[Music] foreign [Music] not be able to personally greet no uh those who are in the chapter ready comment section right now okay so please know forgive me individuals okay but of course I'd like to give special shout outs to some um um I would like to um give a shout out to uh Sir Jeffrey Beltran graduate in his Masters University so congratulations uh teacher Jeffrey coach Jeffrey actually for that another milestone in your career now hopefully uh and of course I'd also like to um do a shout out to my father uh who's celebrating no exactly today 63rd birthday so um happy birthday you know um to my father you know and please do know that we always and we love you and will always love you know and enjoy your day for today for the meantime um through this CPD event okay so teachers once again this is our third CPD event entitled hybrid learning powered by Microsoft now and this is a three-day event uh from uh today until Wednesday August 29 30 and 31 from 5 P.M to 8 P.M for the next um a few days now okay and we have divided no hour sessions into three uh components of hybrid learning okay we'll begin with definition principles and models of hybrid learning for today and then on tomorrow uh August 30 we'll be having the classroom management and student engagement in a um I don't know um um in a hybrid learning setup and of course um event no or CPD event and a hybrid learning powered by Microsoft now of course we're going to have a full session okay about how can Microsoft know and Microsoft tools can leverage no hybrid learning especially in our setup no um in this uh um upcoming school year or this school year school year for this year okay and of course teachers know um proceed with our session for today um um where do we attend live training right um so again teachers um for everyone's information from here going forward so that we can accommodate as many people as we can also uh it allows us to um to accommodate even those who are not official participants no of the CPD training CPD participants live trainings okay will be held YouTube channel okay so every time you're looking for every time example you you um events and of course for the rest of our community um your are always welcome parentally to literally regardless officially as a CPD participant or in Depot you can always attend our sessions okay so this is open for all okay so you're willing to learn you want to join the session um and you want to I don't know to engage no in this event you can always join okay so please Filipino um so never magiging exclusive Community it's always open foreign still it remains that our um live training or live training sessions okay will be held now YouTube channel okay second question okay if live sessions will actually be held now YouTube channel um second platform okay um say for example no young first and second CPD event nothing um equivalent no uh Google Classroom platform okay third CPD event nothing for this particular event Microsoft teams right and teachers know second platforms that's basically to communicate exclusive information okay um especially for example attendance forms some of them know are actually non-cpd participants okay so what we do is to set up an exclusive platform like Google classroom or Microsoft teams so that we can communicate all uh exclusive information such as attendance forms foreign okay okay next question is what if I have not yet received an invitation to the platform like Microsoft teams answer for the meantime take note of the attendance code and complete the attendance form later um to explain okay let's not forget teachers three thousand confirmation letters or letter of acceptance okay but upon waiting no after waiting for one week okay only one thousand of them um confirmed okay since uh and let's um okay foreign let me also confirm teachers if my order is actually not as um strong okay let me just fix the phone him Depot okay for a while okay teachers let me know if uh the audio is better okay okay good good okay so I am teachers okay so teachers um okay so the last one the last um uh I don't know uh FAQ that I would like to answer is that for a non-cpd participants what do we get in attending okay an answer certificate of participation official CPD participants um a certificate of participation and actually you know then for the second CPD event okay uh apply for a certificate of completion points where you can have or you can receive no an accumulated of 15 hours of training if you applied for the certificate of completion okay so in teachers know I will not be able to personally answer all of the questions no so far in the chat because but we'll try to give um um a reminder again later on okay Ayan okay so now teachers let me just give some reminders before we proceed into our session for today okay okay so event reminders for everyone okay uh for the official CPD participants game be sure to join the Microsoft teams that has been set up by Microsoft pH for this event again invitation and also your temporary accounts in thailando let's be patient okay uh um um please make sure to take note of the attendance code to be given at the end of this session this is to validate your attendance form okay use the attendance code to complete the attendance form today for today to be posted in Microsoft teams at 7 30 p.m by 7 30 p.m uh you open a new link later okay the evaluation form at the end of the session is optional for the official CPD participants but you may also get that okay you may also accomplish that okay now for non-cpd participants complete the evaluation form at the end of the session to qualify for the certificate of participation uh you can apply at the end of the series a certificate of completion for completing all questions please take note for the non-cbd participants for the certificate of participation you're certificate of participation will be given or will be will start sending them by September 1. automatically right after the session okay so again teachers that's all for um some reminders know that uh I have before we start our session game questions regarding um other things I'm adding speaker now for today who will uh I don't know I'm introducing to us giving us like a good foundation about hybrid learning Kim on the definition principles and models of hybrid learning okay so let us welcome know let me first read to you know her bio note okay so our speaker for today Miss Jen is currently the global Director of Education and Technology four Cipher that we can already start our session with you and we can maximize the time now and um you have allotted no for us today you know let me can you just like give us a um a short no a short overview of what your session will uh will contain and include for this um for the following um hours of our training so for today um so what I'll be sharing is just going to be a foundation on how to do hybrid classes but apart from hybrid classes I will also be sharing with you industry practices then your future work Industries so I'll be sharing about that um I'll be sharing a few framework on how you can get started with hybrid learning I will also be sharing um a simple uh comparison of Blended and hybrid because I just found out a little bit of confusion about hybrid and Blended so those are two different things so I wish I will also touch on today then are we going to be doing hybrid or are we going to do Blended and we're doing hybrid pear Blended session I really like what kagapa is doing this will give us a really clear picture is it simplified language session uh very light nothing so highfaluting hopefully applies um what I'm aiming to do is for everybody to understand now the difference between hybrid and blend dead and then after this session in the succeeding session you can make a decision in your school whether you're a school either whether you're a teacher an administrator if you're going to do hybrid or if you're going to do blending yeah the past few weeks to face that's how we manage it that we've already opened how do we adjust to this after two years happy I know an overview yeah for today structure is if this is something that you can adapt and apply into your classroom already I think structure if you feel that this will work for you whether Blended or hybrid applicable what's in store for everybody and thank you so we're excited teachers okay I'll be in the chat no okay keyboard Warriors questions okay well I'm also listening to Mr Michigan good luck on your session okay I think we're ready we'll just wait for um the presentation of Miss Jen uh in the background okay thank you [Music] uh it's here in the background already presentation so let me just again give you a quick getting started overview of this Workshop imagine your lesson like what I mentioned even how you're going to design your lessons what especially when you're doing hybrid learning or even Blended learning I've been teaching for the past X number of years I've been in the academy for 20 years I've been doing a lot of e-learning activities I'm an advocate of e-learning I've done hybrid Blended sort of model of teaching and what I'll be sharing with you my experiences so you can do this either in um Microsoft OneNote One Note foreign so I want to share with you how you can incorporate technology in your um classroom interactive I'll be sharing a little bit also of um the principles of teaching that I've been using but that things are technology integration in the classroom I'll be sharing about some our model I'll be sharing about the teapot model sway um all of those Microsoft productivity tools yeah and then I'll also be sharing with you some of the experiences I have as teacher and when I'm designing my course uh whether that's hybrid Blended or other models not not In for teaching learning and then how can you design an engaging activities to promote students with work ready skills please remember into preparing our students to be more work ready foreign what's the latest trends in the industry so that we know students okay you probably would say yes I already have like a a lesson plan that I've been using for the past decade but that is decades decades ago lessons to what our students will be needing and what they will be using when they start working so yeah lesson for today okay so let's just take a look back a little bit of a look back in the past two years let's have a quick trip down the memory lane presentation this is created in sway okay families so yeah this is also another way by which another tool as we create our content are lessons you can use um chat and comments way yes so this is an example of um how you can use wave to create your lesson now let's just have a little bit of a look back what happened in the past couple of years I am an advocate of disaster proof education since I started teaching since I started using technology for teaching I've always been an advocate of disaster proof education especially in the Philippines imagine in the Philippines we are visited by typhoon for um more than 20 times a year last week what happened and then in 2020 volcanic eruptions so what happened those areas that's affected so a day lost in um classes on perspective nothing lost in teaching loss day in learning yeah but we're lucky because now we have a lot of tools that we can use to to still continue teaching and learning despite all of the calamities that we're experiencing yeah suspension and then come 2019 early 2020 pandemic we woke up one day and then the government tells us we're not going to school anymore have to teach remotely most and I can tell you a lot of schools they got caught flat footed um initiative teach and learn using their Tech tools or digital tools for teaching and learning I am sorry but maybe you can go to sway.com it's a Microsoft free tools for that you can use in less than five minutes you will learn how to use when you're creating your content so going back um pandemic lockdown is so how do I how do I teach how do I connect to my students but those schools who have been into um e-learning before the Blended learning online classes okay um uh as an educator then an advocate of disaster proof education now that school is opening a return gradual return to face-to-face classes for the past two years technology please please don't forget pandemic um we are in a we're a country that's disaster prone disaster prona adding um [Music] it's always good to be proactive okay how can we prepare dito no I'm teaching and learning initiative as Educators make sure that no child is Left Behind so the big question is how can we ensure that we're still accommodating Learners and that no child is Left Behind that's that's the beauty of having all of this technology that we're using we have a lot of Technologies and a lot of different strategies that we can use so that we can continue to teach and students can still continue to learn in the next few days with all of you and hopefully prepare now that we have already opened our classes again um you know back in the classroom [Music] face to face um classes no uh but more importantly on is how can I still continue to teach and learn in case it is hopefully not another pandemic share excited so that's normal I am stressful but but quite challenging and exciting um excited excited and happy a little bit uh to help us help everybody adjust now that we're going back to face to face adjustment is always going to be there relationship there's always an adjustment period is a relationship adjustment period my honeymoon period challenge yet motivated and I think our motivation is always coming from our Learners motivation and because we already have technology available um what education with technology should look now guys ICT framework and I'm sure that everybody most of you not all of probably all of you are um already um familiar with this but we have to look at acquisition deepening and creation understanding of the policy the basic knowledge the application management and all of the stuff are things that we need to look at especially when you want to start doing hybrid learning acrosis after two years of not being in the classroom when they come back um shyness graduations graduation pictures graduation photos yeah but that's normal so going back so we before I move to um the meat of our discussion I think always put in mind why we do what we do nothing much and consider all of this um competency framework that UNESCO has no think about that position think about knowledge deepening think about knowledge creation is an organization that's called Easter it's a it stands for international Society for technology and education um a lot of documents and resources that they're sharing when you want to engage or when you want to integrate technology in your classroom standards for educators and human standards for students development teachers and Educators now um but I will share this later on right so moving forward moving on to adding discussion please feel free now if you have any um questions please feel free to ask so I'm talking about um Work Ready skills International Society for technology and education for Learners standards for learners and Empower Learners meaning the more that they learn the more that they Empower to take charge of their education and to participate in the discussion digital citizenship uh especially now that we're using a lot of technology in teaching how to be a responsible digital citizen how to how how to be aware of security data privacy all of those stuffs in digital Footprints before um we we start doing or or adapting a certain strategy for teaching we need to make sure that our students will be knowledge Constructor instead of just um someone who is consuming the knowledge humongous students nothing should also be able to create and construct knowledge that can be consumed by others in teaching and learning students are more of not anymore just consumers of knowledge there are also knowledge creators then Palomar teachers we have to think of ways by which we can help our students to be knowledge Constructor in short um for me no no facilitator style for providing our students what a lot of ideas were in they can start thinking and creating and construct things and knowledge that can also be shared to others instead of us just you know um feeding them with this information have to be creative no going back don't say construction deepening acquisition creation is part of that and then how to be in how to be Innovative how to how to be a competition a thinker how to be creative communicators and Global collaborators um they can they can work with and communicate with students classroom teachers and other people not just in our in their own inside their own classroom but even outside of their classroom so if there's a chance for you to collaborate in a classroom for example before I remember him subscribe Skype virtual tour where in your mouth teachers who are members of the Microsoft educator um Community they communicate they collaborate with teachers outside of the country simple activity so that that's giving our students kind of like experience on how to uh communicate with students from other countries [Music] okay so talking about organic skills question is how can we prepare the new generation to be job market ready going okay prepare very important like what I mentioned kanina whatever modality of teaching we want to use we want to make sure now in preparing our students for the Future Okay [Music] um students so I'll share with you um a few of this you know as as a springboard nothing going to uh hybrid learning go in yeah but before that um ask yourself how do we prepare the new generation work for some Modern workplace New Generation work of course I know by a modern workplace okay so let's move to the next one right New Generation Workforce is um volume up volume or signal yes all right let's get to know our Learners let's get to know them who are these Learners most of our students now are very agile meaning they're very quick to learn they're always on the moves of course most of our students are very mobile even teachers are mobile anytime anywhere we can learn we can have access to um the content in in education very adaptable Learners are very quick to adapt to different situation very tech savvy of course technology for for learning teachers when we want to use Technologies connectivity but but try to do this as an experiment now out of the blue students know about um how how how many times in a day they're playing online games or how many times in a day they're accessing Facebook or how many times in a day they're doing tiktok is two three four times for every day I'm doing Tick Tock or I'm asking Facebook or I'm doing online games that means my access is a technology my access is internet nothing driven they want to feel that they're part of some part of a greater good part of the community they're also very diverse mindset frame of mind thinking about students very inclusive students very realistic and very independent so they can learn by themselves when the pandemic happened I think great for at that time or grade five um I saw the modules for for math so because how are you going to I know to study this platform on how um you can meet with your teacher how do you how do you answer questions in your modules and I'll just watch YouTube video about this lesson is YouTube or somewhere else so we need as teachers we need to be you know then um um no don't open YouTube for learning which is actually very good now the industry Trends I'd like to share this direction that you want to do that you want to do hybrid learning or you want to do um uh Blended learnings in your class yeah okay hybrid training like a hybrid training yes the industry Trend now is also pandemic influence now continuous Trends on emotional learning Competency Based training most essential learning competencies personalized training so they do that as well teaching and learning nothing we can we can also do personalized uh learning and with all of the technology that's available now you have Microsoft teams you have um one note you have sway all of those things that you can use for for the Microsoft productivity tools micro learning about bite size learning pattern learning on demand micro learning how to make a frosting they were one minute two minute videos what we want to do is what's being done in the industry classroom so that our Learners are ready hybrid training and my experience nothing young hybrid teaching or hybrid classroom so your modern workplace nothing is consists of three aspects of people the place and the technology soil people among students the Generation Z the Millennials the employers and then the employer someone should be able to provide for their needs so in in in our classrooms [Music] what do they need and then future employers so that we're sure that we're producing learners okay that's needed by their future employers so that we know that we can secure a spot for our Learners in the in the in the job in the place of work and then of course the place a modern workplace for my own employees can work with flexibility I myself is experiencing that I work from home okay um after I I moved to cypher learning um the headquarters of Cypher learning is in San Francisco in California but I don't hold office there is some work from home very flexible time out but we're more focused on productivity output oriented I can work anywhere I can work anytime because I have the technology to do that and then modern design um the workplace style on-site your workplace design foreign I can sit anywhere in my classroom and I can just you know rearrange my classroom so that of the things that workplace students workplace or workstation right as an exercise in your classroom and then of course the technology very important the workplace now is empowered with technology technology driven and workplace so it's good that you're looking at hybrid learning hybrid learning technology enabled yeah right there's always a touch of technology technology otherwise traditional um way of teaching and it's good that you're using a lot of Microsoft productivity tools as well because our place a lot of Microsoft productivity too so it's it's technology empowered struggles I have here I'd like to share this with you this is just um um an acronym that I coined based on how I see the struggles of the academy especially young I think education games of the Philippines so let's start with letter s standardization standardized way of teaching standardized way of learning somehow I'd like to advise now somehow use a standardization standard what we need to teach the students but it doesn't have to be the same way of implementing it there can always be different ways of implementing a standard way of a standard um uh policy or a standard curriculum executed this is the standard way of doing things and constraints are integration of technology in our curriculum so many barriers what we always hear um connectivity is um is is it's actually a problem it's a challenge you know device ownership is a challenge very serious problem that we have sometimes even if we want to we cannot because we don't have something it's just good that there's a lot of institutional organization now that's providing us with the tools that can help our students and I know the government is also going to be doing something and then a person teacher Readiness and student readiness uh minsan more often or more often than not you know there's a traditional way of doing things such as when we want to to do some some changes I was talking to I call him poor teacher called from the former school by Flex my enrich virtual my English classroom my hybrid my Blended that's just too many so sometimes already you're my teachers they're just for that and then it's good that Agape is doing this to get you ready for this no and then infrastructure is also a serious problem connectivity um yes teacher that's really teachers teacher Readiness and open-mindedness [Music] uh so infrastructure is also one three shifts um but there's a way Maritime technology it's good that agapa is doing this maybe this can help you know this can open um something that can help us solve your classroom and then outdatedness of um Sometimes some materials that we're using it's an outdated now sometimes curriculum um updates so it's also good to look at that part sorry teachers I don't want to go deeper into this though it's important over 10 times and then staying engaged for the students no foreign okay makeshift classrooms serious problem underpaid but in those are my name is Arlene okay so your industry work radio now Workforce top 20 most sought after employability skills I will not go deeper into this I'll share this later with you yeah um exciting part yeah so preparing for the modern workplace enabled yeah educate and power elevate components of teaching educating our students teaching our students when we share our knowledge with them students learns and then they feel empowered to do things they feel empowered that they can do things when they feel empowered your motivation they can Elevate you know your effort to produce what what they are expected to produce okay and then you go nothing is to share our knowledge with each other improve individual competencies of our Learners increase their competitive advantage and enable them to perform their tasks better whether at school or at work and paperworks training focus on your knowledge skills and discipline now how do how close how do we close that Gap if you can and and I'm glad that Agape or is doing this and I'm glad the teachers are doing this early exposure to e-learning um highly technological and workplace uh using learning platforms LMS Microsoft tools and promote and embrace mobile learning learn anytime anywhere um practitioners as a mentor to our students or guest speakers Atma classes once in a while please invite you can invite me I am I'm ready to to share you know so experiences Learners so that they would also have an idea a long workplace if you if you can redesign your classroom not necessarily renovate um no the industry needs to get involved and probably in shaping the curriculum um in vitamal practitioners from the industry to look at the curriculum that we have and and ask them how can we improve the curriculum so that we we are sure that that we're preparing our students for the future world the industry also need to get the academy to know what they need and the academic the industry Partners in shaping the curriculum so that we're sure that we're preparing our students for the future work okay and then if we can offer more apprenticeship program and immersion programs not only for students but also for teachers it will be even better industry comments paperworks overload uh OneNote Ms forms paperwork time management okay so going back from if you're if you're looking at my screen from the the getting started overview lessons imagine your class structural activity like what I've mentioned everything that I'm discussing here with you you can also do the same in your classroom so imagine especially technology you have your lessons the students are reading this or you're discussing this in the classroom then afterwards you have an activity um just to get to know each other getting to know activities you can open a discussion foreign so after that activity and lessons go back to the lesson whether you're doing it face to face online or synchronous now let's go to the hybrid learning part don't push a chat if you can just um search the internet um without searching for it on the internet your own understandings yes of course and has traditional foreign foreign combination of Blended and online combination of Technology yeah and traditional plus online thank you Anonymous share that's good um idea of hybrid learning online so by definition resources then that talks about hybrid learning but to simplify it hybrid learning is a style of delivering classes that allow Learners to choose to attend a class in person While others join the class from anywhere at the same time using Technologies such as a video so it's a combination of traditional classroom experience e-learning course delivery and experiential learning objective in short not in a hybrid and learning or hybrid and classes meron pong I imagine this if you have let's just say 40 in a class teaching and Learning Net and fighting 20 of those are in the classroom with the teacher and then 20 online via video conferencing is so hybrid is classroom at the same time and classes near in your classroom is the same time that the other half of the class is online listening to the teacher Okay so 20 for example 40 in the class 20 of them are in the classroom reduce the teacher you're discussing well the other half of the class is listening to you as a teacher online so important video conferencing too like Ms teams online students videos um is some classroom then pero Young have S on site with the teacher and the other half is online not synchronous yeah okay synchronous half of it online have I NASA classroom okay okay powered by gas by then in charge so hybrid hybrid hybrid learning it's flexible learn anytime anywhere somehow it's also it helps also save resources money for Travel and Transport Transportation so very affordable it's efficient because it saves time both for Learners and instructors and new time management it teaches students to manage their time effectively online class no napaka you you hybrid learning in principle a very very simple very simple nothing highfaluting about it nothing nothing um complex about it implemented complex and Depends exact capability of the school capability of the school proper tool to be used video conferencing tool to be used is very important for that important video conferencing tool let's say um online at the same time learning together with you hybrid no um that's actually true technology enabled the hybrid learning but uh I I really like this topic to say nothing [Music] implement decide whether you want to go hybrid we wanna go blend it pull face to face pull online yeah technology [Music] of doing hybrid no especially um we asked the students not to go to physical classroom to avoid spreading whatever um virus they have hopefully not covered pero that's that's the way that we're taking care of our health now absent I'm not going to school today because I'm not feeling well then I can just go online and listen to my teachers as well together with my um classmates um this is very ideal the struggle is the devices and the internet connectivity our schools internet connection is very unreliable yeah as much as we want to use it we can see tips okay yeah ways to effectively manage hybrid classrooms hybrid and Kaya these are some of the ways by which you can effectively manage your hybrid um classroom first is you need to toggle between camera and physical classroom like what I mentioned kanina when we say hybrid um teacher NASA classroom together with the other students and the new other students online so when you're discussing please don't forget that there are also students listening to you online or looking at you watching it watching yours online so you can paggle between cameras as if you're also talking to those who are listening to you online again um create a balance between online and in classroom Learners so it and this is between when it comes to participation Tendencies within the classroom so my focus is with them you talk to your students inside the classroom in the same manner that you will talk to your students and then encourage communication meaning I don't want to call it recitation engagement no in discussion students discussing with you and students engaging with their classmates and online and their classmates now if you want to do activities Naman you want to do activities say group activities or adding breakout rooms students or you joined the breakout room or online they go to breakout rooms or you can combine it classroom and if I have my device with me I I can join the breakout room online so I can also interact with them you make make sure also that devices are used properly and then promote positive relationship among Learners in both settings but the thing is you need to set it up properly the devices when students on site are doing class presentations we switch camera so that students online will see them when students online are presenting we share their presentation on TV screen oh thank you Miss May for sharing that is actually very good practice uh problems are remote area connection area of school Blended learning implements giving you an idea about hybrid but is it appropriate is it applicable connections these are the things that we can actually um look at right now we go to Blended learnings online learning combinations online 40 is 40 young students go face to face to face every Monday but Tuesday online classroom so you know face to face and online mix of traditional learning young traditional and online online challenge [Music] okay and then here hybrid versus blended same then in a very simple way hybrid combines Learning Classroom and online at the same time while Blended combination of face-to-face and online class all Learners attend face-to-face classes at the same time and all Learners attends online classes at the same time okay okay so now what I'm going to do I'm going to be sharing with you hybrid sour place which is also applicable applicable classroom but later on I will also give my own suggestion implements online components right let me just um share this with you um hybrid learning at blend and learning when the pandemic happened training and working from home became the new normal for all of us right training and working from home became the new normal for everybody now returning to work just like when I when I ask you classroom so most of you would say it's um that we're facing same returning to work okay the turning to work is also becoming a struggle is um foreign my struggles nothing your physical and social distancing I think it's a this is one of the reasons and this is one of the reasons why you want to do hybrid class right you want to minimize the number of people within the same physical area it's the same in the workplace your physical and social distancing Upon returning to work has become a struggle for for a lot of workers a lot of employees struggle yeah wearing a face mask while I I believe it's important but there are also some um health repercussion about this face mask personal experience because I wear my face mask for the entire day listen to it so I could just imagine students you know the entire day or half a day but it's needed because that's how we see it safe but also just to give you an observation that I saw in other countries I've been very recently I traveled to the US and in Australia Outdoors Indianapolis then no I'm not saying we're not gonna do it I'm just sharing what I'm observe in other countries they're also doing face-to-face classes now when someone gets sick in in the in in a specific in a particular classroom very rarely very seldom name but of course in the Philippines it's mandatory so we have to wear a face mask for our own safety another struggle on going back to work and going back to school now the anxiety of getting infected I'm going back to the physical classroom like get infected um normally any normal feeling yeah um normal feeling boring about the commute yeah public transportation worrying about your family yeah classroom foreign foreign major ity right um super crowded then we we are requested to have shifting classes diva it's it's a good thing but it's also there's a pinch in your heart when you hear that from a teacher [Music] particularly Elementary so these are the things as teachers as parents you know as com as as workers as well energy um you're my teachers the transportation kawawa that's true ironically we were trained to conduct online classes just go back to face to face new online classes so I I don't have anything against face-to-face classes because we also we still need a human interaction I think having a training like this on how exploring the different different uh modalities or ways by which we can adapt to the situation because the truth is there's still a threat to to our health no time 100 sure [Music] um to what's happening and find ways by which we can you know still continue to teach and students can still continue to learn that's why you're here that's why we're doing the hybrid um classes yeah the hybrid um session or Blended session if we want to if we want to also look at the Blended session yes even kids they have to wake up as early as 4 A.M shifting what I mean is that if I am a student now in the morning after some time on and my plans changed from set a set B are you know answers happen very very challenging and for our teachers much better telecast students yeah very good sir Felix I will I will talk about that as well so these are the struggle now creating a hybrid workplace industry to combat this struggle in our case we can create a hybrid classroom replace it so in our case in our classroom we can also look at what the industry is doing and let's see how we can apply this to our classroom if it's possible okay so what is a hybrid workplace or what is hybrid classroom it's a model that combines working from home with working from the office so in that case the school it's a model that combines learning from home with learning from school happening at the same time right okay then what what are the different um approaches to hybrid workplace which is also applicable to um hybrid classroom um [Music] connection s eight months and three weeks pregnant for 40 minutes going to school oh no yeah okay workplace which is which can be an approach to your hybrid classroom as well so first approach is portioning approached or if you're going to ask me [Music] um what what what my advice would be yeah advice so approaches to hybrid workplace which is also a could be an approach to hybrid classroom portioning approaching approach Telecom Portion by portion Channel a portion of it NASA workplace a portion of the employees okay are working from home and a portion are working at the office in this approach different responsibilities and customer employees which tasks are possible to be done at home and which tasks are supposed to be done in the office so this will help lessen the number of people going to the office and it will lessen your viral load and chance of people infecting each other so applications a classroom portioning is a classroom a portion of your students will be inside the classroom and a portion will be joining you online hi laboratory classes and it's a laboratory class a portion of your students is in the laboratory with you and a portion of your students is listening to you online challenge human equipment salad classroom they have the access to the laboratory equipment but how do we solve that very resourceful time my teachers if we want to do portioning and you're doing a laboratory class think of an activity okay if we're teaching chemistry or something to do with you know manipulating um chemicals or equipment foreign right kitchen love experiments um PBA and tasa cannot be done virtually going to school with teacher supervision yes students laboratory classes where a portion of your students are with you and then having a portion of your your students are there at home again foreign so that the same kind of of activity that's being done in the classroom is the same kind of activity that the students will experience okay supervision you know you have to toggle between your camera and your classroom okay now there's still a way for you to supervise what's being done um in in um right especially if it involves my equipment let the parents know that you're going to do an activity especially if you're teaching kids so that there's also parent supervisions foreign Services the lab experiments can be done in school as a service to be rendered by laboratory person and then the report is done by the students yes um if this setup will be just implemented gradually magandasana I think this can be done in a five years time careful planning is very important later I will share get started with this yeah approach the challenge is supervising those at home you might want to do a blended Style right for everyone um rotation the the I hope that while I'm discussing this in which approach will be appropriate for us if we really wanted to hybrid so portioning again you're portioning there's a portion of your students that's in the classroom and a person that's joining you online the same is happening again the same is happening in the workplace a portion of the employees are working from home while the portion is working in the office but what the what what the companies are doing in alternating the different responsibilities of the employees which employees can do work from home and which employs in the same ways in a classroom animal activities I'm pointing going on laboratory again look for Alternatives laboratory exercises together with the students who are doing um classroom online on site right and then next is rotation approach so another another approach is to hybrid in the workplace is a rotation approach now how do we apply this into our classroom so rotation approach alternate group of employees can work from home and the others can switch schedules okay so group a foreign after X number of weeks see Group B a go on site online so next to switch in your class in your classes of students students 1 to 20 or students a to 1 to 20 week one classroom students 21 to 40 as a bahai right online Blended can also be a rotational approach where everyone is in school classroom a rotation students 1 to 20 NASA classroom listening to teacher teacher they discuss 21 to 40. but you're probably at the library doing the activities or the assignments to switch okay that's part of the Blended of course um challenge I gadgets at conductivity classroom on the part of the teacher I wouldn't really say additional task but it's it's an added um effort for a teacher on chapter one I'll discuss chapter one again that's right no that is why that's why you're here you're listening to this so that you can preach to the admin Advocates um and whether nothing go in right and through maraming challenges in adapting this approach but remember time is very annoying um your growth mindset yes and what would be appropriate okay so rotations School okay and then on call approach everybody says a workplace so everybody works from home and goes to school or to office as needed for example in my meeting special events are you saying yeah application in school they call it Flex High Flex okay online classes certain schedule where students are going to school but not to attend a a regular class but to go to to their teachers for consultation or for any event or for any activities that they need to do in school they call it high Flex classes are still happening online could be synchronous or asynchronous okay and then merong schedule certain schedule on call among students special events from my meeting or manual consultation students uh um where everyone goes what they're doing asynchronous and synchronous classes happening online okay virtually but they have a scheduled a specific specific day where a numerous students spoken as a school for consultation classroom uh face to face uh it's a workplace bucket may choose your own setup choose your own setup meaning you can set up your own working space it depends but dependency is yeah yeah and worrying about getting infected so you're about to solve this okay they would say nothing on setup okay now work space small workplace at a preference young setup that will make you feel safer and comfortable but not totally isolated so I don't know if this is a if this can be applied to our classroom here in the Philippines we can um actually try to to look at the Chooser all set up in the case in the Philippines I'm naturally if the choose your own setup can can work nothing really feel safe yeah according to Sir Jeffrey let's look at the comments here education we just started the high Flex learning with six hours of on-site learning experiences oh that's nice okay Miss Mary and be to own high flexible and then okay Miss Rother is a public school but we have to consider schedules availability of teachers to teach the subject and of course the teachers loading so yeah um but these are the things that we can actually look at and see how we can use this to create this is not the only approach to hybrid learning or hybrid workplace that you can do you can do a combination that you think will work for your school okay that's that's the reason why we're here we're looking at this so that we can apply this to our own schools so that our students are familiar right okay now benefits of hybrid workplace slash classroom yeah benefits them it promotes good mental and emotional well-being of employees you get infected or or something classroom so somehow my feeling of um foreign feeling of um hybrid workplace keeping of talent pool is easier you know safer work environment and disaster proof organization as well in disaster education savings are the full face-to-face Dental to look at different approaches that we can um use okay the challenges of doing hybrid whether it's in the workplace or in school I'm sharing the challenge just not because I want to discourage you I'm sharing the challenges so that we can solve whatever challenges there is so not everyone can do hybrid um employees can work remotely you bought frontliners machine operators nothing those that requires physical presence in in the school setting okay laboratory classes laboratory classes right Flex [Music] okay issues not everyone has strong and stable internet connectivity joining classes online can be challenging so how do we solve that yeah again I'm sharing the challenges so that we can find a way to resolve these challenges maybe we can talk to all the ICT officers who can provide us with a better connectivity so that we can do hybrid classes productivity issues why is this a challenge because some workplace there are managers who were thinking just because employees are working remotely they're not productive actually on the contrary sovereign [Music] with and then another challenge on exclusion issues people working from home or you must students in azerbai sometimes they feel isolated yes productive work from home so people working from home you feeling of um exclusion people working from home might feel or think that they're being excluded um on crucial conversation or important matter not really discuss um on site um and then your feeling of isolation is also a challenge is positive environment and collaboration encourage nothing and communication among um students or employees who are on site and versus the those who are online foreign [Music] so these are the challenges School leaders and teachers so that your students your teacher or other teachers or co-workers they will not feel excluded or isolated okay very important um aspect yeah now moving forward but um yeah tips for a successful hybrid workplace and classroom yeah okay you need to make sure that your school your workplace because school is still a workplace employees so prioritizing your safety School administrators nothing we have we want to make sure that that the students the teachers and the employees they feel safe Upon returning to work that they will not feel anxious form um about getting sick or getting infected workplace a classroom or a school and then we we want to make sure that we involve everybody make it inclusive no um that everyone is included in the conversation included in the activity even the students who are online and we have to maintain fairness and balance between those who can go to school or go to the workplace and those who cannot go to the workplace or work remotely we have to maintain also a regular communication um between the Learners the teachers the school administrators and even parents okay we're doing this we're exploring hybrid we're exploring Blended we're exploring High Flex we need to invest in technology okay young schools nothing should look at investing in technology and adapting the right tools which is very important Style [Music] um devices so how do we how do we how do we do how do we solve that so we need we need support from the government or from the private sector who can help us um foreign foreign experience that's up your engagement that's tournament that's why young hybrid hybrid um physical now set up online human interaction should still be there social interaction attention should still be there because it's still very important very important then the reason why we're looking at this is because we want to be able to continue to teach and learn despite whatever disturbance is we're going to experience in the future plus um like what I mentioned earlier in when when we started our focus is to make sure that um we prepare our students to be more work ready doesn't matter strategy or I think in a cabinet and focus is always the Learners the center of everything is our learner and we need to always continue to find ways okay to find ways to make this work okay uh right so next tips and tricks so now okay I will share with you how you can get started with this [Music] um is also very important that's actually true using the right tool is very very important choose the right tool for you it's not just about using a tool because you want to use a tool but what is the right tool a new right tool now I just want to give you um just an overview of adaptive learning apply as you as you try to embrace your um hybrid type of learning okay please remember now like what I mentioned we want to make sure because we want to be able to deliver our lessons Okay you want to do hybrid you want to do Blended you want to do high Flex you have to think if this is helpful to the learners okay Gaga methane and Technology important things uh what are the things to keep in mind no let me just go back a little bit so content you blueprint technology these are the things that you can that you have to remember okay important you want to do hybrid you want to do high Flex you want to do Blended can we also make it adaptive meaning adaptive in the sense that can we adjust the way that we're teaching the way that we're implementing all of this strategy to the learning needs of our students and how can we do that okay you need to look at the content your blueprint and the technology that you're using and sabinisa Richard we are trained about adaptive learning last year by salt and Ateneo that's good whatever strategy or approach we use so adaptive learning is a very good thing for us to look at okay especially for the students so I'll just go very quickly you know with this yeah so in terms of content you know in terms of the content try to ask yourself what will stimulate my students learning if you're doing hybrid's online component or even Blended stimulates the students learning are you going to be using audio video images text or all of the above okay what will be the mode of instructions and hybrid and then content okay on on pacing by and my princess or in any order or sequential content online okay so look at your content important and then your Blueprinting personal um lessons and activities for me to make sure now what I'm doing is applicable or it answers to the needs of my students okay if I'm going to give a quiz for all students what will be my condition if then I'll send it if my students if my students for example 50 percent young students to the next lesson the from one activity to another depending on their progress to the previous activities the way the way that I deliver by my lesson would be um otherwise we're just delivering what we need to deliver without considering whether the students are learning or not foreign [Music] [Music] um what else yeah backward design and contingency management must be adhered by teachers okay very good morning activities students very important otherwise we are also using adaptive learning approach to our TBL students I9 is very nice very good okay generator you know generator very good nice technology for your um classes yeah okay so your technology very important activities so you can use flipgrid wakelet you can use Ms teams you can use one note you can use Ms forms okay you can use content okay before I proceed we're nearing the last part questions comments area um savings or Dominic video PowerPoint picture stimulates and practice by preparing constructing quizzes very good yeah my question possessor Alvin I know for the discussion I'm using Neo elements um and as much as we want it to be to be flexible into the capabilities of our students but the major exam is standard dies on topic to be covered yeah um standardization in outcomes in a different way okay way of achieving it is that in many different ways okay first day of school I give 50 points for attendance okay chemistry of school you have 50 points so gamification is also something that we can look at all right now how do we get started with all of this okay I have this model that I want to share with everybody on how to get started with whatever approach you want to do in your school whether that's hybrid okay whether that's hyphil hex whether it's Blended I call it the pi model and this is also a combination of what I've learned over the years as I [Music] um um as I use technology in teaching as I as I expose myself more education and technology and as I advocate for disaster for education okay so the model that that I use I call it pie can Implement evaluate I call it the pie process you want to do hybrid this is my this is very important you need to plan accordingly planning is very important you need to have a clear objective on on what your goals are and what you're trying to achieve why do you want to do hybrid what do you want to achieve why do you want to do high Flex why do you want to do Blended all of these things you need to consider what's your objective of doing this what are you trying to achieve and then of course after after having a clear objective you need to assess your school's capability okay it's important to know your school's technological and pedagogical capability to deliver and Implement remote hybrid Blended type of teaching and learning okay it's very important I know that we want to implement a lot of teaching modalities I know that you want to implement a lot of teaching approach that includes hybrid learning but you need to look in our this is a comment area Okay so assess the capability of the school not because we want to look at things that we don't have and then stop doing or or end up not end up not doing the the initiative we want to assess our capabilities so that we know what we can do okay and what approach will be appropriate connectivity issue Readiness issue for example some of my teachers are concerned then we need to do capacity building then we need to look at our infrastructure and find ways so that we can make things happen the reason why we're looking at our capabilities so that we can find ways you know to to to achieve what we want and to deliver the kind of strategy that we want to deliver and then another thing is identify the barriers and constraints especially Young Learners now let's look at the learner's access to technology and internet access at home young devices some connectivity so that we can prepare an appropriate okay activity for them yeah and we can choose the the proper approach not because they don't have access meaning [Music] the reason why we need to identify the barriers and constraints so that we can do something about it and resolve it and and create our activity no that is applicable to what they have yeah so for example challenge connectivity and there's an online component in in our approach then maybe in the new content that and maybe you can create content that's not too too heavy on videos not too heavy on images no so that others can can access it easily yeah important yeah and then part of planning also is getting to know your your students okay and nobody learning studies okay then um learning needs no so that we can create a proper approach subbing against assess your school and personal to look for a work around the difficulties that's very important not assess your school and find the difficulties and then so that it stops you from from doing the initiative that you want we're looking at the difficulties because we want to find a way to resolve it not because we want it to be a reason for us not to do things okay so getting to know your student is part of that we can tailor fit our lessons our activities to the learning needs of our students we can also decide you know let's answer the learning needs of my students if I want to do hybrid how do I do it so that the answer to the learning needs of my students yeah very um important okay and then teacher readiness is also part of the things that he needs is evaluating the Readiness of the teachers in terms of implementing hybrid classes okay so capacity building for teachers on the use of technology and the use of modality yes okay we need to have a capacity building for teachers to use a technology and new pedagogical aspect and the content as well because those are those are important aspects you see teachers were the ones who are going to create the content were the ones were going to deliver meeting your technology um we don't know how to combine the technology with with with the pedagogy and the content then it's going to be extracted and we want to resolve that before we implement we want to make sure that the teachers are ready teachers training there's some Workshop that can be done there's capacity building for us to be able to do what we want to do and what we're set up to do right okay so after planning of course you implement a implementation initiative so what are the things that we need to consider in terms of implementation okay content availability is important make sure that your content is readily available okay and accessible to the students a digital platform that you're using themes swaying um one note yeah so your your Microsoft productivity tools these are the contents we need to look at that okay we need to make sure that this platform can support their content that's very very important platform okay what else use the right tools okay during the implementation it's important to have a look at what tools you're using flip grid see wakelet these are important tools that you can use other aside from the other tools so look at the appropriate tools not because you want to use an app or you're going to use it look at the appropriateness of the apps that you are using appropriate activities um and then when you have the toaster ready you need to choose the right learning activities especially conversion and remote you're adding activities recommended [Music] virtual activities okay you can use four rooms okay discussion forums you can use debates and Maryland debates now online so you can do online debate Now by this Ms teams [Music] Wiki you can have online group activities online quizzes and practice tests web conferencing group chat where they are uh essay type of assessment gamification attendance so you can also gamify your classes for whatever for for all of for the achievements whatever achievements your students would have points in a leaderboard and then look at competency base learning most essential learning competencies learning activities does it comply with the most or does it does it support the most essential learning competencies then here I have here suggested guide in choosing and learning any learning tools now easy to set up by ad my free trial Bayan my provider open and support okay and what you're trying to achieve has the features that you're looking for or want to have so and and what are the technological constraints against Elementary um okay and so like like what I mentioned nothing like hybrid Blended my technology component so very important okay and then of course after implementation we need to evaluate for success evaluate nothing in the implementation successful successful so I have three keywords here for you guide monitor and adjust okay it's very important that the teachers and all of the stakeholders parents students are guided on all of the activities that's happening well guided we have we need to have an open communication with the teachers with the parents and with the students on our lesson plan and on our approach approach so it's very important to have a a clear communication and guidance that's very important so that we avoid confusion confusion among students confusion among parents and confusion among teachers um foreign teachers to deliver lessons more effectively depending positive uh coming from Sir CJ pobata so depend this activity no like you know so it depends on your activity science experiments experiments okay uh what else is so after um teachers parents and stakeholders to the activities we need to monitor not policing okay monitor means keep track of the progress of the teachers the students and the parents in terms of the approach that we're using especially is a hybrid type of teaching and learning okay we can we need to be able to keep track of the progress of everybody not because we want to call them out when they when we feel that they do something wrong but it's because we want to guide them and make sure that they're on the right track okay and then we develop the appropriate evaluation tools for every initiative that we have it's very important that we develop an appropriate evaluation tools valid questions must be asked okay so that you are also sure to get valid answers your success initiative nothing for hybrid learning what are the evaluation tools that we are going to use okay evaluation evaluation too should vary also it depends on what you're measuring okay so very important that we have that and we know that okay your valid um evaluation tools and then develop develop effective feedback system you want um an approach okay um hybrid Blended or high Flex new feedback system support now dance students supporting inside my teachers okay how do we let them know if they're um doing the right thing or how do we answer questions from teachers not to make sure that um they're well guided how do we let them know that this is the right way of doing things or major of that feedback system that's among students when you give them an exam when you give them quizzes when you give them activities how do we make sure that the feedback is real time or at least close to real time okay real time I'm adding feedback so that they know how they will adjust important okay foreign [Music] and then part of monitoring as well is creating a help desk okay online support when we're implementing Specialists it does especially sources School leaders when we want to implement certain approach to teaching and learning and if and and we have teachers now this is something new to them we need to be able to have someone who will help them when they need help who will answer questions when they have questions that's very important it's very important to have that fee to have that help desk or feedback system or health system that will answer so that we it's kind of like when you when you buy a gadget or you subscribe to an app or um a phone subscription right so important initiative nothing like this we have a team of experts or Advocates who will help the teachers or who will help answer questions as silly then that's very important yeah help desk and then lastly adjust okay after evaluating we need to make sure that we make the necessary improvements initiative Hindi successful it doesn't mean that we will stop okay that's not how it works we're evaluating because we want to know what are the necessary improvements or adjustments that we need to do so that next time that we implement the same thing we're successful and we avoid committing the same mistake that we made if we made a mistake in the previous implementation it doesn't mean for that when you evaluate and you feel that you're not successful means that you will stop it doesn't work that way we evaluate because we want to make the necessary improvements okay or we need or we evaluate because we want to upgrade okay we want to do an upgrade or an innovation on on what we're currently doing that's very that's very important we need to be able to think outside of the box how we can make things better okay challenges how do we how do we resolve those challenges it's not how do we how do I stop doing this I don't want to do this anymore because there's so many challenges that's just that that is not how it works right we're doing this because we want to make sure that we're successful okay and we make the necessary adjustments and Improvement okay comments um okay mostly yeah the mode of learning depends on the learning situation of the schools the ability of availability of the infrastructure the Readiness of the stakeholders for the appropriate mode of learning okay questions clarifications so adding um discussion is mm-hmm yeah problems teams yeah metal connection just now search for depth and account okay foreign ER while in session yeah questions no I know that what we're experiencing um right now is very challenging for everybody very challenging in the sense that when the pandemic happened we like what I mentioned we woke up one day and everyone stopped to teach at home and we got caught flat-footed we don't know what to do if you I know if you've seen the movie the minions now that we're back back to face-to-face classes foreign but the Silver Lining okay to close my session Silver Lining of what happened to us the pandemic brought the world to a standstill like everybody the entire world but also I know and I've seen how it brought out the best in each and every one of us we became very resourceful very creative and very Innovative as Educators an important thing is we survived this we survived because of our love for our students and our love for education so whatever challenges that we're facing I know that we will survive this muscle survive nothing because we have that growth mindset and we keep on finding Ways and Means okay to continuously teach so that our students can continue to learn that's why you're here exploring about hybrid learning I hope that this session has been helpful to everybody I hope that you've learned thank you very much for listening thank you very much for joining me in this session thank you sir Franco thank you everybody and I hope that I was able to share something that's gonna help you as to explore the different modalities to successfully kitchen thank you Paul thank you very much [Music] number one uh is that the message about hybrid learning is not like should not be based on popularity I see sometimes we're so um the situation by the by by what's happening around us and we think now hybrid learning I really like what you've said exactly learning see that's that's the first and ultimate questions for schools no and for teachers uh before implementing hybrid learning and uh the second one is on the evaluation hybrid learning hybrid learning because the reality is that on on implementing a hybrid learning infrastructure Readiness students Readiness even administrators administrative requirements hybrid learning no um that's totally different from a uh I don't know unusual before or the pre-pandemic no um administration of schools no it Demands a whole new things for bringing those up no once again okay and I think we have a lot of questions as well now uh in the chat no it which uh we would like to entertain Miss uh Jen aside from the mind of teams questions which I'm going to address later on by the way infographics no uh to post in our page not to answer this many questions now regarding some Logistics about our webinar for today anyway Ms teams um questions no let's first focus on the discussion of Miss uh Miss Geno Mrs questions um um if I'm at the school or I'm the educator no what should be the things I'm I'm supposed to be communicating with the parents okay and to what extent information what are the most essential information that our school and the Educators no teachers no should be communicating with the parents to also get that enough support no since hybrid learning also takes into account that that home-based learning or online learning School what's the plan and and then modalities we need to simplify it for them hybrid activities requirements School number one that they that they need to know is why why is the school doing this why do we need to do this what's our objective why is this important why is my my children going to do have to do Blended or hybrid type of classes and what are the things that I need to prepare as parents and also ask the parents in a very very simple way you need to simplify it administrators hybrid learning some appearance okay you don't need to use that just use simple words simple explanation because not all parents would understand hybrid parents the teachers but always a consideration is zero knowledge on parents about hybrid teaching because they're not all parents are teachers okay or not all parents are also also uh students who knows about hybrid so even if you know that it's called hybrid think of ways in a simplified way um simply explanation um hybrid uh explanations appearance not only for the teachers and the school administrators even students foreign that you can use for them to to have like an online quiz everybody takes an online quiz it also takes away um teacher Young um foreign and we use rubrics on hybrid learning yes whether you're hybrid High Flex Blended face to face fully online rubrics is applicable to all uh modalities of teaching activity I would suggests just to share an experiencer foreign foreign [Music] that's why the greatest yeah so somehow in a way no Miss Geno uh rubrics create um certain standardizations [Music] from a teacher May foreign is foreign [Music] schedule Hybrid next week face-to-pace combinations now from time to time you have to be consistent of our schedule we call it e calendar no foreign give that to the students I wouldn't recommend volume constant switching yes they also go by with what's happening around cases foreign online for the rest of the school year we allowed switching like regularly as per term so after the terms modality for that term for the second term points um based on Whimsical reasons basically yeah um how can we say that hybrid learning adopted by the school is effective and efficient evaluation you need to evaluate afternoon hybrid learning you need to have a an evaluation tool and ask appropriate questions in terms of Effectiveness or efficiencies that means you're effective right efficiency has something to do with the use of resources School okay so you're not efficiency efficiency resources lack of resources so you have to look at that evaluation and asking appropriate questions look at your objective okay and look at your resources wasted Bond resources or the resources efficiency something to do with the resources and your Effectiveness something to do with the achievement of your objectives effective and efficient at the same time education it depends hybrid it could be a long-term solution I'm an advocate of disaster proof education despite whatever um calamities are experiencing teachers can still continue to teach and students can still continue to learn but there's a lot of consideration if we want to do hybrid we have to look at Readiness capability we need to assess what we can and cannot do what we have and what we don't have this could be a long-term solution and hybrid learning or hybrid approach it's just an approach for us to to implement young delivery in adding classes but if is this a solution to all of the other education problems I don't think education is a as an approach for continuous teaching and learning that's what I can say okay it's an approach for continuous teaching and learning uh problems continuous teaching and learning a hybrid approach could be and could be um an approach to that not a solution to that but other problems that we have in education would require a different solution problems yes for the sake of the teacher Lucero no um hybrid learning could definitely address two key problems in the country no number one would be Sabine uh risk management um education sector pandemic hybrid learning tends to um to reduce that risk no of exposure of I don't know of like creating new or New Waves of uh I don't know of infections hybrid learning in general even before the pandemic hybrid learning it's really for Access inclusive hybrid learning it allows like people who are good on site and people who are also good online is access to education anymore students continuous teaching and learning very important yeah but so Miss Jen actually no um Valeria teachers modality that he or she will use in the class well in reality administrators and it depends on the policy of the school appropriate modalities so it's it's um it's a two-way street this is going to be um a work between teachers and the school administrators you need to talk and align and decide what modality is appropriate for the majority modalities so that's the decision of the admin teaches thank you Miss Jen I think she go to Miss Jen um teacher actually teaches the entire like three to four teachers because at least the entire Community you know if that's the case that's could be a possibility because members no uh you can definitely manage it based on the teachers as the parent Sparrow to go to the moment um yes no standardization is actually a better route now for the school because smaller Community Schools that's a possibility like alignment with the students alignment with Administrations rather than online still Blended thank you so teachers no I uh we hope to answer more of your questions last question from Mrs Christianity how do we encourage season teachers who are still afraid of adapting to hybrid learning and still want to stick to the traditional way of teaching technology technology doesn't matter technology it also doesn't matter age doesn't matter 72 years video games on a much more serious note getting everybody to join the bandwagon you change mindset challenge how do we get everyone on board technology is a tool but the real heroes and the real story behind these are the teachers and the students the technology is there and any hybrid um any any modes of teaching delivery is there to support us to be even more effective efficient and more seasoned as a teachers [Music] technology ever and Technology will always be our dwelling our support lessons a talk yes age doesn't matter yeah um for for that question okay Miss Jen I think that is problem with that no okay um from one of our teachers Jen is that the moment we step on back on site technology that they have learned over the two pandemic school years yeah you become better in using technology what you want and you can say that's an additional skill no and definitely would leverage your your
