Ellen Shocks Andy to the Core with a Surprise Cryotherapy Session

That right there-- hi there-- that's Bobo. I don't know his name. [LAUGHS] I'm going to call him Bobo. It's a cryotherapy chamber and it freezes your body to negative 150 degrees. I try to stay positive, but if this negative makes you look good, I'm in. [LAUGHS] Here's the thing, he came with the machine, so you know how to work this, right? All right. I wanted to know what cryotherapy feels like, and there's only one way to find out. So Andy come here. [CHEERING] Stand up there for a second. Look at your little shoes you have on. That's cute. Let me put these on your nipples. [LAUGHS] This is insane. Yeah, isn't it fun? So we rehearsed a different monologue today, so Andy didn't know this was happening. All right, Andy. Right now, it's minus 126, and it's going to be minus 150 in a minute. All right. What do you feel? Cold. Yeah, well, it's minus 230. You're only going to stay in for three minutes. So you only have about-- Where are we at? --two minutes and 58 seconds. What's the coldest temperature you've been in before? Not this. Have you gotten in a lake or anything that was cold? When I was eight. Yeah. Do most people react this way? He's a little better than most. He's better than most? Yeah, well, it's freezing. But I mean Mark Wahlberg does this every single day. He's Mark Wahlberg. Yes, you can come out looking like a Jewish Mark Wahlberg. [LAUGHS] Don't joke. Look at your face. Look at your face. Look to the right. That's you right there. Well, yeah. Like, your body is-- I'm literally covering my peepee. [LAUGHS] Yeah. It's cold. This is going to be so good for you. Only in here three minutes. Well, how many more minutes? A 1:30 left. A 1:30 left. This is so good. Mark said if it shrivels up, it goes back to normal. [LAUGHS] Remember? Yeah. Yeah. Let us know how that works out. Think of things that are warm, like-- This is really cool. I know, think of a hot cocoa, or Sofia Vergara. Stop talking. And you're-- Stop talking. --you're burning calories by jumping up and down like that too. All right. The temperatures dropping. It's minus 400. Is that-- No. [LAUGHS] This is not normal for someone. And you weren't going to have kids. You're just-- you're done. You have two boys and you love them. You don't need more kids. I have the gloves over that, so I'm good. Yeah. Does it hurt or feel good? It hurts. It hurts my legs, and my knees, and-- Yes, but it gets rid of inflammation. I'm not inflamed. 10 seconds left. You are going to look so good.
