[Music] hey what's up everybody hungry huh see here and today I'm gonna do a simple weeknight meal it is like 5 o'clock right now I'm just gonna try to get getting food on the table for my family all right it's not gonna be anything crazy it's just you know it's just a simple weeknight meal okay so what I'm going to do is I got some I got some sirloin bought some sirloins from Engels little market up the street so they had those sirloins on sale I made the quesadillas out of that sirloin and then so I bought two more but causing erratic really great price and basically I chopped those up I chopped those up into some cubes here right there it's little bite sized cubes and I've basically sprinkled salt pepper onion powder garlic powder a little bit of beef powder on that and it's been sitting on there for probably about 30 minutes now all right and basically we're just gonna have it's not really a stir fries just basically some like sirloin tips and have some onions and zucchini here all right so I want to mix the zucchini and the onions together States coming separate just simply we'll call this the way the family wants it and the bacon Bacon's for salads we're gonna have a salad tonight too so again the black stone this really comes through for all types right this fat that's for Maggie dog later y'all think I don't show her no love but I do mega girl love you she's a good girl so I thought that up is this kind of hard and fat but she'll love it so that's it right there the steak what I'm going to do is I'm just going to hit it with some Worcestershire sauce near it's in and this kind of you know it's kind of stir-fried if you will so yeah that's basically it pretty easy inside we have wife she got some mac and cheese ready for the kids we're gonna do a salad and that's primarily its kind of low-carb - this right here so right now I got the Blackstone I got it on high so four hundred and ten degrees just perfect I want to have the I'm gonna put the vegetables probably over on this area right here and then the meat will go right here alright so I'm cutting this out of here down I'm gonna cut this out over here first before I put the vegetables down I gots got this thick cut bacon I'll put it right here and that's gonna be my fat I'm gonna cook the vegetables in that bacon fat because that's what you should do alright that's what you should do we'll get this fat from the list of trimmings from the from the sirloin for Oh Maggie dog well put them over here just kind of cook them for her and she's gonna be eating she's gonna be eating good tonight plus she's she's a good girl she's a good good dog I don't give her enough credit bacon we're just going to kind of saute that around we just want to render that fat and we're gonna stick it up in the top and this let it go for a little while to get crisps for our salads can't go wrong with bacon fat y'all try that up but yeah just a quick this is going to be just a quick quick weeknight meal nothing crazy time to put these up here let's start my vegetables get them sweating [Music] we go well-put gonna have them a lot of fat in that bacon a little bit of olive oil okay I'm gonna do some salt and pepper pepper the vegetables I'm gonna I want hit it with some Worcestershire salt too when it's near its end [Music] okay okay so today I just want to be honest this is real is real talk this me and you me and you guys alright it just hasn't been a good day just hasn't been a good day but you know it's okay standing up right but uh I'm a washing machine it's a fairly new washing machine I say fairly new it's probably darn near ten years old I'm assuming yeah the thing went bad it uh I tried to fix it I can I can do a lot of things myself but it seems like actually called somebody because I finally just put my hands up couldn't fix it called some guy he said man I think it's your control board it's gonna cost like you know three hundred dollars just for the part so finally I was like you know we're just this Bob get a new one so had to do that you know it's all good so good we're we're still blessed but it always puts me in a funk whenever I got them by something like a new washer you know just spur the moment you know I want to plan this stuff throw it back to the back to supper that's life right because these vegetables Turner bacon vegetables are looking good but we don't the reason I put the vegetables on first had somebody say why don't you put them all on there same times like well you don't want to out run your meat right so that's why I don't want the vegetables take a little bit of time so the meats not gonna take time because I've basically I cut them into just two bite-sized pieces so I mean I want these about medium okay it's not gonna take long there's no there's not a lot there so just just for folks this is this basically wanting it though try to time try to time stuff as much as possible so if something's not getting cold I stress out at night I can't sleep at night thinking about that stuff I do thanks kid just kidding like I'm for real alright I'll put these veggies over there I think we're ready they're nice and soft question question for you guys weeknight meals what's your go-to weeknight meal y'all this right here is not really our go-to this is something my wife said hey let's let's do this this sounds y'all heard me say it before spread these suckers out just spread them out don't let him sit on top of one another you wanna what that does to is it brings down temperature if your griddle so you don't want you don't want to do that all right I want to take this inside and we'll wash my hands I'll be right back there we go these things are lifesavers so Lowell put these over here all right those things are great I put all my prep on all my all my stuff refrigerator bring out here and then I put them on this tray here really really does good steak look at that yeah that's what you want got a nice little crust to it again spread it out spread it out put this bacon over here where I can crisp up a little bit all right what are these vegetables around a little bit there we go I really know what to call this dish what do you think that's a call it I think I need to try this is ready already hmm good already [Music] state mics well this is ready of course I wish which is your sauce ready for some Worcestershire sauce it's gonna be good right there a little bit more little all our vegetables Mike here how much [Music] that's all she wrote right there won't put the steak over on our tray want to make sure keep those separate wipe didn't want them together there we go all right vegetables come in vegetables are nice and getting nice and soft all righty and we'll hit them with a little bit more Worcestershire sauce just a little bit had those on house put them down too low don't eat them no neither hi let's try this for her that's good steak right now growing up that's what we had a lot we didn't have rib eyes New York strips we always just had sirloin we wasn't the he wasn't the wealthiest people in the world but you know what we were we were blessed and we were we were wealthy in other ways I'll say that so it's just the way it is see what this he says ooh can I taste like I just you don't want to like cook the death we've got a little crunch to it I'd call it al dente put a little Worcester sauce it's a little bit more nice and it's like rich nice and rich I say those are done I say Maggie girls trimmings are done put those are over there little girl's gonna be eating good alrighty so let's put our vegetables right there right there [Music] and that's it right there that's it Harry ship cut this off it's time to give it a try I guess you could probably see that I actually forgot to get it with my other camera but uh see I'm gonna give it a try I tried it already but hmm sirloin sirloin has a beefy flavor to it already hmm the Worcestershire sauce gives it a you know saltiness but it's also kind of uh kind of rich right hmm that's good let's try the vegetables well hot hmm no onion was good not not very soggy and it's not soggy but yet it still has a little bit of a crumb not really a crunch but a little bit of a I've got a little bit of substance to it it's not kind of melt in your mouth right so that's all I got for y'all today nothing
