Excavator Swing Bearing Replacement

so excavator turntable replacement so first thing I did is took the covers off of the final drives and pulled the Center shafts out it's a little freewheel this bearing needs to be replaced so taking all the top bolts out that's the last one right here these long ones and on the rotary manifold they're disconnected the five hoses and count them all try for a lift off here bolts are out stuff on block going to thread it through the rotary manifold to come pull yourself in you're on wood so it's gonna want to slide to the back not to me good lower it back down sit on blocks for a bit won the last three bottom bolts out of here on the bottom ring and we'll lift it on the other one sitting over there good used one just nudged it off with a 5-foot bar just a little kick get the water out of it moving the old ring set the used one on didn't go nuts who didn't machine it or hone it or nothing just free cleaned it touched it up a couple little scratches on the deck there's ground them off send this on getting the lower bolt set in the top ring bolts are in just going to go around one more time with a five-foot bar crank them down I'm going to reattach the travel motor and travel brake lines back to the rotary manifold and lines I'll reattach now pull the cover off that's the planet Aries put this center gear back in and it'll all be live now this'll take a little bit so you two hands and after shot all went together goes around in circle after circle with no problem so job completed
