Dollar Tree DIYS to style house plants.

so in today's video I'm going to be making some DIYs that you can style in your home and most of these I'm going to be using when I'm doing some propagation to my plants but these can be used for any kind of Decor you can use these to style your artificial um florals in these as well now these are the organization um containers from the Dollar Tree and this is really simple and easy so the first smaller container you can just add some stones in and these stones are from the Dollar Tree now you have two containers where I can add some water into them and add some of my cuts but if you wasn't using your house plants you can style some artificial plants in there now I do have a basket of cuts already and what I do for my cuts is I when I um snip them I like to add a dab of hot glue on the bottom and that way I could seal the stamps these containers are nice strong plastic containers and I love using the clear containers with my house plant Cuts because that way I can see my um growth I can see the roots growing and I love this this is a really cute way to style them um because when I um style my cuts I do want um the Aesthetics to still look good because these are also really great for Decor but if you want to use your artificial plants that is fine as well here's another container from the Dollar Tree I just wanted to show you this one this one is a three-part container as well and I'm just going to add some water and some Cuts in these also now you can find so many different um of these containers and use these for when you are styling your Cuts or rocks or any kind of greenery of Flor around your house now they also at the Dollar Tree had these um metal I think these were picture frames I just popped that insert out I'm going to be using two of these and I'm going to be using a wood piece from the Dollar Tree now I love this station this is so cute I'm going to show you how I'm going to use it for my house plant Cuts but this is also a cute Chef so what I'm going to be doing is adding this wood piece um to these two pieces now you can paint this but I'm leaving it just the wood it is um the color it is the natural wood color but you can stain this or paint this as you can see I'm adding glue around the half circle part of that once was pictured frame and I am going to add that to um the wood piece just like this this is going to be the bottom so once I flip it over you'll see how this looks now and then I'm going to attach the other piece if you wanted to use this for a little trayer a little shelf this is absolutely adorable and it looks really great especially if you stain this but I am going to add some of those two pack salt and pepper shakers from the Dollar Tree they are two in a pack and I'm going to be using two packs now why I am doing this video is because one of my sweet viewers she goes by the name Becky emailed me and she noticed that in some of my videos she see house plants so she wanted to know um did I have house plants and a fun fact about me I'm actually a plant parent I have many house plants and so she wanted some inspiration on how to style her Cuts but I also wanted to make sure that I um show you or even tell you ways that you can use these for other purposes so as you can see these are the two packs of the salt and pepper shaker and these are glass I love this and I'm just hot gluing them right down and I'm connecting these because I'm definitely going to be using this for when I am styling my cuts and waiting for my roots to grow but you can also put some artificial um plants or florals in this as well Becky I hope you find some inspiration in these DIYs I am bringing you 10 to 10 easy Dollar Tree ways to style your house plant Cuts but also you can use these for other Decor purposes so now what I'm going to do is go in and add some water in each one of these and then I'm going to be adding in some of my cuts so I am always propagating my plants I like to multiply my plants because I give them as gifts this is absolutely adorable and I mention I love watching The Roots grow I get so excited so here's another example you can just take a picture frame this is a 8 by10 picture frame from the Dollar Tree this one is um one of my favorites as well and I'm creating this one for those small stems that you may have so I'm just going to take the backing off and take the insert out and replace it with um this sheet of um wallpaper from the Dollar Tree I'm just going to cut it down to size and then what I'm going to do is just peel off the backing and I'm going to place that on the back part I mean on the front part of the backing if that makes sense but you see what I'm doing and then I'm going to insert that right back and into the frame keeping the glass and everything in there once I get that complete I have two packs of those little small jars from the Dollar Tree out of the crafter Square section and what I'm doing is removing the lids because I don't need those and then I'm going to hot glue these in in four sets at the top and at the bottom and I'm just going to use some hot glue these are perfect for the small stamps now I am leaving the hook on the back so that you can hang this on the wall I am going to be hanging this on the wall and I'm also going to be using command strips because this is really light and plus if you add water this is for those small stems and once I get that complete as you can see this is how it turned out and you can use any background um wallpaper that the Dollar Tree have absolutely adorable I add a few stems in because I did some cutting um last night that's why I had a few in that basket and I absolutely love this one as well now for another Dollar Tree um DIY hack I just have two of these vases I'm going to add one in the inside and I'm holding in place so that I can pour the Rocks but I want the rocks to be sort of stuck and as you can see I added in a cut and this is absolutely adorable as I mentioned earli I love um styling my cuts as Decor now the Dollar Tree put out these larger vases this one is $3 this one is the same technique as the previous one but I have a small glass candle holder from the Dollar Tree I'm going around around this with rocks this will be really cute as a candle holder if you pop one of your little candles in the inside but of course I am using this for my house plant cut so I'm adding in some water and then I'm going to add in one of my cuts I think this is so cute and I'm actually going to add in two and I absolutely love this and this one is really pretty and I may end up using this as a candle holder because I absolutely love it now for the next one these are the little organizer draws from the Dollar Tree and these are perfect because these can be used as um decor for your window because they are slam and what I'm going to be doing is one of them I'm actually going to embellish it a little bit with a transfer sticker that I have off sheet that I picked up from Amazon so I'm just going to take this little um bird cage decor and I'm just going to transfer that over I love these like I mentioned earlier the little um heavy duty plastic uh organizers are perfect from the Dollar Tree to create little um decor with so I'm just going to pull off the plastic I love these transfer stickers and then I got some more Cuts here I'm just going to pour some water in both of them but I'm only going to show you the one that I embellished because um the other one is just you know plain I didn't put anything on it so after I add the water I'm going to add in Some Cuts now I do a lot of gifting um when I do propagation with my plants so these are actually cute ways if you want to gift a piece of your plant to someone um I think it's always cute to give them and give them in some nice containers so this is a different sort of video for me because I usually move my plants and stuff out of the way when I am um showing my Decor that I create but in today's video I'm going to give you a sneak peek of my house plant so I'm going to be a little vulnerable today now for this one they put these little vases out at the Dollar Tree and I love these I am going to add I'm adding some hot glue around it and I'm going to connect one of those um Fishbowl vases from the Dollar Tree I do not know why I did not remove that sticker I don't usually do that but oh well I think this looks really highend and this is nice I absolutely love this and this is just a pretty base to styling your home but I am rescuing a cut for someone and so while I'm watching The Roots grow at home I thought I'll put it in something really pretty and I think later on I am going to use this one as a candle holder as well this would be a beautiful candle holder if you do a set of two and here's that plan it has a little little bitty root but I am going to try to revive this and I absolutely love this [Music] vase now for this um next one I do this all the time especially when I'm gifting any of my cuts I'm just using one of the vases from the Dollar Tree and some of these crabsticks and I'm just going to hot glue them around the chunky um part of this vase now you can paint these when I'm gifting them I usually paint them the color um the person's favorite color that I'm gifting my cuts too but I always wait till I get Roots before I gift my cuts because that way um whoever I'm gifting them to they can go right ahead and plant them so I do a lot of um propagations with my plants um and that's how I got so many plants already so what I'm going to do is continue going around and then after I get that done that is complete I think this would be really cute if you add some juk cord around it or like I mentioned um paint it but I'm leaving this as is for today's video and I'm just going to add some water and add one of my cuts and that is going to be it now I am going to show you I'm going to be vulnerable and show you you my mess now keep in mind tomorrow Saturday is is water day and that's when I do a lot of my maintenance to my plants I didn't have time to get that done I wanted to get this video out for you Becky so I'm going to be vulnerable here and show you my mess so you can get a gist of how I style my plants because Becky mentioned that I don't show my plants in my video so here's some of my mess um here are some of the um little projects from today and I still have my water can there I'm so sorry but here are some of my plants I have some hanging as well over here these are some of the plants where the roots grow I got one at the top that I'm waiting to see some roots that I replanted so I'm proud of those this huge mama here I cannot wait to um get that cut down this weekend so and yes I know it's just two leaves I'll be working on that tomorrow as well and here is um the plant that I am working on for a friend this here is just beautiful but I have to get this cut down so tomorrow is the day I'm going to work on this so I also um like to use baskets um to style multiple plants and these are the baskets from the Dollar Tree and here's that other project from today I just love love this I'm definitely going to be using that and this is one of my favorites and and here another basket I just have it sitting on a stool with a few Cuts in there as well and I know I know that looks terrible I will deal with that one tomorrow as well I have a lot of Maintenance I really I've been really busy here's some other of my plants um some of them are doing good and that's my new project from today I'm loving that as well um I'm definitely going to be using that and um let me see here's another plant there I have a little station down here with my little water fountain and I have some little plants there and here's some mess I'm going to go ahead and open this up this is just why I keep all my maintenance for my plants um here's a station this is a propagation station and I think I got that off Amazon and here's some more of my mess like I mentioned I move things around so tomorrow I'll be working on things and yes I do see the desk tomorrow I will get this all shined up this is absolutely my favorite plant but I'm going to get off all cleaned up and I um oh this is that again I wanted to show what it was something I wanted to show I don't know what it was but this is just the overall look again I have more plants this is what it is that is actually a shower CAD I used it for my plants in my um dining area Becky I hope you got some inspiration from today's video out of my mess I promised you
