Dealing With A Puppy Biting Problem - First Steps

when somebody tells me they have a puppy biting problem often it's followed by how do I correct it but puppies bite they do that that's going to happen and if I let it happen and then I correct I can stop the behavior but it's not the relationship I want with my dog so I like to prevent the biting when I take them out I don't let puppies get bored and then I know they're going to come use their teeth and now they're nipping me my timing's bad so yes I'll deal with it if it happens but I'm going to set my pop-up so that they're so busy they're not using their teeth inappropriately showing them that hey you can use the teeth on that toy but not on me
