 7 8 de la noche
para que no te veas tan noche y tengo entendido que el último bus sale a las 9
Entonces ahí tenlo en cuenta ahora llegó el momento favorito de todo el mundo la
gastronomía en Mérida hay mucha gastronomía y de toda variedad
principalmente con influencias mayas mexicanas y otro tipo de ideas
culinarias y ahora yo te voy a recomendar los que a mí se me parecieron
los mejores ve a varios Hay unos que no los quise poner porque no me llamaron
mucho la atención Pero te voy a poner lo que al menos a mí fueron mis favoritos [Música]
ahora la manera tradicional de comer en México es obviamente ir a una buena
taquería y este lugar es la taquería la Lupita este lugar es mu conocido por la
serie de Netflix en donde apareció que se llama La Crónica del Taco y si
quieres ver el capítulo está en la temporada dos de de esta misma y la
verdad es que quería saber si este lugar es tan bueno como se dice en la serie o
simplemente es el hype que se creó por lo mismo yo solo fui por una cosa sus
tacos y sus derivados como panuchos y salbutes ya que nunca los había probado
y este lugar se encuentra en el mercado Santiago justo en medio del mercado Te
darás cuenta qué lugar es ya que hay mucha gente ahí por lo que te recomiendo
que lleguas temprano y una vez que me dieron el lugar decidí ordenar y quise
empezar con dos salbutes de cochinita y lechón y dos panuchos de escaveche y
relleno negro el primero que probé fue el de relleno negro y la verdad es que
estaba Bueno pero no se me hizo nada del otro mundo pero después fue el que es mi
favorito que es el de escabeche Oriental y algo que me gusta mucho de yatán es
que te dan esta cebollita encor tidda con habanero y también una salsa muy
Picosa y aidita que yo creo que le hacen con vinagre el cual yo le eché de los
dos y obviamente su respectiva sal ese Me encantó porque tenía de todo como su
carne muy suave y también su respectiva grasita después de ahí probé los
panuchos y empecé por el de cochinita el cual está muy bueno y es tradicion aquí
de Yucatán obviamente va a estar bueno sí o sí lo tienes que Probar con su
respectiva cebollita y salsa y al final pedí uno de lechón que viene con su
pedacito de chicharrón arriba para que cuando lo mastiques lo cruja cuando lo
comas Ahora yo regularmente no ordeno dos veces pero esta vez lo vi como una
ocasión especial y decidí pedir dos tacos de los que más me gustaron uno fue
de lechón y uno del de escabeche Oriental Que vuelvo a decir son los que
más te recomiendo Obviamente si te los vas a hacer aos con su cebollita y su
salsa este lugar es muy recomendado y tienes que venir obligadamente Eso sí
hay mucho movimient pentos sí tienes que llegar temprano y aunque llegues
temprano trata de darles un poco de tiempo a los meseros ya que pues están
haciendo su trabajo y la verdad es que hay mucha demanda en el lugar pero bueno
una vez que comemos hay que ir por un buen postre no y el lugar que te voy a
recomendar es la sorbetería el colón es un lugar tradicional de la ciudad es una
sorbetería y hay dos en la ciudad yo fui a la de paseo de Montejo el cual yo te
recomiendo y más que vengas a la hora de AT tarer para que puedas disfrutar de la
vista que tiene este lugar este lugar solamente tiene una especialidad y son
sus sorbetes que tienen Sabores a montones la verdad es que tienen mucha
variedad como de mango coco pitaya mamei fresa y otras cosas Además de que
cuentan con dulces que en mi caso Yo le pedí al mesero que me diera el que más
piden en este lugar Además de que también pedí el sorbete típico que es el
de mamei que está muy bueno te gustan mucho las cosas dulces es
recomendadísimo ya que es algo fresco y Dulce Además de que si eres una persona
que se empalaga mucho No te preocupes tener un vasito de agua para que te lo
puedas quitar además los precios Son muy baratos ya que por las dos cosas
costaron alrededor de 95 pesos y sales muy satisfecho del antojo ahora digamos
que quieres ir a un restaurante un poco más elegante y disfrutar un poco de la
gastronomía yucateca Yo te recomiendo mucho la chay
[Música] Maya aquí es un lugar más fresa Por así
decirlo pero es muy tradicional de la ciudad tiene sucursales al cual yo te
recomiendo el de la cazona que es el que estás viendo las cosas que más me
recomendaban de este lugar era la sopa de Lima como también la cochinita pbil
yo lo que ordené fue primero una sopa de Lima y un agua de chaya de las dos cosas
estaban deliciosas la sopa es sencillita con su limón y pollo y verduras que es
sencilla pero está muy buena pero el agua de chaya Es lo mejor que puedas
pedir en este lugar no tengo idea de que sea la chaya No si sea una fruta o una
verdura o una planta pero la verdad es que soy muy fan de ella luego de ahí
ordenan un platillo llamado los tres yucatecos que consiste en crepas de maíz
y chaya esas están rellenas de pavo y lo principal son sus salsas ya que aquí es
como dispararle a tres pájaros de un tiro ya que pruebas varios platillos
diferentes ya que por las salsas que son de pap azul pipián y relleno negro
tienes es esta variedad en el platillo Además de que viene con un puré de
plátano macho que está la verdad muy curioso pero estaba rico ese platillo te
lo recomiendo si quieres experimentar en qué probar está rico mi gusto pero
siento que a mucha gente le llamará la atención que esté dulce y Salado Por lo
cual te recomiendo que si te quieres ir a la segura vayas por una orden de
cochin el platillo me gustó mucho y el total de la cuenta me salió en 420 pesos
ya con la propina ahora digamos que lo tuvas comer como local Pues lo más fácil
es ir a los mercados Y es que te voy a enseñar está 10 de 10 y es el mercado
Santa Ana en este lugar vas a encontrar varios lugares de comida y hasta de
jugos naturales Además de que si estás buscando lugares para comprar recuerdos
posiblemente este sea el correcto bu yo fui iba buscando recuerdos para llevar a
mi casa pero entré por el lado de los restaurantes y justamente Cuando entré
me estaban ofreciendo pues ver el menú y a ver si quería algo de comer y yo no
iba con la idea de ir a comer pero pues aproveché para ver los precios y
justamente algo que vi que me llamó mucho la atenciones que tenían el
relleno negro y fue como que Okay pues vamos a probarlo Porque se ve muy
curioso me senté y ordené eso junto con un jugo de chaya con piña que la verdad
es que no estaba tan bueno o sea no me llamó nada la atención de hecho esta la
probé antes que la agua que te acabo de decir y no me sorprendió para nada se me
hizo una agua normal y a una vez que me entregan mi platillo pues se veía
peculiar por todo lo que hay que es carne de pavo carne de cerdo y un huevo
cocido ahí de cereza de pastel no Además de que lo llamativo que era el relleno
negro y a diferencia del relleno negro que había probado en la taquería Este sí
se siente un poco más local con más sabor y como si un día después de haber
tenido una gran fiesta vengas aquí a comer algo un poco caldudo no Además de
que esta carne de pavo no parecía de pavo parecía más su cerdo por lo suave
que estaba además considerando que el pavo es muy seco me sorprendió demasiado
Además de que tenía estas albondigas que son de cerdo y queda muy bien junto con
el platillo pensarías que sería del mismo animal simplemente por el relleno

un platillo que sí tarda mucho en hacerse ahora digamos que te levantaste
temprano agarraste la bicicleta y te fuiste al monumento de la independencia

algo de comer Bueno este lugar es perfecto y es muy local se siente muy
local ya que es una casa donde está este negocio este restaurante queda como 10
minutos del monumento de la independencia Por lo cual te recomiendo
que rantes una bici o más adelante te voy a decir un truco para que puedas
tener bicis gratuitamente este restaurante es don basu y es un
restaurante que es un negocio familiar en el cual lo hacen en su garaje de la
casa por lo que te da ese sentimiento de que estás comiendo en una casa típica de
Mérida una vez que llegué aa restaurante pedí recomendaciones al mesero y me
recomendó dos cosas sus chilaquiles y sus flautonas yo andaba indeciso porque
el menú no tenía ninguna foto y para saber lo que me entregaban no tenía
ninguna referencia Así que busqué en Google Maps y me encontré con estos
huevos motuleños con lanisa que la verdad es que sa veían muy monchosos al
final terminé ordenando eso y esto fue lo que [Música] recibí días anteriores había ido a un
restaurante a comer huevos motuleños ya que es un platillo muy típico de esta
ciudad y pues estaban más o menos Mira aquí te los enseño la verdad es que
estaban normalitos estaban buenos pero compara esto a esto y cuando vine a este
lugar quedé sorprendido porque se veían demasiado antojables con su plátano
macho y además este habanero que intimida mucho y hasta parece como la
cereza del pastel traté de darle unas mordidas al habanero pero preferí no
hacerlo para así disfrutar de esta comida ya justo cuando terminé me sentí
un poco mal Ya que el mesero me recomendó varias cosas Y dije al final
los huevos motuleños y como los huevos motuleños estaban muy buenos Pensé en
pedir algo que me recomendó él así que ordené todavía unas flautonas que están
muy buenas como entradas solo Mira algo que me gusta mucho de este negocio es de
que parece muy familiar parece que lo están haciendo en el garaje y sientes
que es comunidad muy muy local el total de la cuenta fueron como 3350 y esto
porque pedí un agua de Jamaica Y aparte un agua mineral además vale la pena
porque es un restaurante que al parecer está emprendiendo entonces es muy buena
manera de apoyar esta rica comida ahora la manera más fácil de llegar al
monumento de la independencia es por medio de bicicletas todos los domingos
en Paseo montejo cierran las calles para que tú puedas andar en bici aún así
entre semana puedes moverte en bicis públicas por medio de una aplicación
esta aplicación se llama enbc y es una muy buena manera Si buscas moverte por
paseo montejo simplemente descargando la aplicación te pedirá unos datos básicos
como edad y nombre de dónde eres y al final te pedirá una tarjeta de débito o
crédito este yo creo que es más por medio de seguridad Aunque posiblemente
en tiempo después te cobren el uso por estas bicicletas es muy fácil de usar
simplemente asegúrate de que pongas el candado cuando uses y cuando dejes la
bicicleta en la fecha que yo estuve en Mérida no me hicieron ningún cargo por
el uso de las bicicletas Yo supongo que esto es temporal o porque son nuevas
pero aún así la verdad es que están muy bien hechas y te dan la confianza de
moverte por la ciudad Además de que las encuentras por todas partes literalmente
en esa calle te puedes topar con unas 20 o 50 bicicletas y Simplemente te piden
que con tu cámara del celular verifiques un código QR y te va a liberar la
bicicleta la verdad es que merida es una ciudad que no le pida nada a las grandes
ciudades de México con rica gastronomía y lo vivo que se siente en todo momento
te das cuenta que en tu país hay muchas diferencias de un estado a otro Además
de que es una muy buena experiencia que me llevo de este lugar hay otros lugares
que te recomiendo mucho como uxmal y el monumento de la independencia Solo que
para no hac el video muy largo decidí no incluirlas Aunque eso no se significa
que no sean buenas para llegar usm en mi caso fue por medio de Uber pero lo
compartí con cuatro personas este me salió en un total de 750 pesos igual te
recomiendo que si quieres ir busques una manera de un tour por medio de los
hostales o también que vayas a la terminal ADO para que compres un boleto
de bus para ir a bus malal también el monumento de la independencia tienes que
ir ya que es un muy buen lugar para tomarte fotos y además conocer un poco
