what's up you guys Josh Tolley here today I want to talk about one of my favorite novel gotta techniques that literally changed my life several years ago and this was a method Neville discovered after years of searching and experimenting I brought about a lot of powerful results not just for him but to others as well because once you learn how to master using this technique that I'm telling you dude by the end of this you're gonna be so pumped up realizing all the infinite possibilities that are yours for you to choose from and you can learn more about this from several of Neville's works like feeling is a secret and consciousness is the only reality you see the problem is when people try to a bunch of different manifesting techniques and forget what the actual goal is right people be like I tried such-and-such technique but it doesn't even work whether they get all caught up saying a bunch of affirmations creating vision boards talking to themselves in the mirror you name it and like I said forgetting what it's really all about because it's not about the technique you guys straight up you can use whatever technique you want for all I care but it's about and this is important moving into a particular state and in this case the state of your desire of your wish fulfilled remember Neville says that consciousness is a one and only reality we live and move in different states and that all objective visible States were first subjective invisible states now how do we invisible states become visible it's by assuming the feeling of their reality it's always about the feeling folks not the technique as within so without this is why Neville talks about the possibility of altering your future the way you want it to go you change your state of consciousness the boom your external world follows it mirrors it so if it's about moving into a particular state first in order to change your physical reality the question is what's the best or easiest way to get into your desired state because Neville knows what's up you understand that some people have a hard time assuming a state that's denied by the senses which is why this simple formula comes in handy you know I'm saying in fact he even says that it makes it easy to encounter an event before it occurs which is dub and it has to do with ready sleep or a state akin to sleep Neville calls sleep the door to heaven think about it one third of your life is spent sleeping right that's a lot of your life right there and as I've mentioned in other videos it's ultimately about reprogramming your subconscious mind why because you operate from it 95% of the time it runs a show that's why sleepy says is the natural door into the subconscious it's where the conscious waking mind and the subconscious are creatively joined and you're able to impress your subconscious with your conception of yourself and also receive instructions so if you want to tap into your subconscious easily to change your reality that the state akin to sleep is a way to go alright let's do this okay the first step Neville says in changing the future is desire what's your desire plain and simple what do you want okay define it second you want to construct an event which you believe you'd encounter following the fulfillment of your desires so not the event itself this is where people trip up but an event which implies the fulfillment of it to use Neville's example let's say you want a promotion on your office instead of imagining that fulfilled desire itself of you getting a promotion imagine being congratulated afterward by your friends and co-workers because I would imply what that your desires been fulfilled right so that's what you want to do next construct an event for yourself but once you've selected and figured out a particular action that you want to imagine you're gonna lie on a bed or relax in a chair whatever you want to do and begin imagining that you're sleeping because then ill immobilize your physical body and induce a state bordering on sleep aka SADS a state akin to sleep this is also known as a hypnagogic state it's that small window right before knocking out and when you're barely waking up all drowsy and this is a good state to be in because it renders the mind more receptive to suggestion it favors attention without effort so you're still able to control the direction of your thoughts unlike when you're completely knocked out and asleep where you can't do that and then with your eyelids closed and your attention focus on the particular action you intent to experience and imagination you're gonna mentally feel yourself right into it now don't visualize yourself far away where you see your entire body like on a movie screen not do it as Neville says you make elsewhere here in the future now meaning that you enter it like a first-person point of view where you literally feel yourself performing the action so the imaginary sensation becomes real to you and you can visualize for instance a friend standing in front of you and you putting your imaginary head into their hand feeling it to be solid in real and hearing them congratulating you and then carrying on an imaginary conversation with them and harmony with the feeling of having been just promoted is this making sense you see Neville says the difference between feeling yourself in action here and now and visualizing yourself in action as that you are far away on a movie screen is a difference between success and failure so you got to get this folks and you want to keep this simple Kay or you condense the imaginary action to a single act not a bunch of them but a single act where you'll just loop it over and over again until it has what again the feeling of reality because if you don't condense it dude you'll end up imagining a bunch of different things where your attentional wander off and your start losing focus of your main objective and you don't want that to happen but if you do wander off a bit it's all good just bring it back to your main action and keep on doing it until it has all the solidity and distinctness of reality and let it permeate the mind folks let it feel real and then go to sleep because here's what happens your mood prior to sleep defines your state of consciousness never go to sleep feeling discouraged or dissatisfied you know I'm saying never sleep in the consciousness of failure why because as Neville says your subconscious whose natural state is sleep sees you as you believe yourself to be whether it be good bad or indifferent it doesn't stinkin matter the subconscious will faithfully embody your belief it'll be out pictured in your world like what I talked about in my last video the signs will follow she says sleep conceals a creative act while the objective world reveals it and it's interesting because I remember when see what I just did there I remember when I was sick and diagnosed with the chronic digestive disease and also suffering from a pretty bad back injury several years ago starting in 2005 and thing is I didn't even know who Neville was at the time but believe it or not I was actually using this technique you could say on accident because when I was suffering from something called GERD and for my serious back problem I'd I should go to this one Trisha near my place super late at night because it was open 24/7 so people can pray there and what I do is I'd imagine myself not in the process of getting healed but experiencing what life's like following my healing like running and carrying heavy things eating the foods I love without any problem whatsoever and just seeing myself completely healthy and strong and you know what what happened since I'd be there sometimes way past midnight and also because the entire room would be dim I'd knock out there dude I'd fall asleep right there on the Pew in other words without even knowing this technique of imagining and feeling while in a state I can't asleep I did it many times to the point where my body is now completely healed of both things thankfully because I moved into this state and this is important where my sickness and injury is nothing but a distant memory you guys alright Real Talk Now I honestly don't know what you're going through and maybe you've been through a lot and feel like giving up don't don't give up okay whatever your situation is money your hell relationships doesn't matter I want you to try this method tonight okay it worked for me in fact it still works for me because I do this pretty much every day trust me out of all the techniques I've ever learned throughout the years this has honestly been the most effective one for me straight up for a lot of different things so what's the formula again number one to find your objective know what you want and number two construct an event which implies the fulfillment of your desire and the number three and do that state akin to sleep I mentally feel yourself right into it as though you were performing the action here and now until the single sensation a fulfillment dominates the mind and then just loop it over and over again until you fall asleep and knockout and then just watch what happens and don't worry about the how look here's what I want you to realize you don't got to try and predict the future you're not I'm saying you can create it you can create it or better say that you can choose it it's a choice so just remain faithful to your assumption you guys because whatever feeling you fall asleep in check this out Neville says it
