Amazing video. Really appreciate all the information. Are there lower level certs other than SANS and OSCP that you’d recommend for those entering into the field who may not have enough grasp yet for some of these higher level certs?

Well laid out video structure for those considering a position in PT. You hit the nail on the head with:
Heterogeneous OS's (Win & *nix is a must), pick a scripting language & networking will lead one down the right path for sure.
In addition to the common exploit frameworks and tool sets, you may find it beneficial to recommend setting up a lab and emphasizing the introduction to post exploitation techniques, e.g. evasion, pivoting, etc...
Specifically, common pitfalls to practice and avoid when you get your first shell, which I've always preached as a goal. This better prepares students before entering #102 shall we say.
