zucchini storytime hustla was a careless little boy who always wasted things costly always wasted food and he always wasted water [Music] Miss Dorothy cuss Lee's teacher had noticed cuss Lee's wasting water many times she would warn cuss Lee huh sleep you are always wasting water you mustn't do that water is very precious you must conserve or save water [Music] but costly never paid attention to Miss Dorothy one day miss Dorothy took cus Lee's class to the beach it was quite hot and sunny there hustling wanted to have fun and so he began squirting water from his water bottle everywhere [Music] after sometime hustla felt thirsty but when he opened his bottle to drink some water he realized that there was no water left huh oh my water is gone and I'm very thirsty [Music] what shall I do now cus Lee looked all over the beach but he couldn't find any water to drink and my mouth feels so dry I wish I hadn't wasted the water I had I wish I had a sip of water to drink Miss Dorothy noticed cus Lee she gave him some water from her own water bottle cus Lee this is why I always tell you not to waste water water is very important we need water to drink when we are thirsty it is also important for growing and cooking our food without water we wouldn't be able to bathe clean or survive that's why it's important for us to conserve water cuss Li we must save every drop we can cuss Li drink the water and thanked miss Dorothy thank you Miss Dorothy I now realize how important water is I won't waste it from now on in fact I promise to save every drop I kid costly kept his promise he never wasted water again and if he saw anyone wasting water he sang this song there's water water everywhere but we must seize it with care water is precious for all of us let's get serve it without us [Music] [Applause] [Music] hustling was a mischievous little boy he didn't know how to do nice things and he often used his hands to cause trouble he even sometimes use them to hurt his friends one day in the playroom cus Lee picked up a toy truck and used it to hit his friend costly even used his hands to scribble with crayon all over the cream white wall too often costly used his hands to hurt and ruin things so the other children stayed far away from him [Music] do you want to play with me No this made sus Lee angry and he did even worse things with his hands one day the children went to their teacher to complain about costly Miss Dorothy cuss Lee's always hurting us he breaks and ruins everything please do something about it Miss Dorothy hmm Miss Dorothy came up with a plan to show cuss Lee how he could use his hands to make everyone happy she picked some flowers and gave one to each of the children cus Lee was surprised to see how the children smiled each time Miss Dorothy handed out of flower [Music] miss Dorothy then painted a beautiful picture and costly saw how everyone smiled at the picture next Miss Dorothy used her hands to hug some of the children costly began to see how much joy hands could bring I love you little one one day Miss Dorothy invited all of the children to hold hands and dance around together cus Lee who was also part of the dance found that he was feeling very happy to cuss Lee watched as Miss Dorothy used her hands to water the plants making them grow and bloom beautifully one day cuss pea was about to push a girl but then he remembered all of the wonderful things Miss Dorothy had done with her hands and he stopped himself [Music] cuz li noticed how miss Dorothy could spread so much happiness by doing little things with her hands like making and sharing a milkshake or cutting cookies into fun shapes or by fluttering her hands like a butterfly's wings she flew kites in the sky she blew kisses to all the children cus Li just couldn't believe how much happiness Miss Dorothy could spread with her hand one day Miss Dorothy called costly / costly I think you have noticed just how many wonderful things we can do with our hands [Music] and that our hands are for helping and loving and sharing and caring and not for hurting others [Music] if you use your hands to do nice things everyone will love you you are right Miss Dorothy our hands are for helping and loving and sharing and caring and from now on I'm gonna use my hands to do those things Cussler used his hands to do kind and loving things [Music] and he made many wonderful friends [Music] [Music] [Applause] costly was always showing off and putting his friends down chica your slowpoke you can't Oh [Music] choo-choo you sound like a frog when you sing don't you wish you could sing as nicely as me ChaCha you really can't dance look at me I said so chiku the pictures you draw look terrible look at the winds I draw they are wonderful cus Lee's friends always felt hurt by his rude words I wish costly wasn't so rude to us yes I wish he understood how badly he makes us feel one day - - and the other children decided to participate in a talent day that was being held at the school [Music] you to sing beautifully and won first prize she who received an award for a picture that she painted and chica and cha-cha won some races the only friend who didn't win anything was cus Lee and he felt terrible about it I'm the only one who hasn't won anything I always thought I was the best but Chu Chu and the others didn't make fun of cus Lee instead they went up to him and tried to make him feel better don't lose hope costly there are many more competitions that you can take part in there's a dance competition coming up soon we are participating in it you're a good dancer I'm sure we'll win if you join our team so costly join choo choo and the others they all practice together come on let's work hard and help each other win [Applause] Chuchu and her friends stole the show during the dance competition the team's dance was the best and they won first prize our team is one yes costly we won because we all did our best and help each other win that's what is so special about being a team hustlin never made fun of anyone ever again he tried to be more like - - by encouraging others instead he learned that being patient kind and loving can bring out the best in others [Music] [Applause] [Music] it was recess to tune was watching her friends play on the playground cha-cha was on the swing I'm having so much fun chica and chiku were having fun on the seesaw even though everyone was having fun everyone was making sure that the other children had a turn Chetta you nice it on the swing now [Music] would you like a turn on the seesaw yes please come and have a turn all the children were being very thoughtful but then costly came into the playground he started pushing the children he wanted the play equipment all for himself hey get up go and find something else to do I want to sleep I want this seesaw for myself choo choo saw how cus li selfish behavior was ruining everyone's fun so she called out to her friends let's play a game it's a fun new one each of us will shout out the name of an animal and then everyone will make the sound that animal makes who wants to start I want you it's my turn now while tutu and the others we're having fun playing their game hustling with going higher and higher on the swing I'm gonna go suddenly costly once so high that he was about to fall off the swing luckily choo-choo saw him I bring pus Lee is in trouble let's catch him before he falls too soon and the others hustling and saved him from really hurting himself I was mean to you all but you all still helped me I'm sorry for my bad behavior please forgive me don't worry costly we are your friends and we are always here to help you costly apologize to the children and promise never to be mean again everyone forgave him and invited him to join their games [Music] it was a Sunday afternoon in the heat of summer choo-choos mother was working in the kitchen the children were playing games and having fun and the grown-ups were relaxing the hot Sun made choo-choo feel thirsty whew it's really hot today I better get myself some cool water to drink wen Xiu Qi went into the kitchen she saw her mother working there oh look at mother he looks so tired but she's still cooking everyone's favorite things and she's doing all the housework all by herself poor mother she's trying to make everyone happy and comfortable all by herself I should help her should you stopped playing and went to help her mother [Music] mother I'd like to help you that's very thoughtful of you to chew when the rest of the family saw choo-choo helping her mother they decided to help out too Choo choos father started washing the dishes Choo choos grandpa filled the water bottles choo-choos grandma helps with the cooking cha-cha set the dinner table the baby didn't want to be left out and came forward to help to choo-choos mother felt very happy when she saw the whole family helping out thank you everyone it's really nice of you to help me out I'm really lucky to have such a loving family I love you all choo choo felt very happy when she realized that she had set a good example for the others and made her mother's work easier watch the boy [Music] one day to choose mother invited all the children out for ice cream costly Choo choos mother invited you to get ice cream I hope you will behave yourself and be good children you can have a scoop of your favorite ice cream please choose whichever flavor you like best all the children were very well-behaved they all selected a scoop of their favorite flavor I'd like a scoop of chocolate ice cream please I'd like a scoop of vanilla one scoop of strawberry ice cream for me I'd like to skip a yummy better skies to to cha-cha chika and chiku were very well-behaved they all had a scoop of their favorite ice cream but when it was cus Lee's turn he grew very greedy the man at the ice cream parlor gave hustla four scoops of ice cream he put them one on top of each other and cus Lee felt very happy to see that he had four scoops but just as cus Lee was about to lick the ice cream all four ice cream scoops started to wobble and then fell to the ground [Music] cus Lee was left with an empty ice-cream cone oh no my ice cream is falling on the floor Kylee you shouldn't have been so greedy one scoop of ice cream was enough for you to enjoy hustla wished he hadn't been greedy I don't even have a single scoop left on my cone choo-choos mother was very kind she bought cus Li another ice cream costly don't worry we'll get you some more ice cream I want just one scoop of chocolate ice cream please just one scoop since cus Li wasn't greedy this time he enjoyed every bit of his favorite ice cream [Music] [Music] [Applause] in the City of Scottsdale there lived a girl named juju she was a sweet girl with a very kind heart but she was so careless that she kept losing her school supplies although it upset her choo-choos mom kept buying new school supplies then one Monday morning her mommy yelled out juju could you get me your backpack please yes mommy I'll be right there here it is I've got to run to the restroom I'll be right back her mom took out her pencil case and found it to be empty hmm that's it I've had enough of her losing her school supplies this needs to stop she needs to start being more responsible did you wash your hands I sure did mommy good job listen young lady I have been patient with you I have replenished your empty pencil case with school supplies every single day I have replenished it with two new pencils and a sharpener again today these are going to be your school supplies for the whole week if you lose them you won't get new ones for another week have I made myself clear yep I'm going to be really careful with them mommy good the school bus will be here any minute let's get going [Music] [Music] so how was your day at school it was good I had a lot of fun okay time to grab a fruit I won't pretend I didn't hear that are you done with the fruit yes good do you have all of your school supplies choo choo looked at her mom with a blank stare I don't remember hmm go fetch me your pencil case shoot you walk to her backpack grabbed her pencil case and gave it to her mom nature calls I'll be right back Choo choos mom opened up the pencil case and once again was shocked to see it empty now I've had it this girl needs to learn responsibility choo choo are you done nearly done mom be right there hurry up we are heading out for some shopping I'm here put on your shoes and hop into the car shoot you ran to put on her shoes and jumped into the car let's head to the store and pick up a few things sure mom do I get a treat hmm one small chocolate and that's it yay Thank You Choo choos mother stopped by the store Chu Chu was busy walking along the aisle searching for her chocolate her mom picked up a few packs of pencils a few sharpeners and some chocolates the car stopped by a small foster home come on Chu Chu Chu Chu got down and held her mom's hand and walked along [Music] children mrs. Charlie is here to visit us could you all please come here all the kids assembled in the visitors area hello little ones this is my daughter - - she wanted to visit you all and play with you could you kids teach her how to draw one kid ran and fetched a piece of paper and the pencil case the kids gave the pencil case - Chu Chu Chu Chu opened it and found a small pencil with a broken eraser and a broken sharpener Chu Chu looked at her mom and her eyes flooded with tears hey why are you crying don't cry - - silently walked over to her mom and whispered in her ear choo-choos mom gave a pack of pencils to chew chew chew chew share these pencils with your friends here yes mommy all the kids jumped with joy they sharpen the new pencils and started to draw a few hours went by it's cute you it's getting late give them all a hug I know you will miss them all let's come back another day okay mommy choo-choo gave them all a hug I'll see you all soon choo choo was awfully quiet What's Wrong angel [Music] choo-choos eyes filled with tears she started to talk mommy my friends back there had one pencil with a broken eraser and a broken sharpener yes they did and here I've been losing my school supplies every single day hmm I am think careless with my school supplies I have lost so many pencils and sharpener if I have been careful I could have shared them with my friends mommy yes darling I will never ever lose my school supplies again I have realised my mistake I will be responsible mommy good sweetheart I'm glad you realized it mommy kiss choo-choo and from that day on choo-choo never again lost her school supplies she also made a point to visit her friends every weekend and play with them choo-choo and her friends lives happily ever after [Music] [Applause]
