DISNEYLAND HALLOWEEN TIME 2023! Haunted Mansion Holiday Reveal! New Merchandise, Foods & Characters!

[Music] [Music] Hello everybody welcome back to best life and Beyond we're back at Disneyland guess what today is September 1st Halloween time has arrived officially we've been counting down and it's finally here I can't wait I can't believe it we finally made it and guess what we are doing the traditional I would say uh fast walk over to Haunted Mansion holiday we're gonna see what the gingerbread house is for this year yeah we haven't heard any kind of leaks or anything about that yeah normally they kind of announce it and I I don't think they did this year but either way we are so excited we have food treats the Fab Five have their new Halloween costumes we have so much to share with you it's going to be a good day so like Katie said rope drop here we are this is the frontierland Rope over here if you want to do haunted mansion holiday you got to be at Adventureland that's the deal people come from both directions but I think this is the best side and then you'll see all the runners the Walkers all the all the Mayhem that ensues all right we're about 10 Deep and uh we got about 30 minutes but guess who decided to show well decided he's always here Pixar Charlie what's up dude good morning everybody what's happening man oh you know uh it's uh Halloween time uh the standard gate ready for uh Mayhem wrote the second rope drawer yes this would be first row yeah actually you got through the gate and then yeah so yeah let's check out Charlie's shirt today look at this very appropriate yeah Charlie who's your guy for uh Nightmare Before Christmas of course you know who it is looks like everybody's ready ready ready for what here we go we can now slow down our heart rate yes yes time for the cool down hello Jack ie scarecrow Jack ET [Music] easy big fella [Music] ah yes we made it nice Haunted Mansion jackets very nice you guys what happens when two holidays [Music] [Applause] was The Nightmare Before Christmas all right we're in the hallway oh they don't have any Christmas lights on them this year what's going on thank you [Music] foreign foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] the Crypt is lit up nicely this year is here please hurry back we can't wait till next year okay honey major holiday 2023 what did you think I first of all I just love it and I feel like I'm seeing different and new things every single time and I probably not yeah regardless it was awesome now we didn't get like a very long close look at the gingerbread house yeah no matter what I don't care what it is it's so cool that they take the time and give us a new Haunted Mansion holiday gingerbread house every single year regardless um I I feel like some things looked familiar but also I'm not 100 sure it just looks like a very creepy ghost of some sort that the smile like lit up oh you're talking about the missing little face in the gingerbread house it would kind of like light up every like few seconds that was really cool oh it was super creepy what did you think about it uh I liked it I again I I have to look at the video footage because we went by so fast yeah it did it just looks cool too that it's so big I love that it's seemingly in my opinion getting a little bit bigger and it's easier to see and more of a focal point which I think is really cool yeah I feel like the lights were brighter but that just could be because Mansion is so dark and then when this comes in it's such a stark contrast but right overall uh really cool The Haunted Mansion holiday layover is in the books right now first thing this morning got it knocked out it is cool man uh the only thing I really think you expect to see is the gingerbread house yeah that's always new every year we went by it so quickly and I really wasn't looking I was trying to get above the rail to take a picture of it so I really didn't get to see it that much I enjoyed it it looked great so it's a pretty much walking right on uh 20 minutes maybe it says 30 but I bet you it's like 20 or less with lightning Lane it might be starting to implement lightning Lane that's as short as that line is going to be for a long time well until tomorrow morning okay so so right in front of the Haunted Mansion and again all throughout the park they have some really cool popcorn buckets that have come out the first one is the mayor's car bucket for 29.75 of course it includes popcorn but it's really cool because you have the the spinning head and you have the actual mayor of Halloween Town how rad is that and for 29.50 there is the zero 30th Anniversary popcorn bucket really cool also includes the popcorn I believe that it lights up but I I think something that's really cool is if you look on his little dog collar it actually says 30th anniversary and over here in frontierland and also throughout the park that's new for this year is this adorable skeleton Mickey popcorn bucket he's got his little right there he's got a trick-or-treat candy bucket we've got a little side I believe this lights up how cute is that we also have just the regular like bucket if you're wanting something that isn't shaped like anything special and maybe you can reuse it but it has such cute graphics on it check for those while you're here in the park for Halloween time and would you lookie here the Ray Bradbury Halloween tree has arrived oh my gosh we uh do we have to wait for it last year I feel like yeah I think so like it was delayed or maybe it wasn't lit up there was an electrical problem or was that the year before I don't know who knows it's back Charlie we're so stoked look at the uh all the faces and if you weren't aware on the night of Halloween 2007 this stately Oak officially became a Halloween tree all right back uh The Hub look at the popcorn bucket lines going sneaking through the Hub you can expect that on days like this any holiday when they're doing popcorn buckets oh the lines are pretty big it's a good piece this year I like the the little car thing is cool we're on our way to go see the characters new costumes but first we need to hop into the candy Palace because we got to see if the new treats are out there we go hello wow so we have our mini cupcake which I love that it's chocolate this one right there yes and then of course we have the Mickey vanilla pumpkin I mean it's not pumpkin flavor but it's a pumpkin shape oh I wonder if that's like a churro or maybe it's another just vanilla one we'll have to test that for science these look great okay so these are the new cake pops they've got a candy corn cake pop look at that loving the Mickey Mouse pumpkin one that's yeah that's new that might be one of the cutest uh we've ever seen to be honest all right check out that this Rice Krispie Treat look at that it's a mini bat uh what would you call that like a Rice Krispie Treat pop yeah there's the bat it was hard to see the back because it's chocolate on there uh ghost yeah we also have a ghost one check that out oh wow there's the big cookies the spider web and the Candy Corn colored one uh 649 and then marshmallow wand right there on the right and the mummy one and that new I think that's new I think that might be a cake pop actually okay this thing's Ranger price you know 6.99 the cookies 649 it's 49 kick pops 6.99 5.99 for cupcakes you know you get the idea and also here in the candy Palace we have some caramel apples that almost you want to say candy apples but uh they've got you know chocolate and all these yummy treats on them I love the new mini which one and of course the poison apple you it's the classic here at Disneyland all right back on Main Street check out the pumpkins we haven't even looked closely at these guys yet they're here they're back as the carriage makes its way down Main Street winky Blinky in the distance Halloween time at Disneyland and another fun thing we found while walking over to Town Square right on Main Street outside of Market house we found the new iridescent black poison apple mug this is 20.69 it does come with a beverage I don't know if the light is really picking up how iridescent it is but it's still really pretty and these are very popular when they come out ladies and gentlemen I am proud to report Elvis is back he has not left the building Elvis has not left the building winky Blinky pumpkin very popular of course today for the next until the cows come home basically and then we've got character lines all over town square I think Katie's in this one here look at there's a Clarabelle right there hello spooky costumes are different this year oh that was a good one oh what a post amazing you you There She Goes well-deserved break unbelievable oh yes oh boy did you see the the Bell is a spider oh and Mickey oh my gosh Here Comes Mickey hey man happy Halloween time oh he's getting a he's getting a nice little scratch [Music] the whole crew it's everybody yes look at Chippendale Look Who's Back Minnie's back oh the vampire Donald is finally here look at those fangs are you kidding wow all right I'm not getting in your way all right we are next up to meet Minnie Mouse Katie I'm so excited oh my gosh look at there she is and there she is Charlie excited there she is I'm loving the outfit we're gonna do a head to toe look at this head to toe there it is oh my gosh wow unbelievable Top Notch one two awesome you ladies look amazing picture Charlie oh look at this here yes unbelievable oh what's the door that's the best part we're in Tomorrowland we're at the trail cart and look at this they've not only do they have an orange Citrus churro for 7.25. they have a Maleficent bottle topper for 7.50 she lights up they have a Mike Wazowski pumpkin bottle topper for 7.50 and we have a Halloween alien straw clip for 7.50. all right we're at Galactic Grill Katie yes and that means they've brought back some great things for the Halloween season number one Darth by chocolate I was gonna say DBC arguably one of the best desserts in Disneyland and it is back for the Halloween season they also brought back the blood orange slush which as you know of all the slushes that they have here at Galactic Grill that's my favorite it does come with a glow Cube and it is awesome there's also a glow cube and a Halloween tumbler yeah and over here at the churro stand near small world they have a sweet potato cheesecake dipping sauce for churros I don't know if I would ever try that but they also have the little uh Donald Duck zipper in his candy corn costume monster you want some Halloween candy no I just want a boat well there you go hey look there's Chief he's pulling the streetcar he's got his decorative Halloween ribbons on he's ready for Halloween time [Music] all right well that's gonna wrap it up
