now look at this big huge machine what is the name of this actually oh it's all solution for industrial zeros all vest what was Fallen lier so this is a huge machine what it does actually I don't know hi hello what is the concept of this machine um so it's a we call it a system tractor we call it a system tractor uh so it's a fixed frame uh and you have four wheel or four track steering so every track of the four can can Ste um so it's not an articulated but more comfortable um system of a fixed frame tractor uh we are running a diesel engine of 650 horsepower uh up front um diesel is just one opportunity you can also run that on biogene fuel hoo uh so to cut down the CO2 footprint dramatically um also uh yeah machine has a very big hydraulic uh circuit um uh up to round about or more than 300 liter per minute of hydraulic power under 200 bar so it's a heavy puller machine for big um yeah uh seeding planting or tillage applications can you tell me about the Searing again how how do they how does the steer we can look at the if that's yes sure so you can see there the Turning joints so uh the whole three angle track can can rotate in this in this way and uh up front and back and thereby it can do a very tight uh turning uh in the field on the street yeah it it reminds me of a Transformers actually it is a bit of a transformer we have one version not this one here a bit smaller version of it but uh same machine concept which can also rotate the cabin to the rear so if you're doing work where you need excellent visibility to the rear hitch you can then turn the cabin and look in the other direction then it's getting even more Transformer and what is the application what do you see it is as a application in the industry or maybe in a farm why what has the benefits for this machine in comparison with you normal yeah so typical customer would be large arable farmer so grain farmer uh planting wheat or corn or other um uh um yeah grains uh large acreage farming so 2,000 hectar plus typically um and you for example have farms in Australia who have really big trouble getting drivers and they want to have the maximum of um yeah capacity and and and work being done by one F by one driver and this machine can cover a huge area in one day uh we have 1,400 L of fuel on board this giant you can run 14 hours yeah so uh typically the machine is not the limiting factor but more the the what the driver can do on one day in one shift or operating in two shifts uh and then typical applications is tillage so cultivating the soil or preparing the seat bed or planting uh in the field that's typically what you do for this machine concept we also have some uh other more industrial applications but that's bit more let's say Niche so for example in in um mining uh you have machines uh like that running or uh there are also airports which have a bit smaller versions of it to do snow plowing and mowing uh of the areas with a machine like that I guess in a iCal situation also I don't know as you said in the catastrophical situation is also very applicable you it it would be absolutely it's the catastrophe uh uh uh job is not so much our business first of all our customer is is the farmer and we try to make the best possible product for this customer but yes if there's uh heavy pulling applications uh clearing applications technically the machine could do something like that as well all right thank you so much is there is a possibility I can take a video from the cabin itself yeah that would be great thank you so if you want to climb first and I give you the the equipment afterward that's easier so I'm moving inside the cabin to take a look thank you so much so I'm basically inside the cabin and you see that it is very very comfortable just you just see wow you just sit you see you have a tremendous view from this cabin and basically it's like a pilot I mean like a airplane it is it is really like an airplane the feeling everything is cool I really like it also everything yes yes absolutely the monitor is uh there for GPS navigation so the machine can do its pathes yeah um like uh yeah not fully autonomous we also have a version which could go full autonomous with additional sensors this one however could uh run with that screen uh to a defined program and uh really by uh 3 cm Precision run through the field and do the pathless um as it was programmed before that's beautiful I I really like it thank you thank you so much pleasure all right so this was really cool you we got into the machine and we saw that how this huge months it's actually working I I don't know if you're here or um this is still this is all but I I didn't see this one so let's let's take a look again so I see a lot of uh I see a lot of robotic systems that's uh finishing the electrical jobs especially on the terminals wiring so this is also one panel or building from uh I see again from retel that how the robots can actually do the job of an electrician it is funny because I was um uh I ask chat GPD what are um occupations that you can have that does not get by AIS in 10 or 20 years and that was one part of job of electricians but as you see this one is also slowly taken by the robots so I really don't know how how it happens in in in in the future uh for the jobs because and how fast it is it's absolutely probably efficient in comparison with uh a person doing the just job because it's just repetitive and takes a lot of time so this one is Delta Delta is also one of the brands that has recently or uh in recent years has really uh took its or found its way uh into the automation um for example the they have this uh AG or um autonomous uh mobile uh robots that they actually I don't know if it's actually line follower or it's just uh but I don't think it is only following where based on the lines is it should be more than that probably uh can be freely uh moved in in in in in in the factory so we'll go inside if it is okay can can I come inside or yeah thank you and this one is a robotic self uh from Delta and they are basically also they put the range of products is now um much more diverse I remember that it was like 200 um 16 or 17 I was working with Delta system at that time there were some limitation in the range of for example PLC but now I guess they have really uh made it quite diverse as the PLC for example this one was the as that I have work um and th HMI and everything uh so they have actually quite made progress in in the range of products so they have also switches they have uh compact range plc's and they can be extended extended to um as you see that the the the stand is not really ready well they don't they don't show everything but maybe I come later to discover what's going on and look at they also they also have uh charging station for for the Autos so EV charging so Delta is also investing in this um field so this also a cool stuff from Delta so we will we will come back probably to see again what what are the news or because I didn't I couldn't actually see everything okay what is this one a cartisian robot so the name of this company is Lan technique and let see pick on place looks like a very precise motion of uh a Gantry system for pickup and inserting using servos [Music] and putting D I don't know exactly what what is that so um so this his it is written Automation so I thought that it's good too it's it's a unique product you know you have a roack and a linear motion guide on it you know yes so easy to install and also high accuracy so the company names is L technique if you guys want to follow this company just follow it thank you so much so igus is basically well known for cheap automation so the solution that actually um you can find for cheap automation they are also uh well known for example this is one of the robots very cute robots low cost automation they also claim that that's that's very interesting to see that with a very uh small amount of uh investment you can get um quite interesting so they have they have stuffs with 3D printers uh Griers with a low cost so you can you can you can you can if you're running uh your automation uh project in a law budget um EOS is one one one of the uh basically main this one for example is another chip for harvesting the um fruits or whatever that you you actually need I don't know if they actually make their modules with 3D 3D uh printers or simple mod responsible so this is cool stuff here they they have actually a huge range of Step Motors but I guess they are somehow important these things because it looks so Chinese but we brand of igus or igus small it's strong yeah so they this this part are all made by 3D printers wrestling or whatever what is that some SS as I said for for a small project with a low budget I guess the solution are quite interesting um and what is this one old run flexible Machining how you also can see the different system the one that the customer can this is something that is interesting especially for robots with a lot of cabling this system is very practical because uh as long as the motor moves uh there is a uh there is a need for traction for the cable as well so this this is server system can helps if you are basically um having problem with a lot of cabling or the the the the line from from from the hydraulic systems is long so this is this is a very nice solution it moves along the side the robots as a go to the buch so we are now in re Ros a bch company and this is also very Innovative company of course porch is well known for their hydraulic for home appliances like um refrigerators whatever uh but uh also for um powert train so they're also well know for power train for example for my ebike is basically has a Rex Ros uh motor and um basically it's an electrical so um this does not look okay this is actually a fuel cell um a fuel cell power train so as you see a power fuel cell power modle so if you guys are looking that how it looks like a fi so it's like that and um B is as I said it's very Innovative company and um they have very compact design for or because I I know that actually F takes a lot of place uh place I mean uh but this does not look quite big of course for for for uh I don't know elav like uh truck or whatever it is uh um suitable enough yeah so it looks like uh pump hi hi hello can you tell me what's the concept of this design the concept so it's a hydraulic driven drive so a special application for compressor and um the concept is that you mount directly all hydraulic parts to the to the cylinder so it's a closed loop and the customer connection is just electrical so it's working like a linear drive for the customer but it's actually hydraulic it's hydraulic so it's it's a hydraulic driven compressor and you have the Sero motor and the water CL Sero motor and the manifold and the pump all also directly mounted on the cylinder and um you get an really high efficiency for the compressor because you you use directly the the motor S motor for the control of the cylinder in fact all these mechanical um efficiency that gets away uh is uh neglected is emitted yes so you have the the efficiency of the server motor it's pretty high and then you transfer to hydraulic energy and that the hydraulic energy is directly acting the cylinder so you have no wealth no nothing in between yeah so you so it's pretty high really cool and what is the application of this uh system this is a hydrogen compressor um but it's just a an um showcase you can also use this this hydraulic um for some press application or something else but in this case we yeah yeah it's it's for the hydrogen you can also compress other um gases so helium or but is it um is this exactly the same system that is integrated in this uh C pump this is another um another application because this one you compress a gas and this one you have liquid hydrogen liquid hydrogen you're you're not compressing yeah you just you have more like a pump a water pump water pump so you use um liquid hydrogen it's very very cold and it's liquid so you you you more like push push a liquid not compress the gas it's not like you want you want to fill up a tire so this one is like you fill up the with the air pump and this is like um like a water pump you use in the so I can imagine that the the pressure here is uh tremendous High right because it's liquid yeah in in the in the tank of the of the car it's the same pressure so so it's always um a gas in the in the tank and and but the storage of the the hydrogen is different here the storage is in in gas and here it's liquid so you you you don't you need another another application to to get it to your car so in this case you get it to your car and it's liquid and at the moment you are filling up your car it's it's dispensing yes my question is that when it gets into the car storage is it liquid or is it fluid uh flu um gas gas gas it's gas always gas so you can you can fill up the the same car with this one and with this one it's just the technology of the storage on the refill station in this in this case it's it's liquid the storage and in this case it's it's gas pretty cool stuff and um at the moment I don't see a lot of um let's say hydrogen based vehicles in the streets or do you see a future for this technology because I think it actually exist for more than 50 years this technology but why electrical vehicles are getting more into the industry rather than hydrogen what what is the problem here yeah the problem is the there there's like the the um you don't have the customer yet so no no cars and you don't have refill stations yet so there's always the problem if you don't have a refill station the customer wouldn't buy a a hydrogen car and if the customer don't buy a hydrogen car there's there's no there's no need for the the refri station and I think it's it's a very very good um technology for for transportation future yes but maybe it's it's a better start to to do it on the on a a bigger size so like a train like a truck so something like this to get to get the infrastructure that that the End customer can also use it in his car the I don't I hope that I don't take that much time from your time um but honestly I see it's more a little bit political decision that they actually they move toward the electrical because from the environmental point of view or impact that has batteries also is not really a good source of um in a long-term uh Environmental friendly in comparison with hydrogen what do you think yeah it's just a personal opinion I I don't have any any preferences um so I think both both Technologies are are good to get better in future with the with the to to get greener um I I think you can't compare directly uh with hydrogen you can you can transport energy from one place to the other with with electric energy it's always the problem the distance sure so I think there are there are lots of uh up and downs yeah up and downs for both points okay thank you so much for your time yeah have a nice you too thank you
