I went hunting about 10 years ago near Three Rivers and on the way back we stopped at some tiny hole in the walk Mexican restaurant. In the parking lot was an Earl Campbell sausage truck but we didn’t think much of it at the time. After we started eating, Earl came in on crutches. I’ve always been a huge fan so I wanted to get an autograph but I just couldn’t bother the man while he was eating.
