today we will communicate danfoss FC 360 with Siemens S7 1200 PLC over profanet let's add the CPU in the program we have changed the default IP address with the desired IP range after adding the CPU let's add the danfoss FC 360 Drive in the program after adding the drive let's choose the range of control and Status word here we have chosen ppo3 that is 2 control word and two status word we have also changed the IP address of drive as well after setting the IP address let's assign the drive name in the program after assigning the drive name let's download the hardware to the CPU now as we can see after successfully downloading the hardware both devices are online now we will Define the control and Status word structure of FC 360 with the help of danfoss MCT software we will Define the data type of drive as shown in the MCT software first we will Define the control word starting from the bit number 8 to 15 first after defining we'll Define the remaining bit numbers 0 to 7 of control word we have defined the control word one now we will Define control word 2 as the set speed reference of Drive and the same way we will Define the status word as shown in the MCT software defining the bits will be same first we will Define bit 8 to 15 and then we will Define the remaining bit 0 to 7 of status word 1. we have defined status word one now we will Define status word 2 as actual speed of Drive after defining the control and Status words in the program we will use the drive hardware identifier in the program for communication after defining the control and Status words in the program let's complete the necessary programming later we will use the drive hardware identifier in the program for communication as we can see we have successfully downloaded the program and drive is in communication as per the program now let's make the necessary bits true and later we will give the speed reference on which we want to run the motor make sure the drive is in auto mode so that status a few bits turns to true and motor will run following bits will be true speed equal to reference bus control in operation these bits will turn their status to True only if Drive is in auto mode this way we can run fc360 with Siemens PLC over profanet thank you
