day in the life of a law firm owner and personal injury lawyer I wake up at 5 30 make some coffee and review my tasks for the day next I get some exercise in and walk my dog it sets a good tone for the day we eat vegan breakfast I'll review emails and dive into business this includes negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel next I'll spend some time talking to potential clients to see if my firm can take on their case I then collaborate and strategize with colleagues draft demand letters and move cases forward I like using dual monitors to view documents and I'll spend time marketing my firm by reviewing and creating media if I have a zoom deposition or presentation I'll put on my suit laser and get to it if I have an in-person meeting I head to my workspace in downtown L.A to close out a productive day my husband and I will cook a vegan dinner and take some time to relax then we take a sauna go to bed and get ready for the next day
