with the promoter and i think the promoter was short the money altercation happened and you know what i mean so we're going to actually watch the interrogation by the office detectives now let me show the detectives on the baby right this is actually dope i always wanted to actually other than first 48 i want to actually listen to an actual interrogation now mind you this is 45 minutes long so uh you really can't see much it's uh his name is the baby i don't know if you've never heard about it or not now i've to give you a little bit of what i know of these certain these situations right a lot of artists what happens is they get booked by these different places right these promoters sometimes what they call them janky promoters they book these artists get them there right um sometimes they give them half up front and then their second half when they get there you know what i'm saying to kind of keep the artist honest or whatever so uh i've seen in certain instances where the promoter is dependent on certain things that happen to get the rest of their money which should never be good business practices right so the artists will get there and the promoter be like yo i'm short ten thousand but give me a minute i'll have it the door this that the third no no no that wasn't our agreement so that sounds like what the baby's retort was on that now what happened in transpire we hope to find out let's the whole thing about the money thing is correct they're they're basically why was the baby we met up with these guys but he wanted his 20 000 up front he was supposed to perform tonight these guys said well we don't have it right now i'll give it to you later the baby didn't like that answer beat him up then allegedly during the fight the baby took his iphone 7 and a credit card so i got a victim here um keyboards for the rappers and tonight he had a show for the baby you know who plays his way all right the baby's he's a he's a big time rapper he's over here southwest one in broadway from a noble hotel allegedly the baby the rapper wanted his twenty thousand dollars up front for tonight's show like g5 the two victims told him like we don't have the twenty thousand dollars right now but we will give it to you the baby cannot take back and his friend and then allegedly the victim saying that he was on the ground the baby stole his iphone and a credit card apple there is video surveillance but it's very hard it's not it's not as i say it's hard to tell because after the first swing he kind of retreated back so where did he fall at if he fell it was somewhere off camera so that's going to be hard to prove and then the whole orange juice thing i don't really understand that while i spy with or apple juice whatever it was man you don't waste apple juice apple juice is good man i love apple juice but but uh it's gonna be hard to say so so let's let's let's see good footage uh trees blocked the angle were you able in the video are you able to see them doing bad business and when the person caught on and i'm doing bad business he got his money from them and he left and he got the contact information to help me the correct way okay who was he i don't investigation united check the camera see him meet up with somebody else in the lobby actually who is that excellent follow up on what i'm telling her that's what i'm trying i mean [ __ ] at the end of the day at the end of the day would expect people to act on common sense king about god y'all got plenty of [ __ ] you know i'm not stupid but i'm not do i look come on bro i don't know i'm still talking about so do they have enough to charge the baby right now um they asking good questions he has surprisingly some good retorts um the one slip up i think he might have had was the whole uber card thing situation like that but for the most part he's not really implicating himself he's not really saying you know he's sticking to a story it's not really wavering at all he's saying they did bad business he said once he realized they did bad business he removed himself you know whether that is true or not how can they proceed forward with the charge without any clear-cut evidence you know what i'm saying and we're reverting back to what we saw in the video in the beginning with the videotape for me i only speak for me it's not really clear enough that that was the baby so right now they're gonna it's pretty much his word against theirs and that's you never know how that's gonna play out what do you mean they need a witness they need witnesses to corroborate the story on either party i'm pretty sure the baby got witnesses and i'm pretty sure the other dude gonna say he got witnesses so then again it's their witnesses against there so this is how is this going ah we don't want to do i don't even want to talk about this [ __ ] [ __ ] this is [Music] uh hours of debate let's see what they say about hours of the baby sleeping have been cut out in reality there were long waits each time someone entered or left the room again like i said for me i think stuff like that is is is you know what i'm saying them doing that to you to get them frustrated or to get them feeling like i don't know just thinking and let's see how it affects the baby [Music] one of the so for those of you can't tell by the audio he's saying that we do have a victim that is saying somebody to we do have a incident on camera you know i'm not saying it's you right now and that's where he's at with we want to us sure none of your [ __ ] is taken want to make sure your [ __ ] is secure because you don't want two ways when you can do that you can photograph everything you have to secure for that i would like to shift from you to the shot and go to your room and retrieve your things let them hear the police department and no one's going to touch it okay that's one level the other route is if you have someone that you want to give permission to someone else that's not the police to information this is your job well i can't do this uh so basically what they telling him is he's going to get ready to go to jail right and uh they're saying how do you want to handle this with your your belongings that are in the hotel whether you want us to get them retrieve them and bring them back here to you have to give us consent to go get them retrieve your stuff bring them back here to the police station or you can have somebody do that for you contact somebody tell them to go do it someone who you trust and them to do it the baby responds and is like well why can't i do it they say because you're getting ready to go to jail and he says okay well then i'm gonna get out and they're like well and that's where they are right right now this is a funny interrogation bro you can do whatever you want once you get out of jail but what i'm thinking about is between the time you're in jail and the time you get out and the things that you have it's up to you what you want um hey the baby representing himself might we i might have been wrong you know what i'm saying i still want counsel though but let me tell you why this is is in my mind smart for the baby not letting nobody go in this room right let's say the cops go into a room you give them permission they see maybe a bloody shirt or they see maybe the one of the the cell phone that dude is saying that he's missing somebody took from or maybe the bottle of apple juice or oranges or whatever that was poured on them maybe they find that you know what i'm saying this is why i'm saying it was i don't know if he did it consciously or or not but him saying no not letting anybody in the room i think and i can be completely wrong all this is just based upon my opinion of this you know what i'm saying i think that was smart on his part he might have been arrested a lot i got to go back into news somebody need to tell me about the the the baby's arrest history because he seems very very calm and poised like i've handle your your your belongings to them so when you go back to the hotel you have to contact the front desk manager and then he's going to have your belongings for you okay that is well the thing is is that once you leave and you're going to jail and you're automatically through their policy whatever they do if you get thrown out of their place they can remove your stuff from that room and they can secure it for you i don't know what their policy is but you're gonna have to contact the manager they might leave it in there i don't know but when you get back out of jail tomorrow whenever you're gonna get out go to hotel i know you have a lot of money there a lot of jewelry there as well contact the front desk manager if you need us to come there we'll help you get your stuff back too because we don't want any other instruments in the seat yeah okay then i'm sure they can't get in that then because you have the classroom for that still i got the key you don't want the keys like i said they're the ones that are gonna be responsible for whatever's in your room so when you get out just go to the hotel like i said contact the manager i'm sure they'll have all your belongings they're very professional there people take care of all your stuff for you to be part of this get video of all this jewelry that's it there's nothing else right you come here you can go back to the station and then come to property with all your long needs to go too much because they're not going to take that and they're not going to take that in too bad you got to come over here when you get up to get out you did everything you were supposed to do to get them bonded out right now is all right you paid the money all right whatever you needed to do to get him bonded out why does it take an from them getting him out of the car taking him inside we got to see it go through the entire process bro i never really see it normally when you get some interrogation videos man it's already about to sit down and all you get is this this you got from start to finish to see how it goes y'all let me know what y'all thought you know did the baby do a good job representing himself without a lawyer there i always say you need a lawyer bro point blank period um did the detectives do a good job you know or were they allowed to do a good job did they get frustrated you know what i'm saying did did the detectives uh uh should have pressed a little more were they was it no need you know just because he wasn't really cooperating the baby really wasn't cooperating like they wanted him to you know what i'm saying so it was a bit of push back and forth on each side and ultimately he got charged with i think assault assault is what he told to do on the phone simple assault is what he got charged with so he's going to head over to the jail and bond out and then um you have to read up and see what came from that but i just thought this was an interrogation to see now maybe there's some better interrogations maybe some better sound quality you know i apologize for the sound but this is what we get on some of these videos man so we got to take what we can get all right so y'all get at me let
