EU4 Releasables - You CAN'T EXPAND Here WITHOUT COALITIONS

ah I have died hi everyone and welcome to today's video where we're going to be continuing the releaseables challenge the challenge we play Every Nation you for that doesn't exist in 1444 and this week ladies and gentlemen we're back with a super interesting start as the nation of high now Hideout as a nation that can release from burgundy and as jono burgundy is a super powerful Nation over in 1444 starting off with navares right here as their vassal and with Flanders brabant and Holland as their subjects but these guys are rarely successful because of the burgundy succession where they usually get peeled by Austria frames or someone else and of course Breaking Free from burgundy I don't think it's gonna be too difficult since it is pretty easy to break free as Flanders brabon Holland and even naverse I have played all of their subjects and burgundy doesn't have a shortage of Rivals so we can definitely get lots of Nations to support us so maybe the most painful part as high now would be waiting for the first five years for the true story and then declaring we're gonna pop out of these three provinces right here they produce pretty good trade goods they're uh you know grassland and stuff like that but then expansion might be a little difficult with brainstorms South and West the hre tour East and maybe England and Denmark to our North and all of these provinces are super high def so expansion is going to have to be slow and steady so let's jump in as burgundy and then as high now alright alright here we are in burgundy you know the drill right click on ourselves go down here there's Hine out play as the release subject and boom there we are we have these three provinces let's take a look at the ideas and their French ducal ideas interestingly enough so similar to what some of these guys have court maintenance cap discount tax domestic trade power Prestige Decay infantry combat's pretty good I guess turns out the true Faith Prestige dipler relations morale so you know an okay-ish set of national ideas nothing too special and probably no unique missions yeah no unique missions and we can form France which of course we're not gonna do so uh yeah let's go ahead and choose our government reform it's gonna be on autocracy wait for a month and then see where we're at okay a month has to take by we can take this for construction discount I know I'm just gonna waste this Mission but it is what it is please let me have a double up guy which we he's a level two all right we're gonna get one after we get Burger alone so yeah estate stuff some on the diet we can do that let's give the clergy this this and this let's give the novels Primacy an increased and let's give the bourgeoisie land patronage and in that at boom just like that we can sell we can see Sports limit is seven I like that that's pretty good uh so yeah let's start building up our army we'll probably get the free company up as well I'll tell this guy to collect here and this guy to collect here but both of them will establish communities burgundy's Rivals are England and France obviously so those are the Nations we're gonna be getting to support us when do you ever see AI burgundy Ally Austria one of course I'm the player of course okay there's a level one Diplo guy so yeah lower Army maintenance chill until later I guess shorting ruler is what oh maybe some pus on Denmark question mark what I'm hoping for here is the surrender of main War not happening ah goes with burgundy is up and I did manage to get Savoy to support my Independence now I'm just waiting for uh the war with England and grandstand so I can get one or both of these guys to support me wait what what is this we're in a war Burgundian conquest of valois how did they declare an Orlean oh they declared independence so was this just Arlene Castile and Navara so Francis and these wars oh I think this is gonna make them lose both and then because Arlene Broke Free burgundy decided to declare this is so weird at least we're not fighting France though okay main war ended England didn't actually lose anything now they're fighting these two guys so as soon as they wrap this we're up we can get them to support us and same deal with France once this war ends we can also get them to support us we're waiting quite a while here it's just a really weird situation well actually Castile got knocked out okay burgundy also peaced out for nothing now this is the only thing we're waiting for wait what is this so burgundy declare on England no dude this is not a very good start at all man why do we have to wait so much I just don't get it nope I didn't want to go with that I wanted to go strengthen so I got friends to support me and I know it's gonna be just for instance Savoy versus all of these guys but we're pretty evenly mashed on troops Now France is low on Manpower too but so is burgundy and their army is smaller the biggest problem here would be Austria honestly so they're already fighting England right if we declare they'll be fighting us too you know what I think this is a good time to declare man I'm gonna be honest yeah let's go ahead and declare independence I don't know how we're gonna get the Austria first to knock them out but I don't know maybe walk around these guys get a French army to attach either way let's uh let's actually get the free company up as well and um yeah there we go let's declare I don't think we're gonna get a better opportunity than this and the truce with England that they would have will be too long I'll have to wait for like 15 more years if I don't declare now so here goes nothing war is actually going really well man up Portugal hopped in on the oh wait I guess that ended uh so yeah burgundy the end of the war with England probably because uh Portugal hot 10-2 they didn't manage to take anything uh we pieced out Brittany Rachel got a lot of force we're going for Austria now it's been about three years so far but uh yeah Wars going really well uh this is great this is great I haven't seen Austrian armies anywhere in fact so I don't even know what these guys are doing look they got 14k what what are they doing oh actually England took Zealand while we're still here this Coastal Port is obviously taking a while to Siege down while we're still here I'm actually gonna start uh developing for the Renaissance in our uh capital of high now it's already spread quite a lot but um yeah I'm gonna bump it up some more even though we're not uh Max stabbed up here I should step up once and there we go let's do that now I'll keep dabbing all right this fort is taking literally forever so we're just gonna go ahead and peace out here not as difficult not difficult at all man there were very few battles in fact well I guess there was lots of battles it's just I wasn't involved in them but uh yeah peace out everyone let's see what we can do with burgundy here now obviously France wants me and here right yeah they do want land of course I'm not going to give anything to them even if they break their Alliance we're in the hre they won't declare so there's Grant Independence right there now what do I take what do I take Rachel maybe we can do this that's 33ae that's not that bad and um then no what about resell right here rethelwa I think I'm gonna do this here yeah France is obviously mad but yeah no big deal wait do we gain borders with other nations like this we can fight liege yeah no strong allies we can fight gel Ray no strong allies I think I'm satisfied with this so let's get warps let's get money too even even though I won't get a lot of them and uh that's not Independence we're done looking good let's try and find some allies like England for example maybe Austria too huh but maybe we'll give you all Bohemia for sure and they're pretty big but yeah now that that's done let's go ahead and uh lower exhaustion a bit and uh I don't have points to Quarry yeah these two guys are a problem bro Let's uh let's get into some more depth a little bit of time has passed France obviously broke their lands with me these are the Nations that I've Allied so the paladinet Moonstruck Saxony and I'm working on Bohemia yeah I'll be able I'll be able to get them as well making quite a bit of cash to be honest mostly for more reps but I'm liking it and yeah man these are really high enough provinces over here we already got like a hundred Dev right what we usually need to get on the great powers list is like 400 ish so even if we expand pretty slowly here man we we could get up to something you know maybe even fighting France as an option if I can lick with Castile or something I thought something like this might happen the Bohemian sex Bohemia is also my boy nope I wanna Remy and I like to Bohemia man sorry all right I'll take this air all right there's like a steel wheel Mirage yeah we can Ally them to uh unfortunately the Iberian know in case we enable invading on here I think I'm gonna go quality yeah so now I think I'm gonna make Savoy in their Lance with gilray and then declare on them actually choose what burgundy is up in 74 we might fight them before that I want to chop them down as much as I can before uh someone pee use them and right we need to make our former Overlord not exist too that's burgundy ruler died a while ago I guess I'll take this concert for like five years sure brabant might break free from burgundy here they got Pretenders oh why France I saw like a post on Reddit like someone's saying this is the first time in like 1500 hours I've seen the AI warn me I guess you've never played any tiny Nations bro I I feel like I get warned like every other video so I can't fight yeah I can't fight a while but uh about 30 what's that 36 years into the game this is what we're looking like 155 Dev and these guys are growing so rapidly too yeah it's slower than I thought man slower than I thought wait England and Castile would come in what about Bohemia with the stabilize Bohemia why they don't got relations oh it happened they choose uh Brunswick that's great let's see if friends does any of the other Wars we've done so far because steel and England are like super super purple especially because still even though their army isn't huge and they don't have Aragon or anything like that so yeah really strong armies from both of these guys either way we can go ahead and peace out France first I'm gonna get warps because I'm not making that much money anyway and these are high def provinces so the wine raims that that is a lot of AE man is a lot of a what about Russell wall right here these are all super highly def dude 51 48. I think I'm gonna do this honestly ah let's wait a little more I'm gonna wait until like the January or something you know what man when do I ever take Espionage never second idea is uh a impact minus 20 I can take it right away I got 800 Dipple points this is pretty good too for stealing subjects despite Siege ability I feel like I can use all of these sure it's not very good but you know for right now it is pretty good as always a new groups are situational so are there objectively best ones yes of course but uh you know if a certain one helps you out at that moment in time you know as much as I'm playing right here about 50-ish years Espionage isn't looking too bad right now okay now let's go ahead and peace out and that's 37a down from 48 so you know what I am uh I'm comfortable with this too actually let's take some money all right that's all right baby getting a little Coalition here nothing too crazy honestly this will dissipate in just like a couple of years by the way definitely moving up at 214 Dev oh dude Provence has been excommunicated we can take these two provinces basically for free but they're in the Coalition ah just a little unlucky right there boys what have I ever been lucky though let's let's face it and dude I'm like moving right now so I I actually already took my chair to the new place I'm sitting on like this shitty um 20 officer you guys have a no idea how bad it is right we have cannons now I'm over fortunate let's get rid of these guys then you know burgundy and Brunswick aren't in a coalition with me right so if I declare like on burgundy and use the transfer subject thingy from Espionage or even the age ability I guess we could steal these guys as our vassal either way construction time what I'm actually gonna do is uh excuse again no I'm not gonna sell and seize again I am going to get indebted though and uh let's build up some workshops baby and actually this entire Coalition isn't the Rhine so let's tell uh that kind of English Channel to collect here oh well uh I guess uh Brunswick got the horse event bring going to no longer exists there we go uh one objective accomplished shout out Brunswick playing Provence huh I don't have any claims or anything right I don't want England giving me stuff okay this ended and everyone left the Coalition too sweet okay people aren't even that mad actually who can we fight here bar just popped out Luxembourg popped out or did they I don't know I don't think they did oh this is actually really good for me oh she isn't the emperor anymore not that we're fighting them or pull Annex these guys only 1780 actually not bad at all I'm really satisfied with that and these are not a low death promises man 11 and 9. uh tier five let's go with this Pope chose Cardinal spread institutions so yeah we're gonna get colonialism basically for free here oh Oh no I got claims on France let's set these as provinces of Interest these are all like really high Dev so let's see what England does but um just me and him versus Britney and France really are there armies even here that are not I'm gonna take this hit aren't I prick oh and they're a multika head again let's hide behind the forts I really think I just saw AI England assault this fort there are numbers were going down like in an assault but they were just standing here does AI assault let me know in the comments either way this does suck for me because I was planning on fighting friends but we'll see what happens yeah they pieced out I actually didn't get anything and they didn't even Separate Peace frame so now our true says uh massive good job there England either way by now my AE is low so we're gonna go ahead and fight bro blunt right here since I want to get connected to Gallery so we can Annex them so let's look for that I think we're done here no one is going to Siege down this level 43 and go slow and uh obviously I'm not gonna pull Annex these guys so let's take this okay Bretta above France because I'll push Aragon then and I'll be eight uh we gotta chill a bit more I'll declaren Flanders here and stay in this war because yeah they didn't join the what you call the Coalition ah third idea group time let's go quantity see I know what I'm gonna do I'm gonna stay in this world with Flanders then declare on France uh take these Prophet says from them that's gonna be about a hundred death for us including Bruges right here and uh at the same time frames will lose that depth so we will get up here I just hope the Coalition doesn't declare but even if they do it's not a big deal if you're Five Guys reform time oh it was four earlier okay what do we go with here let's go with the defensive stance in case someone declares I guess our defort defense of this sucks either way dude so I guess this will help us out a little bit yeah choose with Francis up let's see what happens if we declare prepares Bohemian Castile would join but Great Britain won but yeah not a problem Coalition is still active but according to my calculations I should jump prince in Lithuania right here maybe even Portugal with this uh peace out so uh there's Bruges that's around uh 22 Dev right and then nemour 24 that's a 46 that's like 82 and this is like yeah that's pretty much 101 Dev I'm not very good at math boys almost failed that but uh yeah let's piece our frames for short Show Paris and uh nemour no my calculations were wrong or or what no wait okay well some other nations are joining the Coalition I wonder if I can Dev here man although I suck with points who's this who's this yeah I need like um 20 more Dev exactly to be over Lithuania same one two three four okay doing a little more dabbing I just uh lost happening points due to an event right here that's why I'm in the negative but uh 11 more Dev I think this is how we're gonna do it it's so tense because I don't know if these guys dab sometimes oh dude this could not have come at a better time but isn't this in like a three Dove province in Verdun Verdun is in three Dev nine Dev I thought this could only happen in like a three death Province birth of a new city I guess I'm wrong um but that's uh I think that's enough to get us up there it was I said it was unlucky right at the start but this is some streamer luck man I gotta be honest there we go other goal accomplished too what do you know but yeah the regular main sort of is high now after popping ourselves out of burgundy in these three provinces right here Independence war was pretty easy with uh for instance a voice help because burgundy got involved with Britain we did have to wait quite a while but uh we did break free pretty easily after that took a few provinces from burgundy expanded a little bit over here until like liajour some of those guys uh fought burgundy again or wait no I didn't fight burgundy again right I fought France twice taking like these provinces from them over here fought some of the smaller guys up here and as you can see we're not really too big you know uh name on the map wise but the development says otherwise man 441 larger than Lithuania right here and a bunch of other pretty powerful Nations and I'm super super happy the way this game turned out obviously we knew this was going to be a pain right at the start because all of these provinces are so high Deb you know I'd rather blob out massively in three death provinces and take a million of them then I take one by one by one point of Province but uh honestly super super satisfied we were never really too rich this campaign got a few Burger loans right here never really felt too powerful militarily wise either went the quality Espionage of how ideal groups quantity but uh I do think Espionage helped us out a decent bit without it we probably would have finished this like 30 years later in like the 1550s or something like that but yeah man built a bunch of workshops right here a couple of churches here and there marketplaces a bunch of courthouses had pretty good allies stayed Allied to England now Great Britain free the entirety of the campaign got Bohemia pretty early on too got rid of some of the smaller guys got the palette Sweden Castile the pope and uh yeah overall a pretty pretty good game I I do really like playing here even though it's so painful and uh sign up man we could have gone to perform France we could go for the hre emperorship pretty nice overall I do recommend it even though they have generic French ducal ideas but uh if you want an additional challenge maybe I don't know if it offers that burgundy already has subjects but uh that's that after uh Brunswick got the burgundy succession and they Annex burgundy one of our goals was accomplished and now after we're a great power with colonialism embraced with someone with colonialism below us our other goal is a success as well but ladies and gentlemen boys and girls I'm happy to say that this campaign as high now out in releasables has been a success and that has been hideout in releasables now let's spin the wheel and see which nation we're gonna play next time alright alright here we are in the mighty wheel of releasable Nations that dictates our gameplay in this series which nation will we play next time I've been paying for a nation in Greece for so long man and uh next time it's Iden now I've heard of these guys where are they located Iden is this the Ottomans well I hope not unfortunately it is so yeah let me know in the comments below what I should do is I the next time to break free from the
