DODGERS REOPENING DAY JUNE 15TH, 2021 - WHAT'S NEW AT DODGER STADIUM

[Music] so [Music] hey guys and welcome back to my channel i am so excited because today is the reopening day of dodger stadium so kenny and myself are really excited because today they are reopening the stadium at full capacity it is june 15th and we're gonna go this time and explore some of the things that were not open the first time we came back when the park was kind of had like i guess you could call it their soft opening but all of the new expansion that they had here there at the park in regards to the shake shack and the golden glove bar some of these places that were not open when we went we're gonna hopefully go and check them out today or at least show you what you and your family can expect when you guys come to the park so let's get ready look at all of this the stadium is that guys welcome to reopening day here at dodger stadium [Music] all right guys we are here and let me show you already this epic beautiful view and you can feel the energy already you can feel the vibe with the stadium being at full capacity but let me show you this amazing view here are just some of the great new art pieces that are up for great new visuals reminding people that we are world champions and here are the crowds coming to support guys i absolutely love it on this very hot summer day but look at that beautiful sun starting to set it's going to be a great game you guys we are in look at this now this is considered the new front door to the stadium and again this was part of the new expansion that doctors did and it's now fully functional full of people energy and again i'll link that video that i did a couple months ago in the description below but now we're going to go ahead and get to explore some of the areas that we didn't do a couple months ago because not everything was open look at these cute photo ops you've got blue heaven on earth back there and i think that's i believe that's where the children's face is like a playground you've got the dodgers fire truck this is awesome i love that they have these photo opportunities here now they didn't used to have these and now they do i love that part of the expansion was creating or making this stadium a 360 location meaning it it connects and so as you can see two guys are up there chilling watching the game i'm part of that newly renovated area or expansion okay guys so we're just walking we are just exploring everything that's here oh something's happening right now you hear the energy another photo op right here for you guys to enjoy the world series world champion trophy super cool and look at the actual world series trophy you guys so kenny and i are going to take a picture with the actual world series trophies i feel like in a small way we want this to this is for us all of our support all the tears all the waiting so we are excited it's about a five-minute wait but you can do this with your family too i don't know how long this is gonna be up for i'll try to find out the information and put it in the description below but this is gonna be super cool it might just be for today since it's the grand reopening of gadget stadium but i'll find out and again i'll let you guys know and i'll insert that picture right now okay this is the awesome kid or family play area i absolutely love it i filmed this last time but there was a gate right here so you weren't allowed to come and kind of try out these little cool toys they're just like these red rubbery things i don't know let me look there it's kind of just like plastic like you know adam when you're at a playground but they're really cool like topsy-turvy stuff look how cute that is i love it and then they've got this la foamy logo that kids can run on super safe super cute they had out in the front earlier the last time we came and people were taking pictures of it or on top of it standing on it but that's so cool that's just fun for the kids it's adorable running around having fun look at this epic view guys from this play area who doesn't want to just have their kids playing right here grab a beer or a drink and just relax and enjoy this grab some popcorn this is awesome they've also got some security here which is awesome make something super safe with your kids what i love about this stadium is that this has become so much more family friendly than probably in the past oh there's my big child so i love this stadium and this is one of the new expansions and one of the new things that they did when they renovated the park so when we're in seattle last time they we toured their stadium their baseball stadium it was really cool it was very family friendly they had parks they had fire pits and i love that they brought some of that to dodger student where it's more family friendly they've got different areas to cater to everybody so something you definitely have to come and check out so right now penny and i are in line we're going to do a photo booth opportunity with of course go to our favorite players justin turner and clayton kershaw you're gonna pick two players yeah uh we're gonna go with the turner and first one yes [Music] they're the best i want they're pretty much our best friends so we're picking them [Music] and take some pictures with them your typical day here at dodger stadium now [Applause] [Music] [Applause] you guys if you have a chance to do that photo booth experience it is and it's free just so you guys know so definitely take advantage of that with your family you're gonna pick your two favorite players they have a list but your two favorite players dodger players and they come in the photo with you and they send you a phrase video and a free photo something to paint and keep in mind it happens really fast the line was pretty fast but i definitely get a free thing that you and family can do and it's a great memory so this is one of the new things that they have here it's the dodgers stadium batting cages the cage experience excuse me so kenny right now is going to oh my glasses okay he's gonna try this out and you can go right back here unless cement right behind the grass it's a good spot to film awesome thank you so much okay here we go he's gonna wow this is so cool it's putting kenny's uh hits up here [Laughter] what a cool thing to do now so again one of the great additions to the stadium i love this can i do this all right what are you going to do okay he's in the bring of the heat now kenny's doing the pitching so we're going to see how 30 feet i don't know i'm excited [Music] not a big deal [Laughter] oh no so one of the great additions that they have the daughter stadium is called open air museum so they have memorabilia of some great players here is fernando venezuela this is so cool a day to remember fernando's first appearance in la community may 16 1981 i was not even born city terrance park east la that's awesome fernando was also the first rookie to win a cy young all award guys here's another open air museum the national league wildcard 2020 look at these great shots great moments it says max muncie's grand slam highlight of the dodgers mlb postseason record 11 run outburst in the first inning against atlanta in game three of the national league championship series and lindsay's back the game is jersey nlcs game six i love that shot of him after one world series movie betts displays his 2020 gold globe award form with a sensational catch against the wall and gained six of the national league championship series against atlanta it says in game one of the world series veteran clayton kershaw struck out eight batters in six innings and limited tampa bay to just two hits in an eight to three victory okay guys look at this epic epic view you've got the game playing right here with this sunset in the background and you've got this great ambiance with these places where you can come and eat the bow and the bow and so i'm bowls that right and you've got the new shake shack which is awesome and obviously extremely popular and then over here you've got other places where you can eat el dosa street tacos this place is literally hopping there look at that you even got a place for kids to play while you're eating and having your drinks super cute but this place right here alone is so epic i would just love to sit here probably more than in my seats you could probably literally buy the cheapest seats and then just come here have your food and your drinks with your friends your family and just relax so cool so there are a couple of bars that are brand new that we haven't experienced it so we're about to hit them up right now yeah we're going to explore i don't know which ones are that we're going to go hit up but it might be the golden glove or it might be tommy lasorda's speakeasy stay tuned well this is new [Music] vince [Music] it's like another pavilion area i found another vlogger but you've got tvs right here which is pretty cool you've got pink blue barbecue back there duncan donut dwelling dog but this is so rad again another place for you to come and eat and still feel like you're a part of the game still feel immersed and another kids area wow seriously this is so family friendly and it makes coming to the game fun again not that you have to stay in your seat and never move this is so awesome it has this really cool industrial vibe some cool lights and again with the score up here you guys here are all the golden gloves i think it's for the golden glow forest okay right there so we're trying to get in [Music] so you can see the bullpen when you come here to the golden glove bar that's david price [Music] [Music] i love this new addition you got gonzales and look at all the fans [Music] so rad here's another view from this side it's pretty loud in here there's more places to come eat and drink we are headed to our finally where it's the seventh inning we have such a great time at the gold glue bar so now we're making our way trying to catch some of the game but literally there's so much to do here's some of the elevators that they added which is pretty cool literally has the game on again another element that makes sure that you feel all right we are excited to finally get to our seats we're here on the reserve level gonna enjoy the rest of our game mookie bed to the home run so we are no longer tired but we're excited just to sit here and just feel the energy of the crowd and finish out the day of reopening of dodger stadium reopening day reopening day reopening are you gonna say it again reopen it [Applause] [Music] that's where which is pretty cool and then over here is a family or anybody you can go but maybe family area where those big red toys and your family can enjoy and still watch the the stadium and we constantly felt connected to what was going on to the game because they had different ways and elements and screens and tvs for you to feel like you weren't gonna miss a moment so
