I'm Linda this is my shop not only do we sell this product but we live this life you never know what we're going to be doing next or where we're going to be but we're always having fun I'm problem Wilson I produce a show I try to get you all the great action shots without getting random whether we are right it is you this we can write at TV we are headed to bikes blues and barbeque yeah it's gonna be awesome we're gonna go in style with and go to three to go down a river I got ahold of Elko suspension they're sending us out once I shocks with one of the threes and it's going on my bike my bike I'm the host our movement made a call to Elka there's good in for me all right let's do rock paper said it's like we always do yeah okay hey dynamite I win where where does it say you can even say I know what I didn't say I couldn't I've never heard of any way that doesn't and rock paper scissors that's because he's just stupid scissors would cut the wig off the night raising star our first set of alkyls on our f3 spike now the new shocks have got more preload better spring rate and unlike the stock shocks they have a dampening control that way we can really put our shocks to exactly what we wanted to be this is going to make a big improvement on the suspension it's going to make a handle better in the corners it's gonna make it ride better what are you doing anyway let's get these put on this thing before Bob runs out of bubble wrap let's go for it first thing you want to do just take your lower shock bolt out taking your lower shock bolts out makes it a lot easy and allows the suspension to drop down get both lower shock melts out and the a arms will then relax and drop down making it easier to get to your upper bolt this is a pretty easy installation takes about 20 minutes to be voltron shocks start to finish 20 minute mod it's going to make this fighter handle like it's on Rails with a new stage two's the free-floating piston the technology allows you to mount the shock in the factory position with the spring up board down whichever way you choose make it for a lot better install and a better product that lasts longer then love the styling of this shop it's a gloss black spring matching the gloss black a arm the red billet rings with just enough silver to tie it back into this not only is it a visual plus but it is a performance plus the gutter front Elka's on but we're not stopping there we're doing a rear ELCA and what this is going to do is going to give us better traction with better performance it's also going to give us a better ride if you've been around the f3 very much especially on to up application the stop spraying is very weak this is a lot better spring is also dual rated and has a remote reservoir so you can turn the dampening up and down what the dampening will do is it will control how fast that shock is able to rebound up so it'll give you a smoother better ride enough like a bubble's it's going to give you a smoother better ride and it's going to allow you to put more power to the rear wheel let's put this thing on all right see if you can get to that side over there there's 1730's that actually hold this inner fender in we're going to go ahead and remove those it'll allow us to get ease of access to the upper shock bolt as you can see we just pulled out the stock shock stock shock pretty well isn't much single spring rate no adjustment to any type of spring pressure no dampening control it's got cheap rubber bushings and just a throwaway shot the ELCA is much much different this is a precision it's a quality piece first thing that you notice is have a remote damping controls you can adjust the suspension on the fly you can also set the preload this if you need a little bit more or need a little less you can adjust both ends of this rather than have just a bushing in there this rubber this is brass it's kind of opening on it it allows precision and makes the shock do all the work not little rubber bushings in the end it's going to give our bike more traction or passenger and driver both with smoother ride your chakras installed now we're going to reinstalling the damping control take the stock bolt out and put the bracket here and tighten it back down there's a total of 46 clicks in this dampening control this allows you to do a quick adjust without having to get any tools right now we've got it set on 23 which is middle-of-the-road and we'll adjust it out from there just got our elf is completely installed front and back and pretty excited to try this thing out bro I have to you get back to work and I'll take care of the testing okay great yeah no problem the site we chose for the ELCA test was a county road with lots occurs one with the curve one rolling hills you could really see the flex in the open we installed the elk is on the f3 we took the stock machine out and hit the curves to give you counted before and after on the way out to the test site right off the bat I noticed a big difference Neal kids with a stock OEM shocks they were a real bounty and loose feeling the Elka's were nice and stiff at a real sporty feel this test I was occurred I noticed that I was consistently able to take the curves a little faster with the oka now I'm pushing the f3 to its limits on the curve with the OEM shocks the VSS is kicking in with the new Elka's I'm noticing the left dime of lesser the VSS kickin him the next test site was the hills this is probably where I noticed the biggest difference in elk is with the OEM shock christimas Hills I almost felt like I was catching therefore the elk is installed I felt more in control more secure to the road I'm noticing like before we had the Elka's on I was almost catching a little bit of hair off these hills here with the oak is on it's just sticking me to the pavement just a really sporty feel big improvement let's go try some more started out today just excited to be driving Lynne's bike while he's in the store working I really didn't know that I was gonna feel that much of difference in the ELCA suspension for now along the install that you can do in your own garage this is the biggest bang for your buck you're going to improve performance ride and handling of your bike Elka's suspension is the way to go we got the ELCA suspension on the black bike we wraps all down by the way the restroom yeah cool next thing is we're going to bike some blues home we got a Pepsi Center with attitude and make some noise to be heard so we're doing our full stainless steel exhaust systems and I'm gonna go take care of the store let me know how it turns up 3k me first you take the else's off my bike and now I got a/c hey and we just got the f3 back from signature graphics the rap looks amazing the bikes gonna stand out we got the Elka's on there the next step we're going to do is install a new Sidewinder exhaust this is a pitbull power sports only deal they they fab them up here in Springfield Missouri all right first thing I'm going to do is remove the stock muffler from the bike and that's a 13 millimeter bolt so let's do that the stock muffler and catalytic converter is very restrictive the new Sidewinder pipe is going to add more horsepower I get that beast that's all now we got this huge catalytic converter here that we're going to remove and by doing that first we have to remove the head next comes up the o2 sensor the muffler can be mounted in two different spots being mounted in a top mount for a sport bike feel we're in the bottom now for a cruiser field now Lin specifically told me he wanted it in the cruiser mode I'm going to do that I'm going to put it in the sport mode with kind of guy there you have it these easing is that now let's go do some burnouts with wins by at what time we plan on leaving it never happens all in the part of our world someone shows up we got to take care of her customers then we get to play mom just doesn't understand he wants to go now now now anybody who knows Lin knows that he's late to everything and it drives us all nuts and I know this but for some reason today I showed up on time so stupid 11:30 they're supposed to leave at 10:00 this weekend I'm going to play blues and barbecues with my dad and I'm so excited because I get to ride the spider finally we get to ride him again I love trips like this I get to take my ten year old son him and I roll out on this he gets to live the life together and he loves what we do always take it careful when he's out on the road with me make sure he's got his helmet on but the kid likes to ride more than ideas so Lin finally clears a schedule for the event that we've been planning for weeks now comes out of store we're finally ready to jump on the bikes and get down to five you ready yet we've been ready for a long time you didn't say nothing you could like honk the horn I'm ready I was in there waiting on you so all right let's go got the bikes bikes down there I'm feeling I'll see more bikes there than I have in my entire life got our bellies full now it's time to go do some cruising on strip do that we showed you the strip by day now you're getting ready to be on Dickerson Street at night when everything's lit up and get wild and rowdy it's too early for this quite the night last night okay start funk him right now maybe your basic thugs blues and barbeque in Fayetteville Arkansas is an absolute must do rally to get a chance to get out on the bike go thousands of bikes down through there and just cruising up and down through it was cool the scenery is good the writing is good the people are friendly food is good speaking of food like the food again sit breakfast time yet let's go all right let's go get breakfast
