[Music] the land Moto Scrambler is a Next Generation electric motorcycle built for adventure Recreation and your everyday commute no other bike features three software controlled Transportation notes everything from ebike which is limited to 27 mph all the up to eoto which is 70 mph [Music] [Music] Plus in mode one this bike has a 120 M range and in Mode 4 electric motorcycle mode it has an 80 M [Music] range [Music] in Mode 4 it also has a 250 cc equivalent in power but the bike's lower settings allows anyone to get on and operate the bike you don't have to be an avid Rider to have an amazing experience with L's proprietary motor this vehicle has a peak wattage of 17 KW or 23 horsepower the real story is the minimal maintenance and ease of working on this bike there are considerably less Parts than a traditional motorcycle the bike's weight with the larger battery is around 230 lb additionally electric is a much quieter ride you have less vibrations and fewer repairs with less operating parts to fail this is the perfect bike to Take Along on your adventures [Music] back in the city it's the perfect commute bike and with Lan's mobile app you can track everything from the current wattage your distance your speedometer your battery health you can track your daily trip or use it for directions with the Scrambler you can also get DOT approved headlights turn signals and brake [Music] lights with the 120 Mi range you can easily get through a week of work without a [Music] recharge [Music] let's go over the bike's basic functions and features the key is located next to the USB charging ports let's turn our bike on on the left handlebar is everything dealing with safety first we have the headlight switch flipping all the way up turns on the headlight and to pressing the red button turns on the brakes to control the turn signals we pull the bottom switch to the left to turn the left signal on Center press the toggle button to turn it off same goes for the right turn signal [Music] the horn button as well or the horn when you engage either brake the rear tail eight will flash red and then go solid the right side of your handlebars are all power related you have the kill switch the mode selector that switches between all four ride [Music] modes to open the battery container is the same key as your ignition flip the battery lid open for easy access to charge your batteries disconnect the center and the black connector plug the charging cable into the battery and then into the wall outlet the bike will not charge if done in the opposite sequence let's go over the different types of batteries the larger 5.5 KW Max battery is a s core Plus Battery up to 120 M range making the total bike weight 242 lb the smaller 2.2 KW Max battery is a single core battery with a range of up to 40 m and makes the bike weight 198 lb you can use two of the smaller batteries for an 80 M range bringing the bike weight to 226 lb the smaller batteries go into the bike and connect up the same way as the larger one [Music] [Applause] land also has a pretty big selection of accessories like this rear rack and cargo [Music] tray they also have options for Panter racks as well and soft bags they even have an option for a flat tray the land Scrambler are designed Manu manufactured and built by hand in Cleveland Ohio including the frame each bike goes through a rigorous quality control before going out the door let's go over the rest of the bike starting at the front forks which are a cartridge dampening coil spring front fork travel is around 120 mm or 4.7 [Music] in this bike also features front and rear mura disc brakes the front brake is a mura hsq dual piston 24 mm cylinder the rear is a mura hsq single piston [Music] brake the secret sauce behind this bike is how beautifully simple the drivetrain pivot systems are when the belt and chain rotate on a center axis it creates Independence between the suspension and the torque of the chain at acceleration meaning there is zero squat there's zero chain growth just a whole lot of go and quiet go at that with the o-ring chain and creating a smooth ride in the rear is a fox racing airshock with the high volume Evol cartridge this bike is a great example of when people care and put everything they have into a product every part seems thought out and purposeful we can't wait to get this thing on the [Music] trail
