Parking and price are what kill my interest, but it looks like an awesome vehicle for smaller cities and towns.
I can't say that I'd feel comfortable riding that thing on the road. Visibility doesn't seem great and they seem pretty slow and ponderous. Part of the advantage of an e-bike is the narrow footprint allows you to fit through, and exploit, small gaps to be more efficient. If you live in some cycling eutopia where you could use only off-road cycle paths I can see the appeal.
