Hi, I'm Rajiv Surendra and I'm on my way to the Penguin Shop in Toronto. The address is 320 Front Street West and the hours are Monday to Friday 11 AM to 7 PM, but if you arrive after 6 PM you have to use this special door, the after-hours door. It's right over here. Once you're in, just look for the giant glowing penguin. Here we are, the Penguin Shop. They have some great books, including mine, 'The Elephants In My Backyard'. Let's go find it.
