it's not their fault really what's happened is that there were two separate nests in one house both the eggs are supposed to hatch at the same time one attach first both ducks have gone out the one set of ducklings and there's a load of eggs left behind it's just beginning to pit and there's one egg that's um actually hatching but the shell has come off and the outer membrane is all dried up and you can clearly see here that both mothers have appropriated one hatch of ducks that so there's no way she's ever going to go back and sit those eggs even though they were actually hatching she's still deserted in so you're going to have to do something with them and quickly go and find my breeding hens the job I've got so many of them we've got pearl here and we've got meal fire here and they're both really good sitters so the problem we've got now we're going to have to dump on these eggs off there's one I've just shown you is really critical just coming out and the shell the outer shell is broken here okay cold oh boy and the inner shell the inner membrane is very very rigid it's dried out so we're just going to dumping him off a bit now just so he can he can he can breathe because he's already made a hole luckily but we just want him to be able to get through this because this is like leather now and we're doing this with warm water so it's not that cold and then we're going to have to dump and down the feathers of both these hens so that all the other eggs get no she starts dishing up drink afterwards so I want to keep them nice and moist so blobs bite through here or rather peg three with this beak you cane their new rock you've got a lovely mother even not to put him under that keep him warm the other thing is a duck is going to be speaking a completely different language to her head so that's going to I her as well so see if we can finesse him underneath so she can't see him she doesn't see well Aria I'll just put some water on her now while she's up I mean she's probably a bit worried about Malfoy being next to her but this is just an emergency we had this really big box we did have another hand with mil for he was breeding with her but she would not sit these eggs she was just too crazy and we had to let her go so girl come on sit down that's a good girl she's a good girl good girl she's looking upstairs eggs and that's great just wanted to be on around that's all rather narrow box Burton she's a small little tidy hen so spirited so what he's doing now being a sensual dog the plink is he decided that's not good to work in I think he's - in general he was made slightly he's now making an extra hole here but I'm still going to dumping him down more what he has done here he seems to have made another hole further up she's a good idea because that wasn't working poor thing and I'm just dumping him down now and see if he can come up she's been keeping it more glow pearl but it's a bit disturbing flora this because the eggshell looks so strange just least membrane that see I was afraid she was going to pack it so I put it right underneath her so she couldn't see it but he's making a lot of noise now so he's like he's ready to come out means woman quackety quite work so it's nice and warm here in the kitchen so I've just taken it out hello oh it's such a child for him but even this it's like being in a sort of sleeping bag and you can't get out of it as it was broken he just checked on him he's still struggling here I don't want to pull anything off him because I'm always afraid that I might do something too quickly before he's completely free from his egg I know how you doing okay he's not out buddy put him likeanything future be thrilled ride out here you've got to be really really careful that there you shall still isn't attached just wants him to actually get rid of the show himself let him do this on his own just so the Shelf falls away natural still okay mommy oh that was terrible wasn't it you had a lighter then sheets into the world was a bit stall or how your sweet pretty good mommy now we don't know how many there are but definitely can hear a lot of noises a few hatched and I'm just worrying about her going out you're just a little world I mean these are really well advanced oh you mean hunch that my visa a nicely fluffed oh oh heavens is nobody attached to me good she's a loving word duck second one out the other ones fluff yourself yeah it's got to be that one please do but you got to be out
