because I have four older brothers,
but they've never given context, they've just been like,

Oh my gosh. Yeah, everyone loves this movie
and to be honest, I don't remember it at all. - I saw it for the first time
only a year ago. It was good.
I thought it was a little over hyped,
hearing about it for so long. - (FBE) So, William Goldman,
the author of the novel and screenplay wrote the story
for his daughters. He asked them what they
wanted the story to be about. One said a princess,
the other said a bride, so he decided that

I've heard that before. I have this little book about
all the stuff. It's amazing.
It's comedy, it's drama, it's romance.
It's everything you want in a movie.
It's set in Medieval times. There's sword fights,
there's dr-- it's so good.

This is iconic on its own, him doing the crane stance
on the barrel at the beach. I was just like,

seen this 15 times or more because we used to watch it
in school. - The only thing that
I know about this movie is the wax on, wax off
part of it and that's because of a rap song. - This was one of my
favorite movies of all time as a kid.
I used to watch this all the time.
When Cobra Kai beat his ass out of nowhere,
I was so mad. And then Mr. Miyagi
promoted him from brown belt to black belt
in tournament, hit him with the crane kick.

I cried the first time I watched it. - It's just a really important
piece that I feel like not a lot of people have seen.

I actually really like-- it was a tossup between
my Sally tattoo from Nightmare before Christmas
and Miss Argentina from Beetlejuice. - This movie's so good
and Michael Keaton is ridiculously good
as Beetlejuice. Oh shoot, did I say it

Back to the Future is my go to favorite movie whenever
anyone asks me what my favorite movie is. - I was in the React video
where they had us react to when they went to
the future and it was supposed to be 2015. Mattel Hoverboard?
How much do you think they paid to have their label
on that thing? To see how accurate
their depiction of the future was, so a little inaccurate,
but they did make those Nikes. - (FBE) So, the script
for Back to the Future was rejected by movie studios
over 40 times before being made. - That's so crazy to think about
people really rejected that movie because they thought
it was weird and then it just becomes something
amazing. - There's a whole thing where
he accidentally kisses-- his mom kisses him
when he's younger, but it's a mistake,
'cause she doesn't know and it was a big thing
about there being incest in it and a lot of the movie studios
passed because of it. - Can you think of the world
where Back to the Future and Harry Potter both
got rejected and they just didn't keep going back?
All of the major classics in the world got
rejected so many times and it makes me feel
