DIY BALCONY MAKEOVER | Turning my balcony into a cozy paradise + renter friendly

peace and blessings beautiful beings hope you guys are doing well hope you guys are doing great on this beautiful sunday i hope you guys have been choosing to do things for yourself that makes you feel good and this is my first video here in my apartment the apartment is really coming together and what i'm mostly excited about is as you can tell by the title we are diying our balcony yes we got some artificial grass i already have some plants here i already had two chairs that i brought from my other place i got like a little table so we're just gonna spice up this balcony it's literally really naked right now i sweeped earlier but i'm just gonna do one final sweep and just start putting down the grass and really decorating it i even got lights and i might find myself there more often now but i'm really excited to diy so let's get going i think one of the most important reasons why i wanted to make this uh an experience for myself really because that's what everything really is truly it's just an experience for self but i wanted to just make that balcony an extension of my apartment so it's like now that it's getting warmer it's getting near the summer time i can see myself just being out here and just looking over the river and reading a good book and you know just really hanging out and especially when i like start having my family over and friends over it's just going to be nice to like feel like that homey vibe and environment so let's start with the grass sweeping and yeah i'll catch you guys back here soon [Music] make me believe it i don't wanna hear it okay guys we have a dilemma i definitely let's take this stand away i definitely need more but i think we're going to go to home depot and we're going to do that yeah i'm not sure if you guys heard what i was saying but uh the grass that i got is not fitting enough with the size of my balcony so we're gonna go to home depot which is like a it's very close ten minutes um and yeah we're just gonna see if we're not gonna get more artificial grass but if they have those um square shaped kind of tile floors so we're gonna look for those and get a few and probably get pebbles for this side because i can see like pebbles um so yeah this is coming together i'm actually really excited okay let's go okay so they have different options let's see these can work um yeah we're gonna do a few of these [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] already [Music] i do this is what happens when i'm nice to people they help me thank you so much kind sir oh you see thank you so i didn't have that much left so i took five of these i think they're gonna fit well um and now that i'm here i might as well get some more vases for my plan so let's go shopping [Music] show me something more than one thing [Music] [Music] so we are back i had to take a break you know how talking to family and friends get but i was able to put down pebbles on one side we're gonna put down pebbles on the other let me show you guys how it looks so i got five but only four could fit so we're just gonna use this extra space to put pebbles just like i did right here [Music] so as you can see i used to have these in my room and i still have some in my room but i was like oh this would be a cool nice ambiance against the railing so i'm gonna try to like tighten it as much as i can and just like dress the gate up [Music] we're loving this so far so far so great yes yes yes [Music] don't let it fall on me [Music] [Applause] [Music] make me is right i can't help [Music] [Music] [Music] touching show me something more than one thing [Music] [Music] i'm already [Music] so yeah it was definitely a very active day today and i'm really really grateful that things came out so beautifully so so so i'm just so honestly like i'm really really really happy and proud of this work and i'm really excited that i took you guys along the journey let me know if you guys have a balcony and if you guys choose to do something like this write it down in the comments down below if you enjoyed this type of video make sure to give it a thumbs up and i'll see you guys next sunday peace and blessings
