Everything Roborock announced at CES: New floor bots & cleaners

if you've got a spill at CES this is definitely the right place to take care of it one of the best and most popular robot vacuum brands in the world robor Rock used this year's CES Tech show to launch an entire fleet of new robot floor cleaners and a set of uprights meet the six new products Roo Rock S8 Max V Ultra S8 Max Ultra qevo Max V Q Revo Pro and flexi and flexi Pro right away I put them all to work we'll start with the S8 Max series and that's the S8 Max V Ultra and the S8 Max Ultra these are Roo Rock's new upcoming Flagship robots and some of the new technology here is so unique they turned it into an art installation the S8 Max robots use a swing out robotic arm cleaning system specifically for Corners called flexi arm the brush reaches deeper into Corners to clean even better the S8 Max V Ultra also has cameras the v stands for video this is not only to help navigation and obstacle avoidance but you can also use it as a mobile pet cam since it has animal recognition the robot is will then roam around your home identify your pet and it will notify you on your app that you know um hey my cat is here and you then is can you know enable your video calling feature and use it also as a you know uh movable pet camera if you want to the 8 in-one self-cleaning and charging dock known as The Rock dock is upgraded it's now more efficient it'll automatically empty refill and use detergent but it also washes the mop with 60° C hot water and dries it with 60° C heated air to prevent stinky mopping pads new here dirt levels are detected when it docks to see if the mop needs rewashing or if your floor might need another cleaning pass the new Bots use roel Rock's Vibra rise 3.0 mopping system which both lifts the mopping pads off carpet but also helps it to clean better um the new fiber Riz 3.0 we have upgraded the um vibration module in the way that it now scrubs at 4,000 times per minute so it gives the tough stains and even stronger scrubbing power to remove those tougher uh stains and messes on the floor when it comes to the vacuum suction power Robo Rock has made some big improvements too the SA Max V Ultra has the most suction you can get in a robot vacuum today an industry leading 10,000 pascals of suction power even the S8 Max Ultra has a dazzling 8,000 pascals the qevo series which is the qevo max V and qevo pro brings Advanced Edge mopping capabilities a large microfiber mopping pad can now reach out to scrub the edges a lot better too that should mean a lot fewer missed areas and less recleaning from you so this is one of the new Q Revo robots and I've reviewed the older versions which you can check out right here on the channel but these new Q Revo Bots essentially offer full-fledged self-maintenance and obstacle avoidance Technologies but at a much lower price point the Q reel Max 3 is the slightly smarter model um in the way that it has the voice built-in voice control that we have just launched at CS this year it's called hello Rocky so um you are able to control the entirety of the capabilities of the r vacuum just using um this this voice assistant and there's also a new option for both the S8 Max series and the qevo series you can choose a version that lets you plum in the water and drainage lines so you never have to refill or empty a thing and it's totally DIY now to the uprights the new flexi series which is flexi light and flexi Pro are lightweight flexible wet dry vacuums these are definitely a lot Slimmer a lot nicer looking and definitely a lot lighter than a lot of other competing models you'll see out there and they also have the ability to lie fully flat so you can get into small spaces like under the sofa or under the bed you'll fill the clean water tank with clean water and detergent and then you can pick both dry spills or scrub wet messes right off the floors the flexi Pro also offers power assisted cleaning for Less effort pulling itself along the floor as well it's got the best Edge cleaning it's able to get within 1 mm of walls on either side while the flexy light offers that same Edge clearance but only on one side of course once you're done cleaning it's back on the dock and the flexi uprights use warm water and warm air to wash and dry the mop rollers in 30 minutes most of the new Robo Rock robots will be available in North America starting in April of 2024 and of course I'm hoping to get handson with as many of the new ones as possible so be sure to check back for full reviews later in the year in the meantime you can head over to techgadgets Canada or techgadgets international.com for all the latest CES News
