welcome back to interplaner Fighting Championships where D and D monsters battle for bragging rights a new tournament is just about to start we got a bracket full of incredible challenge rating one monsters and if you want to fill out a bracket here's the official IFC scoring system if you guess a round one match up correctly you get one point if you guess a round two matchup correctly you get two points if you guess a semi-final match up correctly you get four points and if you guess the championship bout correctly you get eight points our first matchup in our cr1 tournament pits the animated armor versus the nilbog who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the nilbog is going to be first cast Tasha's hideous laughter but unfortunately Tasha's hideous laughter does not affect a creature with an intelligence score of four or less the animated Armor's intelligence is a one and the animated armor is going to be up going to make two slam attacks a 7+ 4 is going to miss 18 that does hit but the nilbog uses their reaction reversal of Fortune in response to another creature dealing damage the nilbog reduces the damage to zero and regains 1d6 hit points and it is now the nil boog's turn they're going to use mocking word dc12 wisdom saving throw or take 2 D4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on its next attack rob a 13us 4 that fails only two two points of psychic damage oh no but the animated armor is immune to psychic damage so this does no damage the nil boog's abilities are very nerfed right now I should make a note the nilbog has a feature called nilbog ISM any creature that attempts to damage the nail bog must first succeed on a dc12 Charisma saving throw or be Charmed The Animated armor is also immune to charm and it's now the animated Armor's turn so even though mocking W did no damage the animated armor still has disadvantage on its next attack roll so their first slam attack that is a Nat one the animated armor makes their second slam attack 18 plus4 hits but reversal of Fortune brings that damage to zero this might be a drag out fight the nilbog up with Advantage from the natat one is going to use their full scepter now a 19+ 4 is going to hit 1d6 plus two bludgeoning damage Five Points of damage the animated armor up two slam attacks a 10 plus4 hits reversal of Fortune reduces the damage to zero a 14+ 4 hits 1d6 + 2 damage six points of damage so nilbog is just going to come with another full scepter a natural one the animated armor will have advantage on this next attack two sixes that misses a 10 plus four hits reversal of Fortune damage is zero and they regain 1d6 hit points that is four hit points that the nilbog regains oh my goodness guys this might take forever the nilbog full scepter five plus four misses the animated armor up their first slam attack misses second slam attack misses as well nilbog Up full scepter aat 20 for the nilbog 6 + 2 eight points of bludgeoning damage the animated armor now first slam attack 18 + 4 hits reversal of Fortune 1d6 hit points to the nilbog Four Points brings them back up to full the animated armor needs to hit on this one to actually do some damage a 10 + 4 is going to hit really the animated armor needs to get a one shot kill a five or more on this Dice and the animated armor defeats the nilb five on the dice the animated armor is finally able to get the knockout blow on the nilbog the animated armor is moving on to the next round we got our next bout in our cr1 tournament half ogre versus The Copper Dragon wormling who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the half ogre is going to go first going to take their battle axe in two hands and swing down a 12+ 5 a 17 does hit 2d1 + three 14 total points of slashing damage the Copper Dragon wormling turn they are going to use one of their breath weapons acid breath each creature in the line must make a dc11 dexterity saving throw a 3 plus 0 is not going to do it going to take the full 48 acid damage all right let's count 16 points of acid damage two big hits right off the bat and now it is the half ogre's turn and they have a chance to end it right here another battle axe attack a five plus 5 misses now the Copper Dragon wormling turn first we got to see if they get their breath weapon back recharges on a five or six they do not get their breath weapon back so they're going to try to bite the half ogre oo a 15 + 4 is 19 that does hit 1 d10 plus two piercing damage ooh 11 points of piercing damage half ogre's turn now tried to swing again on the Copper Dragon wormling a nine + 5 14 misses Copper Dragon wormling turn first let's see if they get their breath weapon back they do not get their breath weapon back they're going to come in with a bite even with minimum damage will take down the half ogre a nine on the dice 9 + 4 is a 13 and with minimum damage the Copper Dragon worming takes out the half ogre the Copper Dragon wormling is moving on to the next round moving along in our cr1 tournament we have the durar versus Spectre who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Spectre is going to be up first they are going to use their life drain a net 20 this is big so 3d6 necrotic damage we're going to double that 6 D6 there so many dice 5 + 5 is 10 16 19 23 26 5 five that's 10 6 4 that's 10 3 three that's 6 10 + 10 + 6 26 points of necrotic damage and the durar is down the duraar gets one shotted by the Spectre what what the Spectre is moving on to the next round our next bout in our cr1 tournament is the female steer versus the hippogriff who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the female steer is up first going to bite the hippogriff a 9 + 5 is a 14 does hit 1d8 plus 3 piercing plus 2 d8 Poison let's roll them all together 15 plus 2 17 plus three is 20 points of damage another first round first turn knockout 20 points of damage and the hippogriff is down what is happening the female steer is moving on to the next round moving along in our cr1 tournament we have the Cobalt scale sorcerer versus the fire snake who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Cobalt scale sorcerer is going to be first with some distance here is going to cast their chromatic bolt plus four to hit they get two bolts 4 + 4 misses but the 18 on the dice does hit 2d6 plus 2 damage of a type of the Cobalt's choice because this is a fire snake they're going to choose cold damage eight points of cold damage but hold on the fire snake is vulnerable to cold damage meaning 16 points of coold damage to the fire snake the fire snake up makes two attacks one with its bite and one with its tail the bite first 10 + three is going to miss tail attack a 19 on the dice does hit 1 D4 plus one bludgeoning and 1d6 fire nine total points of damage the Cobalt scale sorcerer is up going to move away from the fire snake taking an attack of opportunity the fire snake is going to use their tail as their reaction attack ooh and 18 + three is going to hit five total points of damage Cobalt scale sorcerer now chromatic bolt attack a natural one but a 177+ 4 that hits and with 2d6 plus two coal damage minimum damage would be four vulnerable would be eight the Cobalt scaled sorcerer doesn't even need to roll damage defeats the fire snake that was a tough match up for the fire snake the Cobalt scale sorcerer is moving on to the next round the next bout in our cr1 tournament pits the giant toad versus the choker who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the choker up first makes two tentacle attacks a 13 + 5 is an 18 that hits the giant toad if the target is a larger smaller creature it is grappled and until the grapple ends the target is restrained before we roll damage we're going to roll another tentacle attack with Advantage oh no even with Advantage the choker missed is with its second tentacle attack 1 D4 plus three piercing damage seven points of piercing damage the giant toad is up and they are restrained so they're going to take a bite attack at disadvantage a 7 plus 4 is going to miss the choker up one tentacle is restraining the giant toad so they're only going to make one tentacle attack with Advantage a natural 20 2 D4 plus three piercing damage six points of piercing piing damage the giant towed up now they're going to try to bite the choker again with disadvantage 4+ 4 is going to miss and the choker up they're going to make another tentacle attack with Advantage ooh that misses a four plus 5 is only a nine now the giant toad up again another bite attack at disadvantage a natural one the giant toad is not doing good the choker another tentacle attack at Advantage a 17 plus 4 is going to hit 1 D4 plus three piercing damage Five Points of piercing damage giant toad again going to try to hit at disadvantage okay a 12 + 4 is a 16 exactly what the giant toad needed 1 d10 piercing damage plus 1 d10 poison damage and 11 or more on these two dice the giant toad wins and 8 + 7 + 2 is 17 points of piercing and poison damage the giant toad defeats the choker thought the choker had it right there giant toad is moving on to the next round our second to last matchup in round one of our cr1 tournament is the Scarecrow versus lion who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Scarecrow is up first and they're going to try their terrifying glare the target must succeed on a dc11 wisdom saving throw ooh a 10 plus one barely saves now the Lion's turn going to use their pounce if the line moves 20 ft and hits with a claw attack the target must make a dc13 strength saving throw or be knocked prone a 9 plus 5 is a 14 that does hit the Scarecrow dc13 strength saving throw and that is a gat one the Scarecrow is certainly prone if the target is prone the line can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action a natural 20 for the lion all right here it comes the claw attack is 1d6 plus three slashing and the bite attack is 1 1 d8 + 3 doubled to 2 d8 + 3 10 total on the dice plus 6 is 16 points of damage the Scarecrow is resistant to piercing and slashing from non-magical attacks so that 16 points of damage is actually only eight the Scarecrow up now going to get up from prone and try to make two claw attacks 12 + 3 is 15 that hits a 7 plus three misses 2 D4 plus one slashing damage Five Points of slashing damage the line must also succeed on a dc11 wisdom saving throw or become frightened until the end of the scarecrow's next turn that is a two plus one that fails The Lion now frightened of the Scarecrow is up going to stand their ground and bite the scarecrow at disadvantage a 6 + 5 is an 11 that does hit the Scarecrow 8 plus three piercing damage haved to Five Points of damage the Scarecrow up another two claw attacks one miss and one hit six points of slashing damage the lion must make another dc11 wisdom saving throw an 8+ one is not going to do it the lion is still frightened and they're going to try the same thing that they did last time a bite attack at disadvantage O A Nat 20 but a six plus 5 is an 11 that still hits 3 + 3 is 6 have to three points of damage the Scarecrow up another two claw attacks two 19s both hit four + three is 7 + 2 nine points of damage first wisdom saving throw to not become frightened 15 the second hit a 19 the lion succeeds on the wisdom saving throws and is not frightened now the Lion's turn they have a decision to make with 50 ft of speed the lion could leave the SK scarecrow space and then try their pounce attack I think that's what the line's going to do the line is going to leave the scarecrow's melee range the Scarecrow gets a chance to hit the lion and 18 + three does hit so the lion took a chance here and it could bite them in the lion booty five on these two d4s and the lion is down and that's two fours nine points of damage and with that the Scarecrow defeats the lion on a reaction the lion had to take a chance there the Scarecrow moving on to the next round our final round one matchup in our cr1 tournament pits the ma Demon versus cr1 half Champion darkling who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the darkling is going to go first going to make a dagger attack 15 plus 5 is going to hit 1 D4 plus three piercing plus 2d6 necrotic a total of 12 points of damage a good first round for the underdog the mod demon up now and they're going to do a bite attack an 11 + 4 is a 15 a 15 does hit 2 d8 plus two piercing damage a good roll here could do it nine points of piercing damage the darkling is still up and it is now the darkling turn darkling going to do another dagger attack a 14 + 5 is going to hit ooh okay 9 + 3 is 12 + 3 50 15 points of damage we have a game here folks it is now the ma Demon's turn minimum damage takes out the darkling on a hit they win plus four to hit let's see what they get a two the ma demon misses the darkling has a chance here they do 1 D4 plus 3 plus 2d6 necrotic minimum damage kills the ma demon oh my gosh I'm nervous okay plus five to hit on an eight or better the dark Ling pulls off the upset of the century okay here we go here we go let's see a four misses the darkling misses and gives the ma demon a chance at this point any hit either the darkling or ma demon wins the ma demon a plus four to hit a 10 or better and a 10 + 4 is a 14 a 14 beats the AC of the darkling and the ma demon barely defeats the darkling a nailbiter the ma demon moving on to the next round our first round two bout of our cr1 tournament pits the animated armor versus The Copper Dragon wormling who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the animated armor is going to be first it's going to come in with two slam attacks 11+ 4 is a 15 that misses but the 19 plus 4 hits 2 plus to Four Points of bludgeoning damage Copper Dragon wormling turn and they're going to use their breath weapon acid breath dc1 dexterity saving throw an 11 plus Z is still an 11 an 11 saves 48 acid damage haved oo a good roll here okay 22 haved 11 points of acid damage animated armors turn two more slam attacks an 8 plus four misses and a that one the Copper Dragon wormling turn let's see if they get their acid breath back they do not get their acid breath back they are going to do a bite attack with Advantage because of the natat one an 11+ 4 is a 15 that still misses animated Armor's turn and they're going to make two more slam attacks 12 + 4 hits and a 13+ 4 hits so two hits 8 + 4 12 point points of bludgeoning damage Copper Dragon wormling turn let's see if they get their breath weapon back does not get their breath weapon back so they are just going to have to try to bite 5 + 4 misses it is now the animated armors turn two more slam Attacks An 11 + 4 is a 15 that misses two misses for the animated armor Copper Dragon wormling turn breath weapon let's see another one they can't get their breath weapon back so they're going to go in with a fight a two on the dice this is a drawn out battle two more slam attacks for the animated armor two misses Copper Dragon wormling Breath weapon let's see that's four ones in a row four ones in a row what I don't know I don't know what's happening okay they're going to try to bite there we go a 16 + 4 is a 20 that Hits 1 d10 plus 2 piercing damage eight points of piercing damage now the animated armor turn two more slam attacks two misses the Copper Dragon wormling if I roll another one I don't know I don't know what I'm going to do a four is not a one but they still don't get their breath weapon back so they are going to try to bite one more time 10 + 4 misses Now That animated Armor's turn two more slam attacks a 16 and an 18 on the dice both of those hit so 2d6 plus four bludgeoning damage and with minimum damage the animated armor defeats the Copper Dragon wormling the Copper Dragon wormling if they could have just got their breath weapon back they would have had a chance but they couldn't get it back animated armor moving on to the next round our next round two matchup of our cr1 tournament pits the Spectre versus female steer who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Spectre is up first and Spectre is going to use their life drain 19 + 4 is going to hit 10 points of necrotic damage dc10 Constitution saving throughout ORS hit point maximum is reduced by amount equal to the damage taken a 5 plus 2 is a seven that does not succeed the female Cedar's HP Max is reduced by 10 now the female steer's turn female steer is going to use their bite attack a six + 5 is an 11 that misses the Spectre and it is now the spectre's turn life drain one more time a 5 plus 4 misses back up to the female steer who is going to try another bite attack a 7 + 5 hits 1d8 plus 3 piercing plus 2 d8 Poison damage but here's the thing the Spectre is immune to poison damage and is resistant to non-magical piercing damage which means the female steer only does 1d8 + three piercing hav that stinks for the female steer 8 + 3 is 11 haved to five and it is now the spectre's turn another life drain attack a 6 plus 4 misses back up to the female steer another bite attack 17 + 5 does hit 2 + 3 is five have to two only two points of damage back to the Spectre another life drain there we go a 17 plus 4 hits 15 points of necrotic damage that is a dirty dirty hit Constitution saving throw or hit point Max is reduced okay hit point maximum is not reduced the female steers turn another bite attack that's all they got 18 + 5 does hit 7 plus 3 10 points have to five the Spectre up one more time another life drain a 19 on the dice that hits 3d6 necrotic damage a total of five on these Dice and the female steer is down let's see and the female steer is down the Spectre defeats the female steer Spectre moving on to the next round our next round two matchup of our cr1 tournament pits the Cobalt scale sorcerer versus giant toad who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll giant toad up first and they're going to do a bite attack a 12 plus four is a 16 a 16 Hits 1 d10 plus 2 piercing plus 1 d10 poison 11 points of damage the Cobalt scale sorcerer is now grappled and restrained the Cobalt scale sorcerer up and they're going to do two chromatic bolts first one at disadvantage an 8+ 4 hits second one a 9 plus 4 hits with the 13 they're going to choose lightning as their damage type 4 D6 plus 4 lightning damage interesting okay 7 + 7 is 14 + 4 is 18 points of damage that is a good hit the giant toad is up and the toad can use their swallow attack makes one bite attack against a medium or smaller creature it is grappling if the attack hits the target is swallowed with Advantage 11 + 4 is a 15 exactly what they needed to hit this could actually take them out a total of 14 on these two dice let's see a 10 and a one is 11 plus 2 is 13 the Cobalt scale sorcerer is still up but they are now blinded takes 3d6 acid damage at the start of each of the Toads turns so if the Cobalt scale sorcerer does not kill the giant toad right here they will die from 3d6 Acid damage on the start of the giant Toad's turn they're going to need to hit twice or have a crit in there somewhere they need the lower of these two dice to be a seven or higher for their chromatic bolt a that one Cobalt scale sorcerer fans do you believe in me cuz I don't you need two crits here that's not two crits the scale sorcerer deals 12 points of damage and at the start of the giant Toad's turn 3d6 acid damage the minimum amount of damage kills the Cobalt scale sorcerer and the giant toad is Victorious the giant toad is moving on to the next round our final round two matchup of our cr1 tournament is the Scarecrow versus ma demon who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll scarecrow is going to be up first going to make two claw attacks 17 plus three hits and a 6 plus three misses 2D 4 plus 1 slashing damage six points of slashing damage the ma demon needs to make a dc11 wisdom saving throw or be frighten but the ma demon is immune to frightened and it is now the M Demon's turn the M demon with a bite attack an 8 plus 4 is a 12 that does hit 2 d8 plus two piercing damage okay 12 points of piercing damage but the Scarecrow is resistant to non-magical piercing damage so that is only going to be six points of damage this is going to be a drag out fight I'm just feeling it two more claw attacks from The Scarecrow both both of those hit two hits 44 + 2 slashing damage five + 6 + two is 13 points of slashing damage dang okay the ma demon turn going to make a bite attack 8 + 4 is going to hit 9 + 2 is 11 points of piercing damage haved to five now the scarecrows turn two more claw attacks a 7 + three is a 10 that misses so two misses now the ma Demon's turn bite attack plus four to hit 16 plus 4 is going to hit 2 d8 plus 2 piercing damage 13 + 2 is 15 half to seven it is getting closer folks scarecrow up two more claw attacks a 17 plus three hits but a that one a critical Miss uh-oh the mod is going to have advantage on their next attack but 2 D4 Plus plus one slashing damage eight points of slashing damage ma demon is not looking good and it is now their turn a bite attack with Advantage good thing they had that Advantage cuz a 14 plus 4 hits 15 + 2 is 17 have to eight oh my goodness this is close this is close the Scarecrow could finish it here two more claw attacks that is two hits 4 D4 plus two slashing damage from The Scarecrow minimum damage does it for the Scarecrow the ma demon goes down the Scarecrow with the upset scarecrow moving on to the next round we are on to the semifinals of ourc R1 tournament animated armor versus Spectre who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Spectre is going to go first they're going to make a life strain attack 177+ 4 is going to hit 30 points of necrotic damage dc10 Constitution saving throw or the animated Armor's hit point Max is reduced by the amount of damage taken throw a 19 on the dice is going to do it and it is now the animated Armor's turn two slam attacks 5 plus 4 misses but the 11 plus 4 hits only 1 plus two three points of bludging damage and the Spectre is resistant to bludgeoning damage from non-magical attacks so that is only one one point of damage the specter's turn life drain attack a natural 20 you can't write this folks the Spectre is on a tear 66 necrotic damage this could be it for the animated armor that's a lot of good numbers okay I need to organize it's already more 25 points of necrotic damage and the Spectre defeats the animated armor this Spectre is incredible ible the Spectre is moving on to the Championships we got our last semi-final bout of our cr1 tournament giant toad versus scarecrow who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Scarecrow is up first they're going to do two claw attacks one miss but one that 20 44 + one slashing damage three plus four plus one eight points of slashing damage and if the target is a creature it must succeed on a dc11 wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of the scarecrow's next turn a 17 on the dice does succeed the giant toads turn a bite attack against the Scarecrow that is a 9 plus 4 a 13 Hits 1 d10 plus two piercing plus 1 d10 poison but the Scarecrow is immune to poison damage the Scarecrow is also resistant to piercing damage from non-magical attacks only five points of damage to the Scarecrow but the Scarecrow is now grappled and restrained the Scarecrow now grappled and restrained is going to try to use their terrifying glare the target must succeed on a dc11 wisdom saving throw or be magically frightened until the end of the scarecrow's next turn the frightened creature is now paralyzed this is big if the giant toad is paralyzed the Scarecrow can just get out of this grapple dc11 wisdom saving throw plus zero for the giant toad 10 + 0 is a 10 the giant toad fails and is now frightened and paralyzed which means the Scarecrow can remove itself from the grappled and restrained condition and now it is the giant Toad's turn who is paralyzed the scarecrow's turn again the Scarecrow is going to make two claw attacks both at Advantage 14 plus three hits and a 19 plus three hits 44 plus 2 slashing damage four plus plus 5 plus two is 11 points of damage the giant toad needs to make two more wisdom saving throws or be frightened until the end of the scarecrow's next turn so both of these need to be 11 or higher neither are 11 or higher the giant toad is frightened now the giant toads turn they're going to do a bite attack at disadvantage and that's an at one the Scarecrow is now up and they have advantage on their first claw attack because of the NAT one a nice 19 plus three hits their second claw attack a two on the dice misses 7 + 1 eight points a slashing damage woo the Scarecrow is looking good here another wisdom saving throw from the giant toad this needs to be 11 or higher another 10 the giant toad is frightened still and it is now the giant Toad's turn a bite attack at disadvantage four + 4 is an eight that does not hit the Scarecrow the scarecrow's turn two more claw attacks a two but aat 20 that is a crit from The Scarecrow 44 + one slashing damage this could do it this could do it on some good rolls two ones and a four and a three that is 10 points of damage baby baby baby giant toad does not be frightened this is huge they need to save that's a that 20 the giant toad is not frightened and can make a bite attack straight up and 18+ 4 hits 8 + 2 is 10 haveed Five Points of piercing damage the Scarecrow is now grappled and restrained any claw attack defeats the giant toad they are going to make two more claw attacks both at disadvantage the lower of the two dice needs to be an eight or higher the lower one is is a 9 + 3 is a 12 12 hits the giant toad and with minimum damage the Scarecrow defeats the giant toad what a run from the Scarecrow the Scarecrow is moving on to the championship I hope you like marbles because this is for all of them the championship bout of our cr1 tournament the Spectre versus scarecrow who's going to win there's only one way to find out we got a roll the Scarecrow is going to be up first going to make two claw attacks plus three to hit one hit but one critical Miss 2 D4 plus one slashing damage seven points of slashing damage but the Spectre is resistant to slashing damage from non-magical attacks which means the seven points of damage is only three points of damage to the Spectre and the Spectre needs to make a dc11 wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of the scarecrow's next turn a two on the dice that means the Spectre is frightened it is now the spectre's turn the NAT one gives the Spectre Advantage the frightened condition gives them disadvantage which means a flat roll for the spectre's life drain attack a 4+ 4 is an eight that misses it is now the scarecrow's turn two more claw attacks a 12 and a 13 on the dice both hit seven plus 4 + 2 13 points of damage haved to six points of damage two more wisdom saving throws they have a plus zero to this so they need an 11 or higher one pass one fail which means the Spectre is now frightened again so for their term they're going to have disadvantage on their life drain attack a three plus 4 is going to miss back to the Scarecrow two more claw attacks a 16 and a 17 on the dice both hits oh my gosh this scarecrow is Menace 5 + 6 is 11 + 2 is 13 have to six and the Scarecrow is slowly beating down the Spectre two more wisdom saving throws a 14 and an eight which means the Spectre is still frightened so so so it is now the spectre's turn with disadvantage a life drain attack two net 20s okay okay two net 20s oh my God okay okay okay 3d6 necrotic damage doubled 66 necrotic damage what the heck oh my God okay 66 let's see that's a good roll that's a good roll okay okay 6 + 4 is 10 okay two more sixes is 12 okay 7 okay so 10 + 12 is 22 + 7 is 29 29 Points of damage to the Scarecrow oh my goodness gracious the Scarecrow needs to make a dc10 constitution saving throw or their hit point Max is reduced by the damage taken an 8+ 0 is going to be a fail so their hit point maximum is reduced by 29 what a hit and it is now the scarecrow's turn two more claw attacks an eight plus three misses a six plus three misses two misses from The Scarecrow oh my goodness the specters turn they are not frightened a straight D20 roll to hit with their life drain let's see a 12 + 4 is a 16 that hits the Scarecrow 3d6 necrotic damage for the Spectre a seven on these three dice and the Spectre is the champion a huge role a huge role here let's see a four and a four and a four it ain't the mark of the devil it's the mark of the Spectre with
