Eating IKEA in Thailand

In this video we check out IKEA food in Thailand So lets head to their restaurant First thing first is to grab one of their useful food trolley This can help you carry up to 3 tray of food! For now 2 trays should be sufficient A mug for coffee And a glass for their soda foutain Now let me grab the food I have never seen before You can choose a drink for the kids meal After paying we can help ourselves to their coffee machine At the side there is sugar And creamer Here you can also season your food The soda fountain is refillable, so you dont have to worry getting thirsty here For sauces you can find sweet chili and plum beside the regular ketchup There is also a cafe here with special drinks So let me get one of that too Now lets find a table! Our Thailand IKEA feast! A ice blended mango juice drink topped with green sago balls and fresh chopped mangoes It is refreshing and icy cold! The sides are next! A hot truffle soup That comes with a bun and butter pack The soup was like cream of mushroom but with a distinctive truffle oil flavor Adding the bun and butter with it was less than $0.20 extra! This comes with pepperoni Crackers Cheddar cheese Almonds And raisins A food item not common in Asia So it is interesting to try it here Now would be our plate of snacks A top heavy drumette that has crispy and well seasoned yummy coating A sausage encase in a waffle Which was pretty good actually This was one of the tastiest hashbrown I ever had! It was thick, moist and so flavorful! Will definitely get this again! A pastry containing cheese and ham It was buttery and pretty good too Now lets try the mains One of the peaks of getting their free membership! The soda are not as sweet as branded ones but the flavor is there and I guess it is healthier Chicken leg drench in mushroom gravy and comes with rice and broccoli It was so big and juicy! Eating it with the rice was perfect A fish and chips set with sausages, nuggets and broccoli The fish was nice and juicy joined with some rather tangy tartar sauce The nugget was rather interesting It was plant base and tasted like a chickeny tofu! The sausages were good! The redder one was spicy and meaty The white one was mild yet also very flavorful! Overall it is a big variety plate of goodies! You get a little carton of juice that was sweet and pleasant The chicken meatball is as flavorful as the pork/beef ones A good meal for the kids or someone with smaller appetite And finally we have a new cake to try for dessert! It was chocolately heaven! A gooey chocolate cake encase with a light crispy coating Traveling to another IKEA further from the city You can find Mango Ice Cream Bar That was actually a frozen slice of mango but without any ice cream lol Nice but so very cold to eat! They also had a special promo going on That is ice cream with All-You-Can-Grab gummies! So let me try to grab a bit of every gummy! Normally they sell the gummies here by weight so this can say is very worth it if you can grab a lot! There we go! Haha I am pretty proud with what I managed to get! Yummy! Only eating this would be tricky! Serve with a delicious colorful cotton candy flavor ice cream! At this time IKEA had new dish that is Thai based with a plant based twist I also picked up a cute horse! And a cool drink! Topped with lots of fresh longans! It was so milky and sweet A deep fried chicken patty shaped like a horse! It was oily, bouncy and chewy kinda like a fish cake! The flavors of this was amazing! Sour, spicy, savory and so crispy! One of the most impressive plant base food I have come across that tasted so realistic! Of course can’t end a trip to IKEA without having their oh so affordable ice cream cone!
