Dubai Creek Harbour Tour: how the area really looks?

hi everyone so today we're going to walk in Dubai Creek Harbor it's an emerging area in Dubai and you probably heard of it if you're interested in real estate so if you're not in Dubai if you cannot visit the area yourself let's have a walk let's have a tour and see different districts of the area we can see Creek Island and Creek beach today and let's see how this area looks like and if you need Creek Island which is called the K so here is the K it's part of Creek islands is the m r Waterfront project you could see a beautiful duai cre from that side and here is the second part of the Cove now being [Music] constructed here you go here's the second part of the Cove on the construction it was sold at the end of 2022 so you can see that construction is already ongoing and this project will have a beautiful Skyline View you can see Bush Khalifa and [Music] downtown [Music] so when you enter a Mars Community you can immediately say that you are in Mars Community look at this everything is fully taken care of Look At The Pedestrian walk how wide it is and now we're going to walk towards the Boulevard and Creek Island and we can see a lot of retail is already open and [Music] operational here's the boulevard can see there is a VA Hotel cafes bar shops clinics pharmacies it's all [Music] open so dubik Creek Harbor is clearly a family oriented community so you can see a lot of children play areas around and and we are actually approaching the [Music] park so at the moment as of January 2024 there are two districts released in Dubai Creek Harbor one of them being a creek Island where we are currently walking and this is the district that you probably saw the most online and in the videos and the second district that is been constructed now it's called Creek Beach so this part of Creek Island where you can see now Palace Hotel being handed over so this part will be connected to the creek Beach which is the mainland over there it will be connected with this beautiful bridge that is still being constructed uh on the other side you can already see some residences me D plus VA hotel and I will show you the view from Palace residences so you can better see how the creek Beach looks like today [Music] passing by the park you can see a few residences around the park that are having a beautiful Park View DOA Creek rise Harbor Gates you can see the address over there there were even one bedroom apartments facing the park in these buildings so we are back to Boulevard now we're going to see the beautiful prominate and we'll start with address here we go this is the new extension by the way this part was recently open and we're going to see the beautiful Bridge [Music] look at this beautiful Bridge so from this side we can see Festival City and chadal and Library this big construction site is actually Diva headquarters and from this side just a stunning view look at that I mean I live in Dubai for more than 8 years and there are some locations that you cannot miss you always have to take a picture one of them is Bush Khalifa Skyline I mean look at this isn't it just gorgeous and there we go the prominate starts here let's check it [Music] out so we are now passing by the address and since the project is still new it was open lately we can see the Treet tail is still not operational but you can already see the names of the restaurants and cafes and Shops coming to this [Music] location by the way if you have your parents or relatives visiting Dubai and you are running out of ideas where to take them this can be a very nice area you can spend half a day here you can walk you can grab a coffee or lunch there are many restaurants cool restaurants open we approaching now the main part my favorite part which is Marina and I'll show you how busy it is [Music] think not sure what these people are queuing for probably for the boat trip here is probably one of the most beautiful marinas in Dubai look how pretty it is if you didn't have enough there is another Bush halifa shot here you [Music] go [Music] I mean if you like walking it's one of the best areas for you you can easily reach your 10,000 steps goal I have reached already 7K for today but there is a lot of space [Music] so I'm back in my car it was a nice walk in by Creek Harbor and if you have any questions about the properties here whether it's off
