Did Jenna Ortega SAVE the Addams Family? Wednesday Review

welcome to this episode of have you seen and today we're talking about the new TV show on Netflix which is based on a movie well TV show there is a movie about it and family the TV show is called Wednesday which aired on a Wednesday it did yeah Wednesday uh have you seen it yeah did you enjoy it I I would have looked on your record terrible everyone would know I failed to get the job done is it because you're actually a goth secretly Lawrence don't tell anyone okay that's fair enough nothing wrong with being goth if you're a goth that show for you we do love now Netflix do make some good shows strange things Wednesday now can't think of anything else Pugsley you're soft and weak you'll never survive without me I'll give you two months tops I'm gonna miss you too sis I like some of the silly show I like Riverdale which is really controversial um okay which people would say was a bad Netflix show fair enough fair enough so there are eight episodes in Wednesday what did you think do you think it could have been longer do you think it could have been I thought it was perfect because it the Mysteries wrapped up at the right amount of time yeah yeah it wasn't too dragged out and you did think oh is it this person is it that person a little thing yeah I'll get with I know what you're saying yeah I know what you're saying yeah I enjoyed it it was intriguing each episode you watched you kind of wanted to watch the next one straight after but sometimes you know you have to go to bed you've already decided I'm lying but it's it was good it was a surprise actually I didn't think it would be very good from the second trailer the first trailer was like oh what's this but the second trailer it looked awful it looked like looked like another Riverdale or Sabrina girls and glass houses to throw bigger stones at least I'm not an elitist snob that was awesome Arena was too slow it was way too slow so who's your favorite character in Wednesday that isn't Wednesday my favorite character was a friend that's the wolf the one that she lives with why don't you ask thing oh wait you can't because he's mad at you why is he mad he's the one who screwed up with Rowan all I know is that we spent an hour giving each other mayonnaise and he really opened up okay so yeah I've got house right I can't remember anyone's names because we didn't have the subtitles on so I'm not quite sure what they were so you had the the werewolves the vampires the people the swan song oh it's called the song Sirens the sirens sirens and you had not Medusa Medusa's son no [Music] yes yeah which was interesting I always appreciate a good mythological creature reboot yeah such yeah yeah yeah definitely it's good it's definitely worth a watch um about skipping episodes otherwise you won't understand what's going on I know some people no a lot happened in each episode which is a good thing because then you want to watch them all so there are like a lot of callbacks to the movie The Original um original movies which you have uh Christina Ricci playing a character in it she's obviously played Wednesday in the original films and she was very good as well she kind of reminded me of the character from uh uh not honey bees what are they called yellow jackets from yellowjackers it kind of remind me yeah she's the crazy one yeah she was yeah okay now you see where I get this yeah yeah so but also if you haven't seen Yellow Jackets watch Yellow Jackets but this is a review a quick review on Wednesday oh my God it is actually Wednesday I'll never apologize for trying to uncover a truth so what do you think of General taker I thought she was really good um I like her in many things yeah um but she was in the TV show you which you haven't watched because he thought it was a girl's TV show yes um and she was very good in that as like a teen girl like strawkey teen girl basically and it's interesting that almost every wrong she does she's playing something different and she's doing it well yeah I I called her from Scream the or scream five She's Like the First kill but didn't kill spoilers um yeah and I believe he's in the next one as well the one in New York City yes he's in Scream Six as well um I thought she was good as Wednesday um and she has the advantage of being tiny being tiny so she can play younger how like how small is she did you look at her she's not even five foot wow that is small smooth you know it look at the shoes that she's wearing massive like oh they did that well I thought because it never really looked out of play no not at all character no I think so overall did you enjoy Wednesday yes would you watch it again I'd like to watch another series I have an idea for the next series I think I should get Angelica Houston to come back and play a character in that yeah but there were some of the characters like this sub characters like her family members who I don't think we're cast right you know what I mean like I don't think the chemistry between her parents quite got there no but then it's really hard to replicate it's a magical place where I Met Your Mother and we fell in love you guys are making me nauseous yeah the chemistry from the film yeah indeed but I don't know why it didn't I think maybe it was the soft voices which they're supposed to do were maybe a bit too much they could have gone a different way with it which might have made them a little bit better you're thinking how could you Ambush your father like that Wednesday how could I you insisted I go to this school did you really think I wouldn't find out your secret so with Catherine Zeta Jones I didn't like how she walked I would have preferred her to Glide like Angelica Houston did yeah but obviously there's I've noticed a bit when she was walking away it was a couple path and that might be hard but I thought those little things that made the film great yeah which you think is better the original two films or Wednesday the series wow it has more more Intrigue wow I mean I don't know so I'm gonna say it yeah why not I feel like people can disagree with me Wednesday ahead disagree Wednesday is better than the original Addams Family movies she said they're not me don't ever go at me which means we have to be strong strong okay so that has been our quick review on Wednesday the TV series on Netflix um don't forget to hit the
