welcome to grandpa kitchen today we are preparing giant veg pizza loving caring sharing this is my family [Music] let's mix dry ingredients all purpose flour add enough salt i'm adding some garlic powder mix well dry ingredients add some sugar in the warm water active dried yeast set this aside for some time to proof make well in the center for pouring in the liquids let's add wet ingredients i'm adding some oil add some yogurt give that yeast mixture quick stir and pour over the flour mix dry and wet ingredients generously okay so knit together by hands this pizza dough and cover up with a bowl set this pizza dough aside for 2-3 hours by the time we will prep veggies [Music] so pizza dough is almost doubled in size let's apply some olive oil to the pizza bottom so pizza dough will not stick sprinkle some flour on the bottom we'll make small holes using this fork so pizza sauce will get inside now we'll apply pizza topping so i will sprinkle diced mozzarella cheese on the top now we will sprinkle onions petals mushrooms sliced green chilies red and yellow bell peppers capsicum sliced tomatoes black olives green olives sprinkle with parsley and oregano red chili flakes let's sprinkle diced mozzarella cheese again it's time to bake we got one oven setup we'll set it for the baking okay so okay [Music] ah foreign super do [Music] do [Music] [Music] do [Music] [Music] you
