Let’s prepare each ingredient for today’s dish. Today I will cook brie cheese pasta. Chop basils. Then get the brie cheese out. I am going to use only half of it. Cut cherry tomatoes into half. Cut brie cheese as well to proper size. ๑-﹏-๑ Olive. Add some salt to the boiling water and drop the noodles in. Let’s put all the prepared ingredients and stir them. (+ Add some garlic too) Add this and that according to your preference. It’s simple and delicious, so try this recipe at home! (🌸◔ ω ◔) As you stir them, crush cherry tomatoes and brie cheese.

Put the cooking paper on the top and cover the lids. I came to eat a steamed monkfish as today’s dinner. It not only has just the right kick but also tastes good. I chose a sweet latte for dessert- Now let’s go back home. Today’s menu is fish cake soup. Shrimp powder, anchovy power, add kelp, and boil the water. Freezing cold winter makes me think of fish cake soup. Sipping the warm soup and eating the soft fish cake makes me happy. I will cook them as nicely as I can. Slice cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot. Broccoli. Since I want to make it spicy, let’s add some Cheongyang red pepper. Shiitake mushroom is here as well. Here comes today’s star, fish cake- These fish cakes for the fish cake soup come in various shapes. Blanch fish cakes for 30 seconds to get rid of the grease. It’s too greasy to eat them just as they are. I make sure to blanch them even though it’s quite tiring to do. Take out the kelp from the dashi water.

I will make sweet and crunchy tofu out of it.
Put tofu, starch, and salt in a container and shake them.
Make sure you shake them gently since tofu might get crumbled. (¯﹃¯)
The recipe for the sauce is one spoon of red pepper paste, one spoon of ketchup, one spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of salt, and a little bit of pepper. My tip for finger licking good sweet and crunchy tofu is to add sesame to it. (Whisper.. Sesame makes it so much better by adding a nutty flavor to it. Now I’m grinding the sesame ~
Guess I should put more sauce in it. One spoon of soy sauce, one spoon of red pepper paste, and one spoon of ketchup. Now fry the tofu. Our little tofu friends have gathered all together. Be delicious – Be delicious - ヽ(^_^)ノ~ When done with frying, add the prepared sauce. Pour some water and add the leftover sauce in as well. Mix them quickly. It smells so good. (⋆ˆ ³ ˆ) Done making a savory sweet and crunchy tofu – Packing time has eventually come. Pack the fish cake soup in the lunch box. This warm soup is the best of all in the winter. ദ്ദി,,-`_´-) Put lettuce in the other box. Side dish cup. It’s also good to make crunchy Korean fried chicken using this sauce I made for the sweet and crunchy tofu. Sprinkle sesame on the top. Cut sweet potatoes into small sizes and place them in the side dish cup. Place cherry tomatoes with lunch box toothpick. My favorite, strawberries. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them as well. Done making a hearty lunch box. ☆~(ゝ。∂) Hello~ Let’s pack lunch box happily as always. Chop cabbages. This is for cabbage salad. Put it in the bowl for a moment. Put the leftover vegetables into the vegetable chopper and grind them. This red color comes from bell peppers and carrots. Here comes our star, shrimp. Today we will make a shrimp patty. Shrimp, egg, starch, breadcrumbs. Mix them well. Stir fry the mix on the frying pan.

I will only eat one today. Cook them in the oven for 20 minutes. Add mayonnaise to cabbages and make a salad. Mix them well with rice. Here comes tonkatsu. Huh? It’s undercooked. (◞‸◟) I have no choice. Let’s grease the pan and fry it. I guess I should have thawed tonkatsu the day before. Now it is fully cooked. Let me cook a Korean rolled omelette as a side dish.
