hey guys welcome to Lake Michigan angler TV my name is Michael really excited for you guys to be here with us on this very special unique video today we are coo fishing out of Chicago this is a place that you don't normally see a lot of videos made on you know as far as targeting Coos out of the city it's not exactly the easiest place to access get out on and fish in front of but we're going to have the beautiful Chicago skylin as our background we're currently in montro Harbor uh we were invited out by Captain nesto from Thin Blue Line fishing and his beautiful uh manipulator boat here we're going to get out here uh that leads me to the other portion of why this is a special trip here uh this is a collaborative effort here he's managed to bring together quite a few different YouTube creators who all salmon fish Lake Michigan from various areas around the lake and this is going to give us a chance to U see how we all fish differently um myself uh you know I fish throughout Indiana Chicago in Illinois and Wisconsin uh we also have Brian and Max from Big Lake little boat they're YouTube channel we've done a podcast with uh Brian as well and they're going to uh run some stuff that that that they're really doing well with down in the Indiana waters for their Co-op and then from across the other side of the lake at the Michigan side we have Chris from T tangle tackle uh joining us he's making the trip for his first time ever experiencing what our Springtime coo run is like on the western side of Lake Michigan and I'm pretty sure he's going to bring some stuff that uh they may employ over there to catch their Co and he's going to check out our stuff so it's going to be a really great opportunity for all of us to just uh check everyone's stuff out see how we're doing things while we're doing it see if there's any differences is it all the same doesn't even really matter they're Springtime Co they kind of hit anything at at any given point but we are fishing under a little bit tougher conditions overcast uh strong South Southwest winds um it's going to give it some chop in the water we're also fishing in the afternoon so it's not that early morning first you know first light bite where they just eat anything my be a little bit tougher we're going to kind of find out as we get out there uh but it should be a good trip overall and hopefully one where you guys can pick up a couple of little nuggets that you guys can use for your own fishing so let's go and jump on board and get the day started hey guys what's up Chris hey how you doing good all right BL the rain didn't uh we a little sprinkle but it was great okay we had a blast there's cops on every every corner welcome to Chicago it's not like that in man I'm Max from Big Lake the little boat I want to show you our uh setup for today one color is going to be a traditional uh Dodger fly two color baby spin doctor with aqua flash fly uh another two color we're going to have a black lightning plug on the three-color gold Rasta goose and uh Dipsy is going to be the double glow Pearl with the pickle Sunshine fly on the Dipsy uh rigger is going to be uh stubbies spin Octor mini flashers Etc and then on this side um Reger is going to be on the mini flasher with a gold back and this reg is be a a Wonderbread spoon um starting from the top uh we got thin fish uh clean be on the board we got two one color guys is going to have the orange Dodger with another peanut fly and our three colors going to have another J plug Lucky Charms that's their setup so where are we going to set up at so we're going to set up um Navy area yeah you know what yeah we'll work the shed I think we take the right in front of the shed check it if there's not be there we going to put to the corner and start there yep that [Music] works they all do a great job back the f I know we put them out like right now we normally have five we have them out there like the first one we have right now is all right we've had them further that people get the biggest fish on them and they're like oh I'm tired we we had one group it took five people to bring one Lake BR had that oh yeah they five people Grandpa brought it in at the end we've had three grown men wrestling one fish one time and then another time I had a guy catching 30 powder and a 450 copper that's out there never complain a second be go yeah here you go Rec me was [Music] that all right we got Max hooked up Max what we hooked up on you get not yet all right what's on that one bud I don't know but it's jumping back there it's jumping wait was this the [Music] we got how deep are we we are in 25 25 yep now go there you go Max [Music] [Music] here he comes this other board took a hit just before this one going back like this fish J plug J plug before we pull I got to get a photo of it oh my goodness on the J plug got run more I so I'm going to tell you something this is going to be the first this is going to be the first fish get Aug there you go you're welcome J plug let's go he runs them as a slider riger tky one too fish fish you want to drop it there real quick uh guys first fish of the day Lucky Charms awesome guys good start to the day hooked up on the rigger [Music] oh yeah nice little H shakes in there let's get that first Chicago Co there Chris come on baby there it is hey congs [Music] [Music] I got the line got the L yep got finger out of here we go got him Wonder Bread there he is choose that Max no oh next week I'm I'm putting out Wonderbread for Max as soon as I do Leo it's going to go that one oh yeah he they don't S no Co that don't sound like a go bring in eastbound troll got a got a bite here 25t of water what's what's on that one guys the Wonder Bread again D di there we're live all right let's go Max everybody want the back it is Monday not Sunday and I'm on of poke far far away and if you look at the background the skyline it looks nothing like man SE over there we got a whole YouTube crew on here I'm going to introduce you guys in just a second but we just hooked up on a DI fish that might be they've been showing up sheep said be a rock B hey we're going to let this play out I'm going to go through go through the boat in somebody on here talk about their channels how things are going out here but it just this is cool out here guys if you ever get a chance to come down to chicag I've always wanted to do this I mean just look at that back further away from the big Skyline now but we were there not long ago just made such a hard to be really really interesting so the idea of taking down here in Chicago I cannot anyway let's see what happens you going to hand go ahead and walk back walk back see if I can sneak in [Music] there I a good fish big brown oh yeah oh yeah big brow come on there we go fishing in that yes woo nice job Max yes it down job fellas nice one pack a nice fish there we don't get Browns like that up there in May Wow Let's Go nice one on the Wonder Bread on a Wonder Bread second fish to day on that Wonder Bread there he is awesome hold them up for the camer yeah grab them up ma let's get them up here there we go nice and wonder Bread's Ting pretty good yeah hook came out in the net too Max there you go what a beautiful fish let's take a good look at at aw absolutely gorgeous awesome you're not kidding that is a here oh oh you guys go ahead I'm just
