foreign [Music] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] hey guys today we are in Memphis Tennessee and we're standing in front of the Elvis the Entertainer Museum we're going to go in here and show you all his costumes that they have on display that he wore on stage so are you ready Bobby ready let's rock and roll guys we filmed this video back in January and just never brought it out so we decided to bring it out today since we were not able to attend Elvis Week this year the video is going to consist of his jumpsuits throughout the years it's going to be mainly pictures we'll put music behind it just our little tribute for Elvis on the anniversary of his death I hope you enjoy it this is the famous gold suit look at the knees how he wore them out [Music] and Not only was he wearing out the knees he was wearing out his elbows on this jacket he was all over the stage back in the 50s now we really enjoyed seeing this this is his leather guitar cover from the 50s 1956 Gibson guitar here are the chairs from the 68 Comeback Special amazing they still exist the famous black leather outfit that Elvis wore in the 1968 Comeback Special and besides this one they also have several others worn in this special the gospel outfit and the one he sang Guitar Man on thank you this outfit was used in the movie Elvis on tour he wore this during the 1969 Las Vegas press conference F50 guitar that he used in his 1976 concerts [Music] thank you this is the tablecloth if you guys have seen the movie Elvis that Colonel Parker writes up that contract Elvis play at the international and then they went later went and did it and put it on the paper sorry about the Shadows if you guys have seen the beginning of the Elvis from Aloha from Hawaii this is the outfit he has on when he arrives out of the helicopter and here's the crown that someone from the crowd hands up to him at the end of the concert oh [Music] look at this guys look at the display they have in here so we're gonna go around in here and take pictures of all these that way you can see them up close a little better we're gonna start showing these jumpsuits with the last one he ever wore on stage the Aztec Sun you can see this in the 1977 film Elvis in concert and they did a good job of putting this display up with the mirrors all around it foreign [Music] outfit [Music] [Music] Elvis wore this for his Madison Square Garden concert you haven't picked up that CD or record you need to let's get started on all these jumpsuits we'll try to tell you some of the names here and there and what year he wore them on stage the Indian and teal Phoenix these were worn in the mid 70s from 1975 and 1976 the red and black phoenix thank you [Music] the red armadillo two-piece from 1975. [Music] the blue swirl from 1974 and 76 and the eagle which was worn in 1974. and one of my favorite jumpsuits the tiger worn in 74 and the bicentennial worn in 76. [Music] white pyramid 1971 the Gypsy 1975. [Music] Thunderbird jumpsuit from 72 and 73 and the Saturn cape [Music] Saturn jumpsuit from 73 and another Saturn cape raindrop worn on stage in 75-76 and 1977. Sabretooth 1975. love the design on this one Nashville's suit 73 and a blue two-piece jumpsuit [Music] black Cisco Kid from 71 and violet Cisco Kid from 71 also [Music] two white Cisco Kid outfits from 1971. [Music] now this black Cisco Kid should look familiar Elvis wore it on the album he touched me white blue cobweb two-piece 71. Blue Dude soup 72 tassel star jumpsuit 71. [Music] cobweb 71 and the not suit also from 71. [Music] the metal eye jumpsuit from 1970 this was one of Elvis's first jumpsuits and the prototype for future jumpsuits crisscross chain 1970. [Music] this 1970 jumpsuit was worn on the cover of the I got lucky album unicorn Brocade 1970. now these next brocade jumpsuits were all worn in 1970. with this one being one of the first jumpsuits Elvis ever wore on stage [Music] the 1970 Webb Fringe jumpsuit was one of only two web Fringe suits Elvis ever owned crisscross two-piece 1972. [Music] The White Flower jumpsuit 74 and this other white one also in 74th black Spanish Flower jumpsuit 74 and the white Spanish jumpsuit 73 and 74. [Music] this was worn in 74 and the multi-color rain was worn in 1973. the snowflake was worn on the 1973 April tour [Music] blue Tiffany jumpsuit from 1972 And also worn in 73 the Egyptian worn on the 1974 summer tour he didn't wear it again until October of 1976. Egyptian pharaoh from 1973 and also the cape also this cape is the last Cape Elvis ever wore on stage and the cape in front the beaded flame Cape is one of the heaviest in the collection beaded flame from 73 and 74. the blue Target from 73 and 74. the blue snowflake from 1973. [Music] the white pinwheel or Red Lion jumpsuit worn in 71 and 72 was featured in the movie Elvis on tour [Music] the black firework Cape from 71 and here's the cape for the pinwheel suit and the 71 fireworks suit [Music] a black pinwheel from 1971 and the black pinwheel cape the Spectrum suit worn in 1971 at the Spectrum Arena and the matching cape [Music] foreign [Music] now we're going to take a look at some suits that Elvis wore at the international and that are featured in Elvis That's the Way It Is [Music] blowing 35 baby boys Rock the world through Brethren came alive what also made Elvis special on stage was all the jewelry that he wore here's a small section on that [Music] Tennessee [Music] time shaking his hips and hips again [Music] and you can't leave out the famous TCB ring so we hope you guys enjoyed this tribute to Elvis showing you all the different outfits and jumpsuits he wore so if you like this video give us a thumbs up and subscribe yeah so until we meet again Jay and me have left the building [Music] [Music] it comes [Music] everybody [Music] [Music]
