Jeff Durbin is the guy when it comes to the necessity of God due to objective morality. He's done a bunch of sermons, debates, etc. on the topic - he really gets it. Unrelated but he does a lot of pro-life outreach as well. He also does a lot of outreach to mormons (and I think Jehovah's Witness too).
It's not that hard to explain how both logic and morality can be accounted for without appealing to God. Furthermore, every "how can you be sure of that?" which the presuppositional apologist throws at an atheist can just as easily be used to undermine the theist's position. It's like a sword that cuts equally both ways.
