hello froggy here and today we'll be getting into the grasp of aphoris dungeon from patrol so luckily for us the entire dungeon is accessible from the troll just fly into skywatch and you'll be good to go there is a rather convenient hole right at the start i just want to head over to the building with the dome and uh for the convenience of those not on a titan i'll be avoiding sword flying as much as i can here there's a handy little walkway here you gotta go a little bit because go too close to the hole it's a death barrier shift to the right and you'll be able to see it as you walk and we're now on top of the dungeon if you look off to the right here you'll uh see where we start the dungeon drop down and do it that's not where we're heading to we're going to kind of follow this path along here and now we're just going to drop down if you go too far here there'll be a uh wall stopping you so you gotta go off a little here and the water down here is perfectly safe provided you don't miss it now the load coming up here is easy to die to which is good for an irb if you end up wanting to do one here but to avoid that we're just going to jump up here about level with that platform and uh load nice and smoothly we could die to go into the map here but unfortunately this gate will not open for you and it's kind of needed to go to the next part so we're going to stay out of the map don't go too low here all you'll die to the spike field and more solid water i'm going to go on on top unfortunately this entire stretch is uh one that i don't currently know how to get into outside of an irb might be a sparrow breach or something somewhere but i haven't really looked too hard and there's one of the uh bonus chests that's the reason you might want to get in there don't do much good if you haven't cleared the dungeon before but it is there one thing which may do you some good all of the collectibles are available from patrol and i believe that includes if you don't actually own the dungeon so you can enjoy those go up against the left you can jump up to the rafters which makes this part of cakewalk there's also a lower ledge there that isn't in the turnback this is the first tricky part by the uh first boss encounter well not jumping over that but uh this part here you have to hug the wall to uh go by it's the first place i am caving and using a bit of sword flying but it should be relatively easy on most classes to uh cover that distance they also have access to sparrows so if you can spare a fly that becomes very easy and uh here's bach he uh helped me find a lot of this stuff now if you're just interested in getting to the boss room you can enter the map right there if you do that you'll be greeted by something like this now you may be wondering how are we going to glitch past these giant doors the sparrow area the answer is you don't have to but i'm going to show you something a little sillier first we're just going to head over to where we can hit the load zone on this uh kind of staircase here uh this one can be a little tricky because that ground's not solid and the load zone can kill you once again good for irb but you just head straight into that corner like that you might survive and now i'm just gonna walk around and set our spawn point here because we are going to be going underneath the entire sparrow section so much solid water gonna make some effort to not use too much sword ammo a warlock could definitely do this path and any class if he can spare a fly hunter without sparrow flying might be a bit of an issue but there are a lot of little areas that you can uh jump onto so could be a fun challenge this is actually my uh first time doing this without just sparrow flying underneath the whole thing so i'm sure there would be better routing of course the real optimal routing would just be driving up top but i do enjoy the various views that going from under the map gives us like about half of a bad uh ship piece there not to mention the various parts by the uh the front i'm just gonna take a little side detour here into the ship just because it's kind of a neat little area plus doesn't take too much sword ammo to walk on a grating it's probably fine to touch the bottom i'm just a little scared of kill barriers and somewhere around here you can just poke through probably here yep oh more water didn't have to use any of that ammo so there is a hole in the map that we are heading towards that'll let us get back in unfortunately we can't stay out of bounds all the way to the boss it uh took us a bit of extra time in this room because i ran the uh dungeon blind with uh henry and bach and we had to drag bach back into the map to uh keep going naturally we went out of math immediately after we were done another cool little interior of the ship debris it's interesting how much the wreckage extends and we're getting pretty close i'm just gonna save a bit of sword animal because we're going to need that in a bit or maybe i'll just twist this super instead well at least i got one good swing out of it one interesting possibility with uh doing this as opposed to the uh normal route is that in the dungeon you could technically use this to uh get out to where the mines are going to spawn before they do that little uh floating rock that you see is a good landmark for finding the hole to get back into the map i'm just going to climb up here and uh so around here you just give a little ghost ping oh there we go so if you happen to look up this hole is rather obvious and from here it's going to continue the normal way bonus chest up there if you want to have it i'm very surprised i didn't find uh anything down below but yeah there were a bunch of like little platforms that i was uh surprised to not see things on during my run hopefully they'll put something there for something or other i always get turned around in this area by the way if you want to see sunken layer out of map you can also hit the load zone pretty easily outside of the map just walking on top of this area so if we wanted to we could sword fly directly into the next area but i'm going to save a bit of ammo by just climbing up as high as we can uh closer to it we don't have access to sparrows here unfortunately so we're just going to climb the old fashioned way there's some nice areas over there you can climb too but i'm just going to scale this wall and see if we see any uh thing that looks reasonable this will probably do uh not the best let's go over here we're going to be taking advantage of a fun fact about catapult lift where your height ceiling is set by where you jump from so if we jump from up high we can gain all that height back it is very handy but requires some precise sword flying so take a little bit of practice to get a hang of it you just want to make sure that you keep the entirety of your initial boost charged i'm just gonna jump off here and lose a bit of height and now just slowly sword climb upwards if you rush this you will fall so be sparing with your jump let's see i leave a bit of time after jumping for it to recharge and there we go nice and easy also use code of the missile and i'm sure warlock has plenty of methods to get up that and we're very nearly there only one last hurdle as you can see that's completely blocked except apparently not my grenade launcher bounced there but uh i guess the lower part is in tangent two grenades that's weird anyways uh enough distractions we can get out of map here uh using our stasis melee against this uh hole i think bach also got it to work with a uh a sword swing so you don't necessarily need a melee i just find that to be the uh easiest way just get yourself lined up and straight through you're so trapped inside of a little structure but if you see these uh grates you can oh hey chess pieces you can just go right through the uh the sides of them and uh gerb snail managed to uh along with end block get a uh irb set up here to get into the boss room but thanks to atomic apples and ultimatum we know of a better way a way done in pure patrol it turns out there is a handy little sparrow breech and it's actually an easy one i'm gonna crouch here to get underneath that little lip and right around here is where we'll do it i was actually caught off guard here in that uh my first attempt worked so i actually went back and tried this uh three four other times and was generally about that easy so uh a great find with uh that one and we have made it all the way to the boss room i hope you enjoy
