EPCOT - ATTRACTION GUIDE - 2024 - All Rides + Shows - Walt Disney World

hello there I'm Mike and welcome to theme park 101 today we'll be taking a look at all the rides shows and attractions in Epcot at Walt Disney World for 2024 stick around until the end of the video to learn more about the amazing festivals that are celebrated in the park throughout the year Epcot opened in 1982 as the second park at Walt Disney World and at over twice the size of the Magic Kingdom there are plenty of things to do and explore you enter the park into World celebration the first of the four lands within the park the first attraction you will come to is also the Park's icon spaceship earth this Dark Ride tells the history of communication with a focus on the development of cultures and the future of Technologies and features many different scenes in animatronics as it is close to the entrance weight times can be quite high in the morning so it's best to ride this attraction in the Mida afternoon or evening heading further into World celebration that includes the dining options connections Cafe and eery a shopping location at the creation shop and Club cool where guests can sample different Coca-Cola products from around the world the newly opened World celebration Gardens features an all new layout as well as a brand new Walt Disney statue called Walt the dreamer in this new area you'll also be able to catch a performance by the jamers a cleanup crew that drum on some unlikely instruments the next attraction in World celebration is journey into imagination with figment this Dark Ride has gone through many changes over the years but currently takes you on a journey about the five senses with the mischievous figment it features the fan favorite song one little spark written by the Disney Legends the Sherman Brothers and is great fun for all the family you can now even meet figment throughout the day inside image Works which is in the same building as this attraction next to journey into imagination is the Disney and Pixar short film festival a 3D show that includes three popular animated shorts is a nice place to relax and cool off while watching some awesome short films before heading on to some other exciting attractions at the moment you can also meet Mickey and Minnie in their unique Disney 100 celebration outfits in the same location as the Disney and Pixar short film festival we now move on to the next area World nature which is based on the beautiful things we can find in the natural world first we head to the land Pavilion that houses three attractions as as well as a few dining locations living with the land is a boat attraction that takes guests through a few show scenes with audio animatronics before entering a real working Greenhouse this is a great attraction as it usually has low weight times and is an enjoyable educational 20-minute ride it showcases a variety of different modern farming methods with lots on display it's fun to look out for the many hidden Mickeys featured throughout the green houses and it's great to know that all the fruit vegetables and fish that are farmed here are used in the restaurants around the Walt Disney World Resort the main attraction in the L Pavilion is saurin which is a hang glider simulator that flies over various locations around the globe it is currently performing as the original Soarin Over California which shows some amazing scenes from the beautiful state of California later in 2024 it will most likely revert back to Soaring around the world that shows awesome scenery from Australia Egypt and beyond go check out the original Saar in over California while you still can the final attraction in the lamb Pavilion is awesome Planet an eye-opening 4D film about the Earth's biomes and The Perils of climate change this is a great place to learn about how we can help our awesome Planet together before we head to the next Pavilion let's take a look at epcot's newest attraction journey of water inspired by moena this is a walkthrough attraction with luscious Gardens featuring interactive fountains cool water features and just a genuinely nice natural atmosphere it's a great place to cool down in the hot Florida sun and learn something new about water preservation you can also meet moena in the nearby meet and greet area the final Pavilion in World nature is the Seas with Nemo and friends which begins as an omni mover ride featuring Nemo friends in a real aquarium it uses an Innovative glass effect to project the animated characters into a real aquarium which is perfect for the younger guests and fans of the Finding Nemo film the exit of the ride takes you straight into another attraction the seab base this is a fully working aquarium where you can find sharks stingrays manatees dolphins and a whole plethora of different Aquatic Life another attraction based in the same Pavilion is Turtle talk with Crush an interactive show starring crush the sea turtle who is also from the Finding Nemo franchise it is a really popular show with a younger guests and it consists of an improvisational realtime conversation with the audience audience it uses special digital puppetry that allows the animated characters to interact with guests which makes it a totally unique experience every time we now head over to the other side of the world celebration Gardens into World Discovery that has a futuristic design with attractions based on technological advancements first up is Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic rewind this is an amazing indoor roller coaster that is the first ever Marvel Universe attraction at Walt Disney World and and the first coaster in Epcot join the Guardians in this space adventure that includes a backwards launch a journey going back to the big bang and a rotating selection of six popping musical tracks giving you the chance to ride over and over again next up is Mission Space the centrifuge base ride that simulates the training required to be a member of the space program this is a great attraction for any fans of space and thrills before the mission each Rider is given a specific role to perform throughout the attraction which gives great re-ride ability the ride exposes Riders to up to 2.5g so if you get motion sickness easily this might not be the ride for you luckily they did include the green mission in 2006 which includes no spinning and just some small movements which is perfect for guests that want to experience the attraction without any spinning motions at the exit of mission space younger guests can enjoy the Advanced Training lab this is a mixture of a fun interactive playground along with some cool digital games that are all based around the mission to Mars you can also further your Intergalactic experience by dining in the new space 220 Restaurant that will take guests in a special elevator to dine in a space station the final attraction in World Discovery is test track a high-speed giant slot car ride it Still Remains the fastest Disney attraction at 64.9 mph and guests can design their own Vehicles before riding the attraction and going through various indoor and outdoor tests to see how the car performs it's a very exciting and fun ride for all the family to enjoy and one not to miss in a recent announcement Disney showed some concept art for an update to test track but no closing date has been announced we now move on to the final area of Epcot but also the largest world showcase is made up of 11 different countries that all feature a selection of restaurants and shopping locations showcasing the country's culture and uniqueness some of the countryes feature attractions starting with Mexico and their ride Grand Fiesta tour starring the three caberos join panito Jose and of course Donald Duck on this fun dark boat ride with an amazing setting within the interior of the Mexico Pavilion it displays various aspects of Mexican culture before passing by the restaurant and a musical performance by the three caberos this ride could easily be missed so make sure you head to the back of the Mexico Pavilion to experience this great attraction heading clockwise around world showcase next to Mexico is the Norway Pavilion which houses another dark boat ride Frozen Ever After join Elsa Anna and the Gang through various exciting scenes from the movie which also features some amazing audio animatronics and popular songs for you to sing along to due to its popularity this attraction can get very long wait times so make sure you either head here early or book a lightning lane pass through Genie Plus in the nearby Royal summer house you can meet Anna and Elsa throughout the day next up is China which is home to the show reflections of China this is in a circle Vision 360° theater showcasing the beauty and rapid growth of this amazing country wherever you stand you can get a great view of this short film there was a previous announcement of a new film wondrous China that will replace reflections of China but there is currently no set date of when this will happen throughout the day you can also meet Mulan in a special meet and greet area inside the China Pavilion we now next head to Germany which has some great indoor and outdoor dining locations as well as some live music being played throughout the day you can also meet with the popular Princess Snow White next is Italy that also has some great dining locations as well as Sergio the resident master jugler and mime we now head to the host Pavilion and their attraction the American Adventure this is a stage show that takes guests on a trip through American history with the use of 35 audio anim atronics including Benjamin Franklin Mark Twain and many other amazing American legends it is a great show and I encourage everyone to watch this amazing 29-minute performance showcasing classic American history you can also catch the voices of Liberty who sing various old-timey songs and there is also a large stage that hosts various events throughout the year the next country is Japan that is home to the show Matt cizza this is where you can experience the Thundering sound of t an ancient style of Japanese drumming next is the Morocco Pavilion that also offers some great shopping and dining options as well as a chance to meet Princess Jasmine we now come to the France Pavilion which is home to three attractions Impressions to France is an 18-minute panoramic movie which visits many of France's cities and historical sites there is a reason why this film hasn't changed or been updated since the opening day of Epcot and holds the world record for longest running daily screening of a film in the same theater due to its pure quality I'm sure you and other guests may be persuaded to visit France after watching this delightful film set in the same theater Beauty and the Beast sing along is currently playing alternately with the previous show get ready to sing along with bell and other characters with all the popular songs from The Beloved animated classic it also features an original storyline from A New Perspective to the fan favorite animation the newest attraction that was added to the France Pavilion in 2021 is Remy's Ratatouille Adventure already a fan favorite at the Disneyland Paris Resort this exciting trackless Dark Ride shrinks you down to experience life in the kitchen as a rat alongside Remy and friends this attraction also opened up alongside an expansion of the France Pavilion which includes some new dining options as well as other exciting additions you'll also get the chance to meet Bell and Princess Aurora throughout the day at their individual locations after passing the international Gateway which is another entrance and exit into the park that takes you to some nearby resort hotels and the Disney Skyliner you will then enter my home country the United Kingdom along with some live performances inside the Rosen Crown Pub and outdoor gazebo you can also meet Alice and Winnie the Pooh at their unique meet and greet areas we now come to the final Pavilion Canada and the final attraction in the world showcase Canada far and wide this is another short film set in a circle Vision 3 360° theater that features lots of beautiful scenery from all over Canada and a narration by Canadian icons Katherine ohhara and Eugene Levy the final attraction in this guide comes in the form of a brand new nighttime show luminous the Symphony of us this is an exciting show that has a great mixture of dazzling fireworks fountains music and lights set to an original composition all set over the Beautiful World Showcase Lagoon along with the new music music it also features a selection of classic Disney songs that is used to remind us that we are more alike than we are different this is a perfect way to end your day at the amazing Epcot throughout the year Epcot hosts some amazing festivals that all feature some new food and drink options as well as some unique entertainment all around the park during January until mid-February you can enjoy the Festival of the Arts that features a selection of amazing artists showcasing their Disney themed artwork from March until the beginning of July the flower and garden festival takes over and includes Disney themed topiaries live music garden tours and much more from the end of July until mid November is the popular Food and Wine Festival that hosts over 28 new dining booths featuring Cuisine from all over the world finally at the end of November and December is the Festival of the holidays that includes seasonal
