Empath Meditation for Cleansing and Clearing your Energy

[Music] [Music] hello and welcome to the empath meditation this meditation is not only for empath but for anyone that is looking to cleanse ground center and feel refreshed let us begin by sitting in a comfortable position with your feet on the floor your palms in your lap facing up take a nice long deep cleansing breath nice and slowly [Music] let's take one more deep breath and hand out often throughout the day our energy gets scattered maybe it's from stress maybe it's due to overextending ourselves helping too much whatever the reason let's call our energy back imagine in your Center your core a light a light that shines brightly now intend for all parts of you to come home come back to you under fragmented scattered or just somewhere else with every breath in imagine all of your energy coming back this may look like a reverse starburst or a reverse sunburst see it all coming back to you now [Music] let's take a few moments to do this and see yourself filling up with your life keep breathing [Music] now imagine a beautiful ball of light above you from this ball of light comes a shower of light down over and through you imagine it entering your crown chakra on the top of your head connecting you to your higher self this light continues to come down from you coming down and washing away any distortions of the energy in your sixth chakra in third eye this is in the middle of your forehead just about the center of your eyebrows now you're able to see truth and live in truth next the energy comes down and cleanses away any marks and throat chakra your fifth chakra helping you now to speak clearly your desires and taking your thoughts and ideas and bringing them out into the world this chakra takes it on the inside and manifest it on the outside all blocks are being released now just like [Music] the energy now travels in your heart center your heart and forth chakra here you are bathed in this light and your heart is free to open and receive as well as give love freely feel your heart fill up with this magnificent light in any blocks or distortions washing away freeing you to love and receive love now the energy sinks into your solar plexus your third chakra just above your belly button here is where your identity and your self-image and your power come from any distortions here now transform with this light you'll begin to see clearly who you are and hold your power [Music] as the light travels a new sacral chakra your second chakra just below your belly button you may feel some emotions rise up for this is the chakra of emotions allow yourself to feel these emotions and let them go on through you if light cleanses away emotions that do not belong to you emotions that you may have accumulated or taken on from others emotions that people might have even dumped on you you're now free and cleanse of all of these emotions is only your emotional remain [Music] lastly this energy continues to travel down through you illuminating fully now your entire being is the energy lands in your first chakra or root chakra this is located at the base of your spine in pelvic floor this is one of the most important chakras this is the chakra that grounds us to the earth which is necessary for manifestation this is also the chakra for survival you see the energy here removing any blocks your ability to ground once this chakra has been cleansed see the energy now flowing down their legs and pull at the bottom of your feet as we look at the synergy pulling at the bottom of your feet we invite our feet to open and activate in order to fully ground into mother earth we wait now for mother earth to come up and meet us to connect to us pull our bodies onto the earth pause a moment and simply tune in to your feet and allow this connection with Mother Earth to happen you may feel your feet pulsing tingling heat cool a polling sensation or something else maybe nothing at all that's fine to just notice and keep breathing let's take a moment in tune in now [Music] [Music] as the earth energy meets the energy in your feet and continues to pull you into the earth see the energy that goes rule of your head coming from your higher self running through your entire being running down through your feet and into the earth as root these roots run deep into the center of the earth fully securing you'll and your energy onto the earth [Music] as you look at your body you see every part of you every cell molecule and atom are now illuminated with this purifying light Mother Earth is cleansing you of anything that does not belong to you anything you have accumulated or energy of others [Music] as you look at this light that extends from your head into the earth see it as a bubble of light all around you [Music] this light serves and protection for you add to this light a beautiful crystalline or diamond structure on the outside edge of this light this will serve as added protection and added barrier for you letting only loving light fills energy into your being and keeping everything else [Music] repeat this to yourself now I am safe I am protected I am grounded and I am loved anytime throughout the day today remember with a mindful breath you're able to come back to this place to Center to the ground to purge unwanted energy and find yourself again have a beautiful day [Music] you [Music]
