Draining a Flooded Street 2

I am back to the location from last week where I filmed you see how there's not much water coming out of a pipe either the road is clogged and jammed up with debris or somebody else cleared it there might be a flood up here yes there is a flood why am I the only one who ever does this at least its 4th of July weekend there's not many people around to splash with their cars there's a tremendous amount of debris on this one it's like so hard to get off there well I just heard it start absolutely raging down there I know I'm probably gonna get a lot of comments saying I should be wearing a fluorescent vest but on my back I do have a flashing light that is made for doing this kind of stuff in low visibilities there we go we've got some whirlpool action that's cool that guy went around also I got a whole bunch of comments saying on my draining a street video one that it's against the law for them to go in the other Lane no it's not if there's a obstruction in the road you should either go around it or whatever like the middle of the street is the shallowest area that one all over me this is good this is taking kind of a long time to do I clear it seconds later their gums the pine needles just to jam it up again you can tell the drain took in a lot of water it's not as deep as I started big clump off of there then we move around with my feet to get the whole this stuff off is it probably the most efficient thing I can do is just keep moving my legs to get that you see all the debris in the street that's what's causing this [Music] it's pouring again this is gonna start jamming up once again okay there's no one coming check out where's the other one should be right here from there those logs a big stick there's a ton of debris hey this side is just about drained that's probably my best bet just pushing it in and it'll just fall out the drain on the other side now I have to go over to the other side I can get that one on a day like this because it's raining so hard I'm the one who has to be paying attention because there's no way even with my fluorescence that really anyone can see you in this kind of weather you're not seeing a whirlpool but it is going down because you see if it wasn't going down it would still be flowing into the other lane there's something I'm trying to find down there I find what I'm doing now is I'm clearing that big slit that the curb has and that's allowing all the junk to pass through and just lost into the woods as soon as I start to see the curled I'm going to move on I can always come back here later on with a rake there we go all kinds of suction but oh no look what's coming towards it all that debris so I got to keep kicking making sure it gets in there there's a 24 inch pipe between here and the other side but then what's kind of dumb there's only a 12 inch one going into the woods I don't understand the reasoning behind that but this stuff is not going to clog that 12 inch one if I help I will get garbage out of here but you see I did a a pretty good job I'll come back here later on when the flood is completely gone well it is completely gone well when it dries up I'll come here and get whatever debris returns it's still raining pretty badly there's a few more locations that I still have to check out thanks for watching [Applause]
