European footage makes up a huge percentage, and I'm sure there's even more we haven't seen yet.
As for state-side programming, Jazz Casual with Ralph J. Gleason is were it's at.
I think Dexter is one of the best, and incidentally the drummer here is Daniel Humair, a Swiss drummer. Still alive today and is 82 years old now !
