DEMO RANCH CHALLENGE DUEL! (Pistol vs Fishing Rod)

oh my gosh you got it Wow good I need you know down taggle a breakdown though [Music] welcome back to the channel everybody what a spicy little intro that was I'd have to demo ranch for some skills on lighting things on fire we're doing a challenge today everybody pistol versus rod and reel this is something I've wanted to do for a long time I wanted to make a challenge video trying to break bottles just do a compilation of breaking different stuff with a rod reel because you could really get these things whip it I've always wanted just throwing up Wow do it on video I haven't done it but what an amazing opportunity it is right now today we got danger Dave with us we got lucky TV we're gonna be all out there we're gonna be setting up some obstacles basically just close-range popping if you take a good solid gander at mine real currently it is severely backlashed due to a little bit of practice bye-bye mr. math basically unusable right now so I'm gonna have to get a knife out totally clean this out but what I wanted to do anyway was change the line on it put a lower diameter line that I could cast really good I've got a high speed reel on here that's super smooth that I can reel in really fast and get my next shot out there if you will and from a rod I've got the rod I'm most comfortable with it's my signature series rod 72 medium heavy Matt's not gonna be using his favorite gun because put a whooping on me let's talk about the projectile obviously that's gonna be using bullets I could be using like a 3/4 ounce jig or something like that sometime felt really comfortable with whip around and it's got to also be heavy enough to break these clays but what we've devised is a shotgun shell now Matt came in here earlier and he fixed the shotgun shell so basically all of the the powder is out and it is just the bb's that are inside here so we have to wait if I had to guess this is probably gonna be equivalent to about three-quarters of an ounce which is absolutely the perfect weight for swinging around and breaking these clays on rod rail so how are we gonna get this on the end of the line we're basically just gonna drill a hole through the plastic here and I'm gonna be slinging a shell at some clays with a rod and reel ever seen that before I don't think so go ahead and hit the like button y'all and go ahead and subscribe to my boys lurkers TV and Mac would here's the deal we got four clays in a series you're gonna have to hit all of those are gonna be at different distances though 10 yards go to 15 go to 20 and then 25 days are Dave's gonna be officiating this if you don't break the clay obviously you can't move on to the next one I'm a sitting duck out here so let's just get into it hey you got me thinking maybe I should go top-down it's if you wouldn't have got what would he call it when it's that's a backlash if you wouldn't got a backlash and I wouldn't have fumbled so much like both of us would have been a lot faster - I think we're gonna see these times maybe go up but what we're gonna do is take our hour average time all right can we do that we're gonna have to have do math it's kind of tough for me yeah we have calculators I'm happy because I want what are you doing here rub every one of them's got negative one through negative ten so we have each one's gonna get ten different targets and that seconds that will come off their original s'mores so like forks at 105 seconds and demo is at 90 seconds sent here and yes and I say and start the easy ones out maybe like 10 yards that's gonna be a tree oh you could put some up in this big oak tree I'm gonna walk up here to this line there's gonna be a bunch of clay targets I don't know how much they're worse I'm just gonna have to go I've got two minutes all right danger Dave you ready on that clock yeah as soon as I get up to the first deadline when your first cast I like that okay ready on you first cab he's hard inside we do right got it oh these trees are a nightmare fishing brush bones right now try to get the perfect test oh look I got it come on give it to me I will give that to you oh that's nothing about glass what's their time you oh I'm gonna sit one minute what's that one my natural skills are not allowing me to go up too high wait I got one to the right I didn't even see Oh dying dying and the fish flopping on the deck no no now I'm tangled I'm breaking out oh it's bail I'm stuck I'm hurtin somebody help me I don't know okay come knocking them off the trees this is really hard 20 seconds no dad go now I'm stuck I got a broad pango half seconds no that's not good 9 3 1 danger Dave what's our total that was a week one we should make that one that's the closest to them we should make it positive ten I'm just never tell it was the same for him I like that that's good never know we have to even this he won't know until he watches this video I did not know the land mines of trees and brush piles this was like literally dangling 45 feet deep into a 20-foot tree trying to catch a mondo buried underneath that's only eating crappie jigs and you have to pound line no real at all and you're just hand lining it down there and you got to get that fish it's a 12 pounder out of the brush pile two pound line that's basically the equivalent of this course okay Matt your ups so since I already saw the course I could be here right now and I need to talk as much trash as possible and I think you have a situation where you probably need to shoot left-handed nuts it's no problems how it's going that's that so it it didn't go well for you I presume oh yeah I mean I actually put that I think I can do really good left-handed so I am fine with that all right it's not a good idea all right open it I still say let's go with it okay I call on your bluff Alexia's hold this please sure go ahead and put one get that cute thing put one in the mag soon as you get to squeezing that trigger that times gonna start danger Dave keep a close eye on it okay even speed it up if you want I'm ready ready on you oh this is I'm just afraid of a shoot my hand off this that'll be fine you show me to shoot that's when you're gonna start it closest one I believe out of the bunch you know left hand isn't working for him I thought it would be easier these go above it I think you're going around it well it's just it's doing a matrix move the first go for the short one right there a bit early at this point that's that's a branch I don't know what is happening just you the last one on right-handed you know be good I think I saw it move slightly but it could have been a brush you know I'm a brush situation I'm going right-handed bump both he is going right-handed so all rules are off now okay good you did good I'm gonna do one more bone okay one more bone shot yeah and now I could hit the freakin high one let's come on unfortunately it's a mess and then this one all right that was the bonus I was gonna have it tally up here I was terrible Matt see what that one is that a high point one good nailed this one right in the middle yeah when I finally cheated oh that's a plus 10 that's just plus 10 whoa look at that let's do some math no no guys I wasn't a part I was gonna fill my own and get still rigged it how bad did you do I did really bad if I would have not hit any other I almost won by missing them it's my channel I get to win right different speller mo had to get a DQ cuz you put both hands on that pistol you definitely would have won if you hadn't have done that you call yourself a winner but there are no winners here whoever okay can bust their clay on the safe from here is the winner we both bust it we both win neither one of us hit it we're still both losers just has to hit the safe from here in front of the crash matter cuz they'll go until there's nothing left alright we ready Wow no this is gonna take some form actually a neat little hard you want me to go right now sure alright let's see
