the biggest Trends are just going to be integrating in into processes and workflows so the technology is out there and there's lots of really cool technical ways and and innovations that that exist and have been built over the last year whether that's generating insights from vast amounts of data so its ability to say summarize content and generate insights about your competitors but the real the real Innovation that's going to happen next year is we have all these tools how does it actually fit into what we do we just see more businesses finding ways to safely and effectively integrate it into their systems I think heading into 2024 we're going to start to see a bit of push back against this Blanding phenomenon a trend where a lot of websites um you see this in logo design as well um start start to kind of look more and more the same over time so I think we're going to be seeing a lot more brand personality shining through on websites first thing would just be the fall of definition intent content for smaller clients a lot of the what is what are uh definition or implied definition content is being owned by the larger entities with much higher stronger sites though the result of this is decreas ining results for our clients uh for those types of content it kind of shifts over so then the focus for us then moving into 2024 is going to be focusing more on that middle of the funnel content more comparison pieces guides uh where we can kind of show our expertise within our particular Niche and drive more qualified traffic as a result the first thing that comes to mind is artificial intelligence also known as AI and we're seeing a lot of this from our platforms directly using different tools to shape audiences or add different ad creative elements to your creative themselves and in addition to items from platforms we're also seeing that in just our daily use so a lot of people are experimenting with this and marketers should not be excluded from that list while we want to be hesitant and be cautious about things when it can lean inauthentic or even inaccurate due to outd data and sources that you might get from AI it can be a really great tool to experiment with generating copy ideas generating new ideas for posts or campaigns just to get your creative juices flowing and experiment beyond what you might think of right away of course Ai and how it can be used in content marketing so a lot of what we have been seeing especially in terms of results is initially when AI came out a lot of companies jumped right on it started creating a lot of AI content on their website and while it performed initially well what they saw usually after you know 5 to 6 months in that time span was that it started performing there's a dramatic decrease in performance in their website which was you know a bit of a shock for those companies so really our stance in using AI in content is that you know it benefits a lot from the human Insight of course you can gather like a lot of great information from AI it allows you to hone down the information that you find on the internet you know if there's a million search results AI does a really great job at sum iing a complex topic so that is a really big Trend to watch in content marketing and my recommendation there is you know move forward utilize those tools to understand complex topics and get a grip of what you know you should be writing about but when it comes to producing the content you know there is that human touch as still required in producing whether that's written content video content graphic design it's always good to have you know the human Ingenuity and creativity that's going to be driving the result one of our uh biggest focuses I think in 2024 should really be personalization with all of the data that we have and the Cool Tools like Ai and of course the webifx proprietary technology it is really uh pertinent that we make sure to personalize that user experience and really speak to uh our users preferences their behavior and make them feel like that VIP that they are uh to us and our clients to put up that conversion rate and uh improve that experience overall for our users with the boom of like Microsoft's AI this past year there's been a lot more interest in Microsoft ads or not necessarily Microsoft ads but Bing which uses Microsoft ads especially as Google's become more competitive and this is often a way that we can bring in more leads at a lower cost which is always a win in the past we relied on a lot on third party data to build lookalike audiences to Market to new people that match your ideal customer profile that you're currently selling your products or services to now that we're not able to have access or direct access to that thirdparty data we're going to have to rely a lot more on first party data so what you can kind of expect from the CRM space or the CRM industry is they're going to try to make it a lot easier and a lot more intuitive to be able to use your first-party data to inform your marketing efforts so that you can go after and build local like audience from your actual date itself to get new customers that match that ideal customer profile for your business
