[Music] you have to decide in your heart that you had purpose in your heart that I will dare to be different that I will live for [Music] Jesus so jenzy go forward and shine go forward and Shine for Jesus I bless you today in the name of Jesus to do Mighty exploits for the kingdom of God I bless you today to be the head that not to be the T to be above and not beneath in Jesus name how's jenzy doing this past four days I've been feeling very young well tonight is a very special night because it's our last night how many of you are happy or are you sad that you the conference is going to get over yeah I know the feeling I know the feeling you know no more lights okay no more dancing you know no more you know the delicious meal no those things you may get at home but the you know the the friends and you know all the the anointing you know in this place has been awesome the past four nights every night God has showed up amazingly and you know people getting filled with the Holy Spirit touched by the Holy Spirit people being set free some of you have received deliverances and I tell you God has marked you you know you know all the awesome things that we have experienced here in this place you know it doesn't end here that's what I want to tell you guys it doesn't end here and what I want to challenge you tonight is that God is calling you young people here listen up to me he is calling you Hallelujah to live for him Hallelujah you are in the world and you are going to go back to the world the lights are not going to be there the worship team is not going to be there you're going to go back to your problems you're going to go back to your Temptations you're going to go back to your schools and colleges and you're going to go back to the world and you're going to face the same challenges the same Temptations are waiting for you I'm sorry but it's waiting for you and what would you do at that time let's turn our Bibles to John chapter 17:14 on Words it says I have given them your word and the world has hated them because they are not of the world just as I am not of the world I do not pray that you should take them out of the world but you should keep them from the evil one they are not of the world just as I am not of the world Jesus is saying here that you are in the world but you are not not of the world turn to your neighbor and say you are in the world but you are not of the world good news and bad news ah I want to be you know not part of this world I want to be somewhere else but the truth is that you're going to go back to the world you're going to go back and face the same challenges the same Temptations and the evil one is also waiting to destroy us but Jesus is saying here you are not of the world you are in the world but you are not of the world so as you go back after this genzi conference you are going to go back to the world but you are not of the world so my question to you is are you going to confirm back to the world are you going to go back and confirm back to the ways of the world are you going to live your old ways all lifestyle of sin are you going to go back to your depression because some of you came depressed to this place but God has set you free many of you came hopeless but you have received hope many of you came in doubt but you have received your truth and your freedom but are you going to confirm back to this always or are you going to be a different person so my challenge to you this evening is will you dare will you dare to be different will you dare to be different that is my message tonight and this message May cost you tonight because sometimes as preachers we can preach you know massage messages you know love me messages comfort me messages but as I was praying and as I was seeking the Lord what to share to our genz God said to my heart you got to challenge the Zen genen Z tonight and I want to share this message with you tonight and I want to challenge each one of us tonight will you dare to be different the word there means to have courage to do something Brave there means to challenge and I have seen in my walk with the Lord as a pastor and as a minister of the word that there are so many people that come up to the altar call so many people that receive the touch of the Holy Spirit but they go back to the world and they begin to live like the people of the world I tell you it has happened again and again and again but tonight I want to challenge you will you dare to be different to live for Christ and not to be like the people of the world the encounters that you had will it just be one encounter that would just end up here in the geny conference but will it be the encounter that you have will determine your future and like we shared all this all these evenings that God has been marking you God has been sealing you some dips car has been happening in your heart in your spirit in your life so I want to share four things out of the word dare I want to pick the first word d decision how can I be daring to live a different life it begins with a decision in your heart you have the purpose in your heart that as I have accepted Jesus Christ I am going to walk with Jes Jesus Christ I am not going to be like the people of the world I am going to set myself apart for Christ we heard the story of Daniel how he was in the king's Palace and how he and his friends were were were able to say no to the Delicacies of the king's uh banquet but you know what Daniel had to do let's turn our Bibles to Daniel chapter 1 and verse 8 you know it just didn't happen it just didn't happen like and his friends said oh you know let's just say no to the king's Delicacies you know the the food the great food and I tell you it must have been the best foot that was laid there but you know what Daniel decided what Daniel did in chapter one and verse 8 it says but Daniel purposed in his heart everybody say purposed he purpose in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portions of the King's Delicacies nor with the wine which he drank therefore he requested of the chief of the Enochs that he might not defile himself Daniel had to decide in his heart he had to take a decision your decision matters Daniel's decision mattered he purposed in his heart that I will not defile myself with the king's Delicacies and because he decided in his heart he purposed in his heart he was able to say no to the king's Delicacies your decision will determine your choices hear me out your decision will determine your choices because Daniel decided he was able to say no many of us focus on like ah resist the temptation ah no no no you know I will try to overcome what you need to do is that you need to make a decision that I will live for Christ I am going to be different for Christ Hallelujah because what you decide will determine the choices that you will make and obviously your choices will make your life you are the choices that you have made so far in your life the choice to wear this t-shirt the choice to wear this shoe the choice to have a career the choice to choose a friend that we talked about this afternoon life is full of choices and your decision will determine your choices and your choices will make up your life many of us we just think about the choice but you know what you have to first decide you have the purpose in your heart many of you have made decisions to accept Jesus Christ to be a Joshua and a Caleb to be a Daniel and a Joseph you have decided you have purposed and I want to seal that again tonight I want to remind it again that your decision is so important because it will determine your future your yes jenz it matters to God and many of you have said yes I said my yes when I was 9 years old I went to a children's camp when I was very young and by the grace of God you know there was an altar call and when they called us to accept Jesus I still vividly remember that moment you know I went up to the altar call and I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and during my youth I attended many youth camps and conferences but not as great as this janz conference I was telling Pastor AI this afternoon how I wish we had it during our time yeah and all the things we had such an awesome day today right all the sessions were so awesome awesome and in the youth camps and different meetings I said My Yes to God again I said yes I really want to live for you Jesus I had my UPS and my Downs there were moments when I was tempted there were moments when I fell into sin there were moments when I I I wasn't walking and living the life that I have to live as a Christian but I know that because of my Yes to Jesus when I was 9 years old and over the years when I said yes to Jesus and when a purpose in my heart that I will live for him God has brought me thus far your yes in this genz conference will matter for the rest of your maybe 10 20 years until the end of your life decisions are powerful and sometimes decisions are like a shield of protection that comes upon your life because I said yes when I was 18 years old to serve Jesus you know because you know I had many dreams like all our speakers Shar I had that dream when I was younger da da da but when I hit and I finished my class 12 that was the moment I received my call to Ministry and you know because I said yes there were moments when I could have really gone astray I had friends that were people in the world you know I could have been tempted to go in that direction but God protected me God protected me you your decision your decision to say Lord I'm going to live for you you know what will happen God's protection and shield will come upon you Hallelujah I'm talking about decisions take it from your heart don't take it as a copycat because my friend went up to the altar I will go up to the altar well Before the Throne of God at the day of judgment your friend is not going to give an account of your life you are going to give an account of your own life your parents are not going to give an account of your life you are going to give an account of your own life so you have to decide in your heart and maybe tonight is a good night because opportunities don't come always that you are decid in your heart that you would purpose in your heart that I will dare to be different that I will live for [Music] Jesus sometimes decisions will cost you and many times it has cost me and if you see the stories in the Bible Daniel's Yes to God meant no to the king and to the Delicacies of the king's banquet and table you see one thing is very hard to resist and that is food do you agree with me yeah sometimes you can say no to that this but when it comes to food you know that's a Temptation we can all of us easily fall into Daniel's no to the King was possible because he said yes to God you know to the world will be possible because you have said yes to God hallelujah you no to your sinful habits again will be possible because you have said yes to God it is easier than you think it is you see I like to be a preacher that M that sounds and want to give a message that it is easy to walk with God many people when they say would you like to receive Jesus oh you know I think it's going to be very difficult you know I will fail you know it's not about you it's about God he has already paid the price Hallelujah and he wants to bless you Hallelujah he wants to prosper you he wants you to walk a Victorious Christian Life and he has already done it for you on the cross and so your yes is simply what matters tonight your decision to God your Yes to God so have you decided to leave your life for Christ I have never regretted a moment as a young girl till today my decision to live for Christ in fact like the writer of the song says sweeter and sweeter it gets sweeter and sweeter as you walk with Jesus Hallelujah so have you decided because when you decide it will make you daring my second point a ability ability your decision is already back by God's ability Joseph had a dream God gave him the dream and the dream was beyond himself but I believe Joseph said a yes to the dream that God had for him he said yes wow what a [Music] dream and he said yes to God did he end up in the palace immediately no you know where Joseph ended he ended up in the pit he was sold as a slave his brothers were jealous of him they sold him as a slave he was put in the pit and after that he ended up in Piper's house I call it the four piece in the pit to the Piper's place to the prison to the palace and if you read the account of the story of Joseph very carefully in the Book of Genesis four times the Bible records that the Lord was with Joseph he was in Piper's house serving and he found so much favor from his master that he just gave him everything in charge and he was in the prison he ended up in the prison and he was so good at it the Jailer said you take over and of course he ended up in the palace but if you read the account very carefully it says the Lord was with him Joseph had a dream but God already backed him up Hallelujah and because God's ability was upon Him Joseph ended up in the palace sometimes we think that it's about us how strong I am as a Christian how hard I pray how much I know about the Bible yes all those things are important but do you know that God's grace is already upon you and is far greater than anything that you can do Hallelujah God's grace is upon each one of us the word grace is God's ability in our inability I cannot do it this dream is too big for me this temptation is too big for me I cannot overcome this addiction and God is looking at us and say hey my grace is already there I am with you the Bible says in Hebrews 13 and verse 5 I will never leave you and I will never forsake you and God does not [Music] lie when you decide his ability is already given to us his grace is is abundant and of course his power Acts chapter 1 ver8 it says but when you receive the Holy Spirit the when you receive the but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you Hallelujah power how does the computer operate you know you may have a a nice computer you know very expensive computer but unless you plug into the power you unless you plug into the source your computer will not work and I see that many Christians you know they're trying to they're nice you know good-looking Christians doing all the religious stuff but their life is not plucked to the power source and the word power here like Pastor explained the other night is dunamis it's power power come on why why would only Hollywood talk about the Superman power power you know and all the all the other powers we Christians have the real deal come on can you say Amen we have the power of God living inside of us hallelujah the power of the holy spirit is inside of us and many of us are not tapping into it he has already given us the ability to overcome every Temptation he has given us the ability for Innovative Creations he has given us the ability to live a Victorious Christian Life a successful life and God does not give you s the power Just to be successful here in the four walls of the church but God has given you the power to be successful in the marketplace Hallelujah in the school in your college to excel in your studies to to to come up with creative Innovations the power of God is inside of us we need to tap into the power of God his ability is in us hallelujah I'm talking about being different daring to be different to dare to be different is not in me maybe even to go out on the outside at night sometimes I get scared confessions when it's so Peach dark Hallelujah I thank you Lord for the ability that you give us Lord I just pray for a revelation of that tonight Lord right now thank you Lord Your Grace is more than enough Lord hallelujah thank you Lord father reveal what it means to receive your grace you don't deserve it you don't earn it you don't pay for it but you reserve it thank you Lord thank you Lord and the power of the holy spirit thank you Jesus my third point d a r risk risk sometimes you got to take the risk and to me the the word risk also means you got to believe and you got to trust God even if you don't see it even if you don't know how you will end but you are trusting God Daniel had to take the risk he said I'm not going to worship any other God and I'm not going to bow down or pray to any other God except Yahweh God and the people were so jealous about him in the palace they wanted to create a trap for Daniel you know to just get him kicked out from that Palace and the Bible says that he was so favored by the king and so they came up with the decree that if anybody worship you know if anybody praise except to the king and to any other God that person will be put in the Lion's Den turn to your neighbor and say Lions then anybody seen a real lion in your life have you I have seen one in the zoos okay and even when we watch on Geographic Channel it sometimes it's quite scary right when he just comes up to the screen you know it's quite scary I tell you I've been to the glass you know I think was it in Singapore or where you know just come and do that it's quite scary and so Daniel had to risk and say that I'm not going to pray to any other God I will not bow down to any Idol but I am going to pray only to my God and he had to take the risk and disobey the degree that was made and lo and behold Daniel had to end up in the Lion's Den and you see that account in the Book of Daniel chapter 6 verse 22 to 23 onwards so the king like I said really favored Daniel and the King said your God you know whom you continually serve will deliver you and the King could not sleep that night and early morning when he went there and he checked on in him yes Daniel was alive God shut the mouth of the Lions and in verse 23 okay it says now the King was exceedingly glad for him and commanded that he should take Daniel out of the den So Daniel was taken out of the den and no injury whatever was found on him because he believed in his God ah so beautiful because he believed in his God you take the risk because you believe in him you trust in him and we see in the story as we continue that in verse 29 Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius he prospered and the others who were against him they ended up in the Lion's death you see God will fight for you okay don't fight with your enemies anyone has enemies or am I the only one sometimes there are people who speak ill against you you know people who do bad things against you don't take Vengeance on your own let God do it let God do it because he knows the best to do it and he will do the best and not only that God will promote you and God will prosper you when you say Say Yes to God in your decision okay when you say okay I'm going to take the risk I'm not going to be ashamed when I go back to my school and college people may call me holy Joe you know people may call you mini Pastor whatever names people may call you don't be ashamed of the Gospel the word of God says in Romans chapter 1:67 don't be ashamed of the Gospel just take the risk and go ahead and share the gospel with with somebody else in the school maybe that person has been just waiting for you to come and share the gospel take the risk don't think about like what would my friends say about me what would people think about me if I go to church every Sunday what would people start they may start calling me names who cares you take the risk you believe God well in nagaland we don't have any persecution when you really think about it but mind you we're living in the last days we're living in the last days the Bible says be aware of the signs and the times that you live in and we are looking at the signs and the times that we are living in who knows some of you may face persecution like we see in the Bible that what is going to happen will you be willing to stand for Jesus will you be willing to say I believe in Jesus will you be willing to take the risk to say I believe in Jesus hallelujah hallelujah your risk your faith will involve obedience these are topics people don't like to talk about or hear much but your risk and your your faith always is accompanied by obedience and I tell you we take one step of obedience and God takes the 10 steps for us Daniel just obeyed God and God just lifted him up and God prospered him but I feel like many times God is also waiting for our yes because God did not create us as robots he created us with a will to decide okay I'm going to obey you Lord I'm going to say no to my ungodly boyfriend or girlfriend I'm going to say no to those friends that are in the world that are Unholy and some of the stories that I hear that the things that are happening here in nagaland you know I'm like w I mean it's mindboggling there's so much much sin that's happening around us but I should not be surprised because these are the last days and many young people we know about drug addiction the sunflower many other things are just waiting for you at your door maybe you are getting so much pressure from your friends alcohol where many nuggets have become slaves to alcohol and the prohibition is just another topic but what I want to focus here is that stay in the truth turn to your neighbor and say stay in the truth believe in Jesus and like I said when you decide there's protection that comes upon you but when you take the risk and when you want to believe in Jesus there will be obedience that will be needed from you to say no and to say yes to other things be willing to obey obedience is beautiful because I feel that there's always always a reward that is waiting when you obey but we don't see that reward that's ahead of us we just see that the risk that we have to take the fear that we are battling with and we are like bargaining with God but I tell you when you obey it that there is a reward that is waiting for you and that reward that blessing sometimes is not only for you but it's for your family and it is for [Music] Generations Pastor has been sharing his stories when he said yes to God to start this church he had to go through a lot of rejection a lot of persecution from Christians he had to go through a lot and of course he went through anxiety depression but he stayed on to obey God to obey God and you know what we today are the fruit of that this building is a fruit of that do you understand that do you understand that I want to take us to the story and I always inspired by the missionaries that came into nagaland during the 1870s and Edward Edward winter Clark Dr Edward winter Clark and his wife they travel for Miles days to India I went to America recently and I just could not take the long flight 20 hours flight it was not even like a day okay a day is composed of 24 hours it was not even like a full day but 20 plus hours I just could not and I begin to think in the think sitting in the airplane how did the missionaries come and I could understand the sacrifice they made I could understand the risk they took when they came up to the head Head Hunters I'm talking about real Head Hunters but they took the risk because they believed they were daring and you know what today their reward is us maybe they're not here physically Hallelujah but they will receive the reward in heaven Hallelujah you see sometimes when you take the risk it is not just only for you that you take but it is for your family for your tribe for your community and for the generations maybe your mom took the risk maybe your father took the risk to stand for Jesus maybe your family member said hey why you going to Faith har Church oh but you came and God touched you and God transformed you and because of that your whole family got saved and we have stories like that that in the church here stop thinking about what people would think nagas are too worried about what people will think ah think about what God thinks about you Hallelujah I'm talking about being different for Christ decision ability the risk the fourth point the fourth word e is equip I thought a lot about this word e what would I add and I was asking my husband this is what I'm going to show what do you think about this and he said hey this is a good word what does a soldier do an army do before going to the war we know the war is happening in Israel right now do you know Wars are real we're far away from it we don't feel it much but it's a real deal the Bible says that we Are Soldiers of Christ you don't see it but all of us are in a spiritual warfare every day you have to live your life from that perspective that's why Paul writes in in Ephesians chapter 6 put on the armor of God if you only think that you know Christian life is a Rosy life you know you don't know it it's a real deal we've been having Deliverance sessions and there are a lot of people who practice satanic worship here in this town what happens is when they come to the church they cannot stand the light of God and gets exposed it's real guys so what does a soldier do before going to the war equip they go for training right they just don't go to the battlefield I think many nuggas are going like that but you have to be equipped you have to study your enemy strategies techniques and you have to equip yourself you have to train you have to get the right gears and ammunition you have to equip you got born again in this geni you got filled with the Holy Spirit it doesn't end there you got to get equipped equipping is so important because it will determine your journey if you are not equipped when the challenges come you will give up and I find that people give up very fast these days never give up is just a slogan but I tell you why they gave up as Christians ah backslide you know stop coming is because they haven't equipped themselves so now what do we equip with the first thing is that equip yourself with the word of God and the word of God is the sword mind you you don't go to the world without a gear and the most important thing will be your gun and the sword is your gun the word of God is your gun when Temptations come you just don't overcome by praying alone you need to know the word of God how you will hit what kind of bullet you need to know the word of God what the word of God says about you when you're struggling with your identity and people are calling you names maybe you come from a messy background family your father is a drunker your parents are divorced and you're full of insecurity if you just know only your natural identity you will never be able to fight it you need to know what the word of God says about you that you are a child of God hallelujah you are special you are just like Christ here on Earth you are forgiven of all your sins and God has a plan and a purpose you need to know the word of God and what the word of God says about you and I cannot overemphasize that you need to read the word of God every day do you eat every day next week you spiritually born here you know you when your baby is born what happens is that all efforts are taken to fit the baby because if you don't fit it the baby will not survive and I know that because I have a three-month old nephew nephew as soon as the baby was born our job was fit the baby but many Christians they're born again they're spiritually born again they don't take time to feed themselves equip themselves and that's why when when The Temptations come you are weak and you fall many people blame God but it is you who was weak the word of God read the word of God tomorrow we have Bible study attend Bible studies Yes concert wo wooo Full House packed Bible study sometimes it's really few people that show up and I have seen as a pastor people that have been consistently coming for Bible study year after year after year they are very stable people there's so much stability in their life okay and I've seen growth in their life love the word word of God read the word of God study the word of God memorize the word of God let the word of God guide you equip yourself with the word of God because it is the bread of life it is the Kaa that you have to eat if you don't eat the Kaa you'll become weak equip yourself with the word of God hear good sermons and I tell you we are living in the time and season where the knowledge is booming booming you have access to so much knowledge I was telling a friend yeah we didn't have Google during our time if we had Google we have been also smart you know because they were talking how smart this genzi is you know and what a great debate session they had it's like I tell you it's to your advantage we have access to so many things but be mindful about what you who you listen to Because who you listen to is who you become as well so choose the right message and listen to the right preachers and listen get filled with the Holy Spirit you know Jesus said I am going but I'm not going to leave you as orphans because I am going to send you the Holy Spirit who will be in you and who will guide you who will lead you basically he is saying that I am going bye-bye but I have sent you another Helper and he is going to direct you he's going to counsel you and he's going to lead you and if you read the account Jesus said wait for the Holy Spirit T in Jerusalem and I will give you the spirit and that is when you will go out and you will be my Witnesses so in Acts chapter 2 the disciples were waiting for the holy spirit in Acts chapter 1:8 he said when the Holy Spirit comes you will receive power they were waiting in Acts chapter 2 and yes they received the Holy Spirit with the baptism of the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues and that's when the church was born and that's when the the disciples began to be bold you know Peter who denied Jesus three times preached the first sermon he was so bold you see without the holy spirit in us I tell you we are powerless get filled with the Holy Spirit receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit walk with the Holy Spirit live a life led by the spirit of God and you will see Paul teaching us about how you should walk alive in the spirit and not in the flesh fresh I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit when I was in class 12 and I am forever grateful to God for that I went to a youth camp I was shy anyone shy here tonight yes that's why we can't hear them or jenz you're not shy I was shy and um you know but I heard about the holy spirit that people were receiving the the Holy Spirit and people were you know praying in tongues and I was curious and I loved God but I was so scared how to receive the Holy Spirit but thank God for faithful women of God that time there were two women who shared with me about the baptism of the Holy Spirit and I received the baptism of the holy spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongu and I tell you my life turned upside down after that I mean like it was like as if I was in the darkness and I just came to the light and I just begin to understand what it really means to have the Holy Spirit in my life and I just became so bold that when I went into college right after my class stop I began to preach to every single person in the college all my roommates had to get saved all the people in my you know my uh dorm had to get saved you know I had the their names written down in my diary just make sure I've shared the gospel to this person this person has received Christ you know it happened after I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit God equipped me I would never have been this bold person who would just share the gospel so my friends used to joke that none of the guys wanted to date me because I would make sure I would let them get born again they would be like yeah you know because when you're young you like each other also right even when you're old you like but [Music] I got equipped with the power of the holy spirit that give me such boldness and tonight I see that some of you are going to get equipped with the power of the Holy Spirit and as you live this genzi conference and as you go back to your schools and colleges and to your colonies you are going to be as bold as a lion Hallelujah I'm marking you I'm saying that to you because I sense in my spirit and it will be a new you a new person because the Holy Spirit has possessed you the third thing to be equipped is be planted in a church be planted in a church be a part of the body of Christ stay in Fellowship what does the Army do to be trained he doesn't just train himself at home he goes to a place to a specialized place of training and he gets trained and church is a training ground be in a training equipping place because it will prepare you to be different don't just say I'm a strong Christian I can do it myself go to a church where they're teaching the word of God and equipping you be planted in a church because God has designed us to be part of the body of Christ and that's where the life flows this hand is different this leg is different my eyes every part of the body is different but they are all functioning together you know there's there's a connection I cannot just my hand cannot just function alone but because it is connected it is able to function I tell you the importance of being planted in a church because when you are planted you will begin to grow when you are planted you are rooted how does a tree get strong a tree will only become strong when it is rooted so plant yourself in a church get equipped Hallelujah I am talking about being daring to be different from the world to Dare to Live for Christ and it begins with a decision he gives you the ability are you willing to take the risk are you ready to get equipped this is a message of challenge tonight as you and I finish this genz conference I don't want you to leave Christ here and go I want to challenge you to take Christ with you wherever you go to live for Christ and that you would say yes I'm I'm going to be daring I'm going to be brave for Christ this is my call to you tonight young people anyone willing to take the call anyone daring can I see your hand yeah I see that sister there Christ is my reward and all of my devotion Jes now there's nothing in this world that could ever satisfy I don't want anyone to move around I want the everyone to honor this time every Tri because my soul will it's time for decision can we all close our eyes I've been set free [Music] Christ is enough enough for me Christ is in enough for me thank you Lord thank you Jesus everything I need is in you everything I need yes Lord Christ my only know the joy of my [Music] salvation and this hope will never [Applause] fail Heaven is our I you do every song my soul will sing Jesus is here to God be the glory Christ is in the for Christ is Enough For Me [Music] [Applause] everything I in you everything I [Music] need and as we begin to sing this chorus I have decided to follow Jesus and if you say Pastor I have decided to follow Jesus I have really really decided to become a disciple of Jesus not just today in this genz conference but for the rest of my life I will live for Jesus and I am willing to be daring and I'm willing to be different from the world I am willing to be set apart for Christ and I'm willing to say that Christ is enough for me I want you to come up to the altar this evening and no one can make
