The slide call wouldn't be argued today. And I get the last one where he threw his gear. Not sure about the others though.

This one didn't have as much ego or showboating from the refs. Just low tolerances. Showboating from the refs, when they get their egos involved, is far worse imo.

This one seemed more like playing strictly by the rules instead.
