Discount Gift Shops in Pigeon Forge TN

welcome back to all about the smokies right here behind me is the margaritaville island inn that's not what we're talking about today it's a building that's directly beside it this is the 999 or less store so there's a couple of these right in a row and i'm here to tell you whether or not these are worth your time so we've got 9.99 or less and just past the pirates we have 9.99 998 or less so we're going to check both of these out today and see if they're worth your time and if you can find some deals let's get started starting out if you're at a um hotel with a pool there's certainly plenty of swim trunks and swimsuits for you and seem to be reasonably priced let's take a look at the actual hoodies and things so plain hoodies 9.99 add a decal for six bucks extra so does that mean these ones are 15 no so that's confusing so i'm guessing these are 15. still not bad i know what you're thinking i need some smoky mountains gear where you've already should have shopped at smokingonthreads.com but if you didn't do that or you can't afford the clothes on there because there's nothing here for 10 or less maybe this is worth a look [Music] smoky mountains uh confederate sleeved they got the red and blue as well these are 7.99 and i can't bounce for how comfortable they are but they certainly look reasonable now it does look like some of the stuff might chip off a little bit yeah definitely some of it's peeling off already so keep that in mind it's not gonna be the case for every single one of these but it's all right here [Music] this has got that patagonia vibe to it it says it's suggested price is 50 but they have it for 9.99 so it's kind of a nice shirt too nice uh long sleeve shirt that faded look it just says great smoky mountains on the pocket there these are 7.99 each or two for 14 so some really good prices for sure some are some things here are much cheaper than others so keep that in mind when you're looking but quite a few different hoodies and everything i'm finding so far is 9.99 the only thing i'm not sure of it seems like they're saying this is 10 bucks and then you add the decal for 5.99 but still 16 for a hoodie it's not bad and some of these prices as marked i would assume too so these are these shirts are ten dollars so this has a definite beach vibe to it like if you've ever been to a gift shop in uh at a beach this is exactly what it looks like even the clothing has that beach vibe like i would expect this to say myrtle beach or something so they [Music] all kinds of different styles it's a lot of decent clothing so plenty of things to choose from as we go through here everything says something about the smokies on it maybe that's for you [Music] we gotta sell under these long sleeve shirts here again definitely beach vibes for all this some sweatshirts then they've got a whole kids section as well [Music] really cute stuff so this was about the point that the copyright claim kicked in so i have to re-record this audio one thing i want to say the stuff here is very nice uh all you want to do is each time you come up to oracle clothing you really like make sure you just check the decal just you know pick out it just a little bit don't try to peel it or anything just just check the quality make sure so the prices here really good you're going to find a lot of things that are like 8.99 each or like 2 for 16 or in some cases 7.99 two for 14 uh phenomenal prices for sure so be sure to um check each item see the quality on this one is a little plasticky but the design was really neat but so it's all about preference for each individual person of course it's really nice stuff really really nice stuff they do have a limited selection of mugs at this shop i really like that bobblehead some bear items um this was interesting they actually had like two entire rows of too deep on these particular frames they must have got a really good deal for them that's quite a few so if you need a bear frame that's where you go again the beach themed stuff continues look what's pirate have to do with the great smoky mountains i guess they do have the pirate show maybe maybe that but oh and if you forgot goggles um they do have some kids goggles and adult-sized goggles here which is really handy if you stayed at a hotel with a pool so all right now we're heading onto the next shop where you can save a penny all right here's store number two it says it's got the lowest prices in town that might be true if even by a penny all right so we got some somewhere close for sure they're not going to be exact same designs because they won't use the same screen prints but um definitely good prices as well 9.98 each these ones feel a little bit nicer made these are sweatshirts here yeah it's a little more plasticky but association of broadcasters in this station here's some more they've got some various hats i'm not showing the shirt some of them have swears but they also aren't smoky mountain related up there on the wall that one's nice it has a long sleeve with a small logo in the front 9.98 each christ assortment now again the bg vibe kind of comes through someone's got bigfoot on it i got some sunglasses here some more hats this one has a toy section over here the name mugs and some pretty decent looking ceramic mugs here [Music] these aren't bad quite a few different mugs some various these zipper hoodies are pretty nice they're very soft those ones are it says suggested 60 how much are they all right oh here we go 9.98 so i mean this claims it's 60 so i don't know you decide lots of different designs here lots of different colors i mean no matter what your favorite color is you're going to find a shirt it matches up another thingy style the zip that's a zip up hoodie got this tan and then see it from outer space green and yellow even got whatever that is not to be offensive what does that say bajas premium bajas so they even have smoky mountain bajas some tight eyes smoky mountain stuff nope nope just tie-dyed [Music] yeah let's see we got some more sweatshirts it's like bed shirts maybe lots of different zip up hoodies here [Music] now look at these chunky pants i just bought a pair at the other store these for for my daughter these are even better so i might have to get one of these too this one also has an upstairs [Music] lots of pool items some snorkels and goggles tons of swimwear all the way down through here swim trunks some more jogging pants this place seems to keep going on quite a ways oh no that's glass mirror that's it the majority of the upstairs seems to be swim related items all right i have to admit both places i got stuff so um i think we judged it a little early we passed by these kind of stores before no these are stores that we do stop at when we're at the beach so why wouldn't we stop at them here i don't know i guess because there's a lot nicer looking gift shops around but the amount of selection and the cost like truly everything in this store was 9.98 or less t-shirts sweatshirts like it's um quite the quite the deals quite the deals so um i i i can't not recommend them look at them one last time here this one is 9.98 or less and it's right beside the pirates voyage the other one is 9.99 or less and it is right beside the margaritaville island inn well this has been another video from the
