hey guys welcome back to sarah abbott life coaching my name is sarah and i'm the life coach here sandyogram friday so i'm sharing with you how the enneagram has helped me own my story in the hopes that you will explore the enneagram for yourself and and let it really change you and how deeply you understand yourself and allow yourself to make different decisions enneagram if you feel stuck and you grant a great tool to help you get out of that all right oh i'm in the anger triad i'm at enneagram eight and if you know the book how we love i'm a vacillator both enneagram aids investigators struggle with anger so guess what i struggle with anger like a lot in fact when i went to therapy like i don't know 15 years ago or something like that no it was like 12 years ago um i went for anger i was like why am i so angry i'm angry with my husband i'm angry with my kids i'm angry with the world and um slowly i began to learn about how we love and how as a vesselator i'm just going to be prone to anger um and then also as enneagram eight later i learned oh yeah so i have the double whammy in the personality and attachment department of struggling with anger it is my journey in life i've come a long way but i have a long way to go cool here's the thing i actually didn't learn um this uh in the enneagram i learned it as a life coach but here is the yin yang symbol if you're not into this you should be here's why the idea is the duality for me okay we're talking about per people myself the duality of myself meaning there's good and there's bad that's simple so i hate when i lose my temper and go off on people but i can also accept the life-changing information that yes that is the bad part of me but there's a good side of that as an enneagram a and a vacillator i am unstoppable in standing up for what i believe and standing up for my kids i mean god forbid and the good news is we have a lot of dyslexia in my family and there is no stop i am a relentless bulldog in getting what i know my kids need and that's the thing yes i have hard things in the anger triad and as much later but there's also like amazing things that when i can channel it in healthy ways which has been my journey for 12 years i am an unstoppable bulldog i like to actually think of myself like a bulldog going after people's heels and i'll never give up i will just use that angry energy to never me in winston churchill man we will never give up so that's it the enneagram got me part way there knowing some life coaching stuff about yin and yang and the duality of every single one of us that were good and bad and oftentimes the thing that we think is bad anger in my case it's actually also good because it gives me a lot of passion and a lot of perseverance and a never-give-up-ness that i think if you don't struggle with anger it's hard to be such a bulldog in life so that's it i hope that you can really wrap your mind around the good and the bad in your own life so important you guys all of our strengths are also our weaknesses depending on which part of the spectrum you're looking at and um that's all i want to share with you thanks for joining us come back next week everyone we're here subscribe because we're here every single monday wednesday and friday and every single monday we talk about our monthly theme this month we're talking about how to get organized using systems which i'm the queen of and every wednesday we change your life by teaching you about boundaries and we're all learning together boundaries are freedom and then every friday we're talking about how in sara about life coaching i believe own your story change your life and guess what uh the enneagram can help you on your story which is the first phase of changing your life so thank you for joining us subscribe give me a thumbs up if you like this video and make sure you come back on monday we'll see you then take care bye you
