Dyeing my Hair into a Sketchy Kpop Mullet I saw on Tiktok

i just gotta know does this whack ass hairstyle actually look good on people or does it only look good on felix because it's felix the best way to test this theory is to try it on myself yo good morning or should i say good day mate and to that i say no no no let me work on that i promise i'll work on it so if you've been keeping up with my regular videos you can probably tell that yes i did get a haircut it basically just looks the exact same but shorter all that purple that was in my hair is all gone now and it's time for a fresh new start time for an era of healthy hair that isn't about to disintegrate off my head and you know what i did a hair mask the other day and my hair is feeling pretty good so to counteract that feeling i'm going to dye my hair today because you know balance right are you guys tired of me yet because i tired so the topic of today's video is k-pop and it's weird hairstyles i'm not sure why but for some reason it seems like it's a requirement for k-pop idols to have a phase in their career where they can look back and be like oh why did i look like one of those fancy ugly people from the hunger games i'm pretty sure that it's mandatory for all k-pop idols in those 15-year slave contracts that they sign it's in like the tiniest negative 2 print you must look like a resident from the capitol at least two or three times in your entire kpop career i'm just imagining the whole process you ever go to a salon and when they ask you what you want you tell them oh you know what the other day i had a dream that i was like a sexy beetlejuice that rolled around in some red paint i'm feeling something like that i thought we'd try something different what do you think is that doable i don't care because i want it anyways at least fifty percent of kpop model hairstyles have had to come from a dream or that hairstylist really hated that k-pop idol i don't know maybe that k-pop battle was mean and yelled out the staff and called them trash anyways my boy felix from stray kids just came back with his group with a new song and a new haircut so the first time i saw felix looking like this i thought to myself why did jyp dress you up like a character from helsing did jyp suddenly get into vampire anime and decided you know what straight kids you're all gonna be my little vampire slayers and all the straight members were like nor please but after seeing felix's new hair he kind of inspired me to grow my hair myself into a mullet in the span of like a week all i did was take some gummy vitamins do a handstand for an hour every day and look my hair grew out so fast that's suspicious his hairstyle is definitely different and it's definitely not his real hair you know what i remember seeing this tick tock that said when you got booked for hair extensions from six till seven but they were actually supposed to be booked from six til eight you're telling me that one of the richest kpop companies in the world couldn't pay the hairstylist an extra 500 to oh i don't know brush his hair maybe blend in the hair extensions a little bit but even though his hairstyle is a little bit janky hmm i can't say the same for myself though felix is one of the most beautiful kpop idols which makes it so that you can't really objectively tell if this hairstyle looks bad or good all this stuff is based on personal preference but i do know about this thing called pretty privilege and when you're good looking even if you're wearing something bad for some reason it still looks good on you just based on the fact that you got a good pull from the gene pool like what the heck man talk about a luxury some people really do be living life on easy mode but after this long unnecessary tangent i really want to recreate this hairstyle really badly because it's been living in my mind rent free for the past who knows how long has it been a month has it been a year who knows does this whack ass hairstyle actually look good on people put in his hair extensions me okay i'ma just give these a little brushy brush why is that hurting me ow i'm starting to look less like a felix and more like a homeless thor anyone seen my hammer oh wait i sold it okay let's see so to make that gray color that he has i got this and i got this i have these old gloves from last time that's why they're all stained okay i think the ratio is two to one is this two or is this one i don't know wish me luck at least this isn't my real hair like i'm pretty sure this is right i'm supposed to oh god my hands this is supposed to be two parts and then this is one parts this is a violet toner it's supposed to give me that gray color but i don't know actually we're just gonna try it and see what happens cause originally i was just gonna dye these extensions purple in the picture the extensions kind of look purple right even though they're gray and i was like what's the closest color to gray purple but then i thought don't be dumb gray is more like a light black wait but this is like violet which is purple nico are you ready to have a new dad that looks like felix oh god uh i don't think they care hmm maybe they don't like kpop so if i put 50 mils in here if i want to do two to one parts this should be 25 mils this is 42. exactly that's the noise my brain is making right now what's half of 42 11 no 21 so i'm trying to do like five different things at once and i i can't i can barely do math as it is hey i just have a question from myself to myself why did you make that so hard for yourself for what reason just pour in half of what you poured in for the developer do i stir with the ends first i don't know what's easier oh hey it's working already for how thick these look there's actually not that much hair they're actually quite sparse did i brush them too much and all the hair fell out oops okay now i'm just going to mush it all to the top and i know what you're thinking why don't you um take those off your head and dye it separately i could do that but i feel like that would be less fun holy working already you can't have a fun youtube video without high stakes but i thought the stakes were testing to see if this would look good on me even though i'm not felix oh well for the content oh i know the stakes are to not get toner onto my actual hair based on what i'm doing so far seems awfully close to my actual hair oh my god [ __ ] you wait what should i do should i oh my god yeah all right i'm gonna take these off and do it separately uh all right we have the aftermath it's a little messy but i'll clean that up in a second let me show you the fun part wow that looks terrible oh my god they look like two dead jellyfish that have been dried up and left out in the sun okay anyways that's my hair i'm just letting them develop right now the color is actually pretty accurate once we wash it out it won't be as dark but this is that gray purplish color that felix has i'm pretty sure i'm pretty hopeful for this as for myself hmm it kind of looks like i got toner on my actual hair oh i did that is toner on my hair and i did not want but that's what i get for making this like 10 times harder for myself when i could have just did it separately i literally said to myself whatever you do do not get toner in your hair i had one job i only had to do one thing i'm sure it's fine it'll be fine it'll just be like a little edge for the teen vogue party that was like the most chaotic thing i've ever done the dogs were running around barking my roommate was in the kitchen cooking that's why the oven is on yeah i've done worse one time i stayed up for like 24 hours to bleach my own hair and good news i don't think i'll have to stay up for 24 hours this time the extensions turned out pretty okay they just looked a little ratty but that's okay they just needed some aftercare the color looks right though oh god all right well this is taking a lot more work than i expected i brushed them but they're still kinda they don't look like felix's hair i'm just gonna straighten them a little bit hopefully the heat doesn't cause this to disintegrate and turn into like a pile of plastic i'm pretty sure this is real human hair so you can straighten it but i guess we'll find out wish me luck okay it is becoming straight but at what cost kind of looks like witch's hair oh god what is up with this lighting i look like i'm being held hostage and being forced to do this you better do a hundred braids before you get any food oh no it's still very tangly all right that's a braid it looks so oh my oh my god these extensions have really been through the ringer huh well hopefully by the end they look better when they're attached onto my head okay okay hear me out i just want to say i have to laugh i have to laugh because if i don't i will go crazy but jyp felix guys i just want to know who said that this hairstyle was okay you know i i'm just curious was it jyp was it someone that felix bullied in the past that became his hairdresser now i have a lot of mixed feelings right now first of all i know this one is a little sparse looking this side was the one that i really went ham on when i was brushing it out so a lot of the hair ended up on the floor uh oh look look at that some hair is still coming out it's literally going bald right in front of my eyes oh my god this is fake hair imagine what i could do to real hair um this is budget felix this is felix if he got kicked out of jyp and he had to shop at uniqlo and yes style to do his own styling well this is my felix cosplay nor water that's pretty much all the australian that i know i mean it's not bad could be worse the hair though i'm just remembering when i saw felix with this hair for the first time my brain couldn't even understand what was going on this part literally looks like separate that's not even attached to his head i don't know i i really i'm really getting that vibe the more i look at it what is this why are you on me get this off technically it's like a mullet but like scarier k-pop you've done it again i do have to say though i got the color pretty spot-on oh you know what i'm missing give me one second so i don't have a giant red helsing hat but i do have this black bucket hat that i can wear backwards that is hopefully making this cosplay look more put together wait actually was this all i was missing just a hat if you saw me walking down the street would you think oh my god like if you saw me walking down the street would you say good night mate personally i wouldn't i would walk to the other side of the street i would think why is this guy dressed up like he's about to go feed vampires some garlic yeah i would respectfully avoid but this hat really brings everything together thank you bucket hat hey guys i'm just realizing that i'm filming this video on felix's birthday oh my god that is awful i feel so bad for him why would i do this to felix on his birthday the day that he gave birth but the final verdict is if you're not a k-pop idol or felix maybe avoid this hairstyle because you'll probably just confuse everyone that is walking past i don't know how i should be feeling you know how when you get a new hairstyle you're supposed to take on like a new persona half of me wants to be billy ray cyrus because this is pretty much a mullet but i also look like a scary gen z vampire slayer two things that i feel like don't really go well together okay well if you would like to feed the youtube algorithm before you go with a like and a comment on this
