manera de una mejor manera por ejemplo utilizar el primero un clic y lo dejamos por acá lo interesante de estos gráficos en tales dinámicas es que con el filtro tú puedes cambiar absolutamente todo fíjense que la tabla dinámica y el gráfico y ya también automáticamente se vuelve dinámico no ojo esto es de acuerdo y ya vienen de acuerdo a la organización de tu tabla dinámica po r ejemplo si cambiamos el dato vamos a poner el perdón la agrupación clic derecho agrupar y le vamos a poner por mes es normal o por años ok aceptamos y eso también cambia de manera automática lo mismo con filtro aparte de eso si le damos un clic en el gráfico en este pequeño gráfico un clic en el más y podemos agregar algunos datos no tal y como estamos observando eso ya dependerá de ustedes estos son los saber sólo impresoras voy a eliminar acá sólo quiero saber las ventas de impresora en todo el tiempo no un clic acá y ahí tenemos los eventos no por ejemplo 2017 300 2018 200 y así sucesivamente nosotros podemos este generar este tipo de de segmentación perdón no si hacemos un clic acá donde dice selección múltiple podemos hacemos un clic y seleccionar varios productos no está solo los nuestro gráfico le vamos a poner o el negro aparte más resalte o kate y eso vendría a ser todo lo que vendría a ser la segmentación y los gráficos dinámicos va bien ahora lo que vamos a hacer es que vamos a tocar el sexto punto que es cómo pode mos actualizar de manera automática una tabla dinámica en excel ok tiene que saber una de las debilidades también de las tablas de dinámicas en excel no por ejemplo yo acá tengo un dato vamos a cambiar un dato para que ustedes vean ese es el mes de marzo no acá lo tengo en la fila 6 y tengo una impresora 200 soles voy a señalar esto de color amarillo es el mes de marzo que es exactamente el mes de marzo se estrenó e impresora acá está este es el mes de marzo qué pasa si yo a este por ejemplo a este importe vamos a suponer que lo quiero cambiar 500 no me confundidos le pongo enter 500 y regreso acá a la hoja 1 y esto no ha cambiado quiero que lo observen no ha cambiado nosotros tenemos que venir a analizar tenemos que venir a actualizar y darle acá donde dice actualizar todo y recién ahí recién ahí fíjense que ya me cambio no se dan cuenta que recién ahí me cambió y para evitar este problema de venir a actualizar y actualizar todo nosotros podemos crear una macro que haga todo eso ok y así mismo también tenemos otro problema que es por eso que yo en un inicio les enseñé a crear tablas y tablas dinámicas por ejemplo no si yo acá creó un nuevo registro vamos a suponer que el mismo mes ok 20/09/2010 y 9 vamos a suponer que sea el mismo que el mismo vendedor el tienda también la misma tienda ok pero en este caso que haya vendido un productor al apto y siglo gay y al mismo precio bien vamos suponer que yo estoy agregando este nuevo registro quiero que lo observé es tener registro y si yo voy acá y me voy a analizar actualizar y actualizar todo pese a que yo tenga este registro vamos a seleccionar por ejemplo sólo de jose al manar es vamos a poner a cada vendedor jose al manar es quiero que observen que este producto nunca va aparecer porque porque esta tabla dinámica tiene u n rango ok tiene un rango y el rango es desde acá hasta el último dato no es por eso que nosotros creamos las tablas estas tablas que también son tablas dinámicas en realidad vamos a solucionar esos dos problemas vamos con el primero con este cambio ok lo vamos a volver a 200 o lo dejamos en 500 sé que le vamos a dejar en 500 te voy a dar acá todas y aceptamos que lo dejamos en 500 lo primero que vamos a hacer para solucionar este problema de actualización de manera automática y evitarnos el tema de estar yendo a la pestaña analizar y actualizar todo que todo se actualiza automáticamente es haciendo lo siguiente a esto le vamos a guardar como una macro nos vamos a cada pestaña archivo acá un clic le damos en guardar como examinar y acá dice tipo o que acá dice tipo ahí está a un clic acá y le doy en libro de excel habilitado para macros a esta le doy libro de excel habilitado para macros le pongo el nombre que yo quiero ver 2 le poner un nombre a cada paso de productos acá en la pestaña diseño y ahora si esto acá diseño producto sobre productos entonces con eso ahora sí si creamos por ejemplo una tabla dinámica ahora a esta tabla porque ya es una tabla le acabamos de declarar acá vamos a seleccionar hacemos el mismo procedimiento seleccionamos todo nos vamos a insertar tabla dinámica y nueva hoja no aceptamos ahí está volvemos al inicio ponemos fecha en filas a ésta ponemos por ejemplo vamos a sacar trimestre y años ok sacamos esos dos vamos a poner los productos a pagar la tienda aquí y el importe como estaba hace un momento no ahí está me sale en la cuenta clic derecho configuración de campo suma le vamos a dar bien a esta volvemos a la misma tabla que hace un inicio comenzamos no tal y como estamos observando nuevamente vamos a apretar la combina al f 11 al f 11 y no acá hasta ahora no ahora es los 5 el nombre es muy diferente a la palabra que tenga hoja una casta hoja 12 veces clic nos vamos a acá worksite selección y así beige ok ahora sí vamos a poner acá todo es ya este código que el código que hace rato ya h abíamos generado lo seleccionamos lo copiamos y lo pegamos acá aunque lo guardamos al mismo vendedor copiamos y pegamos dos veces vamos a seleccionar todo esto color amarillo y vamos a poner por ejemplo marca de 200 y acá 303 mil para el ejemplo no y acá vamos a poner por ejemplo jose abonar es el chaco no y esos dos valores se deberían actualizar aunque es el año 2019 nos vamos acá un clic perdón e ra en vendedor no tendríamos jalar vendedor acá a filtros y ahí lo tenemos vendedor y ya nos actualizó quiero que se den cuenta jose al mandar es chacón acaba de ser actualizado de manera automática mediante las tablas dinámicas estos dos datos que no pertenecían a rango pero ahora es una tabla y ya no tiene un rango no sino que todo esto tiene un nombre y cada vez que insertamos nuevos datos como es una tabla declarada una tabla esto se va a ir actualizando de manera automática y va a trabajar en coordinación con las tablas dinámicas de excel no luego de eso tenemos el punto número 7 que vendrían a ser los cálculos personalizados en tablas dinámicas excel ok para la cual nosotros vamos a utilizar otra hoja de cálculo excel ok que observen la estructura de esta hoja de cálculo la que tengo acá son simplemente esta luz sencillo que no acá tenemos la fecha el producto pero para aplicar los cálculos personalizados tenemos las ventas por ejemplo del año 2018 y acá sus metas por ejemplo si yo quisiera saber qué que que vendedores o qué productos han llegado a la venta del año no muy sencillo vamos a seleccionar toda la tabla nuevamente como quien practicamos las tablas dinámicas nos vamos a la pestaña insertar nos vamos a tabla dinámica y simplemente aceptar ya sabemos no yo por acá por ejemplo en filas voy a poner los productos y acá en valor quiero saber las ventas y quiero saber las metas quiero saber qué productos han llegado a las metas no de ventas del año en este caso del año a ver este es otro hoja o eliminarlo si del año 2000 en este caso 2018 bien vamos a hacer lo siguiente vamos a hacer un clic en cualquier parte desde acá en cualquier parte de nuestra tabla dinámica y vamos a ir a esta pestaña que dice analizar ok nos vamos a analizar y acá a la derecha hay una opción que dice campo de elementos y conjuntos simplemente un clic y acá dice campo calculados le damos un clic en campo calculado y vamos a hacer lo siguiente acá nosotros vamos a crear un nuevo campo le vamos a poner por ejemplo en este caso es ventas ver sus metas para saber qué productos han llegado a sus metas simplemente acá en fórmula es donde nosotros vamos a aplicar la fórmula ok vamos a borrar este cero vamos a seleccionar en este caso las ventas en cada dos veces clic menos las metas dos veces clic le damos en aceptar voy a eliminar esto le damos en aceptar y acá está quiero que observen que aquí se me acaba de crear mi nueva este columna no y fíjense que acá están todos los productos por ejemplo los productos que han llegado a sus metas todo lo que son positivos vamos a acercar un poco para ver lo mejor todo lo que son positivos han llegado sus ventas no se tiene más de 1500 míguens olesker a la meta a ese le faltó 153 mil en ventas 100 soles 139 mil y este paso este de los siete mil 900 soles de la meta no también nosotros podemos por ejemplo aplicar este como una condición no vamos a suponer que todos los son negativos yo lo voy a seleccionar de color rojo todos esos n egativos para el siguiente año se mantengan pero en el tema de las metas ok todos los que son negativos no quiero que sea quiero que cumplan sus metas el siguiente año pero los que son positivos se multiplique las metas por por una cantidad no por ejemplo por el 5% más para el 10% más cómo podemos hacer eso no si me entienden peor se van a dar cuenta nuevamente nos vamos un clic en cualquier parte de la tabla nos vamos a analizar nos vamos campos y campo calculado nosotros acá vamos a poner metas 2019 yo veo metas 2017 no no sé porque él ha tomado así pero ese campo también se puede cambiar ojo también podemos cambiar vamos a poner las nuevas metas vamos a poner nuevas metas ok para que ustedes lo pueden entender nuevas metas 2019 lo que vamos a hacer acá es utilizar una función si voy a abrir un blog les voy a explicar cómo funciona la función si en excel ok la función si se escribe igual voy a agrandar un poco más esto para que lo puedan observar bien aunque yo voy a poner 80 enter l a función si lo escribimos así tal y ya esto le vamos a poner si es menor a cero ok con con el signo signo menor igual a cero ahí está ya lo estamos observando si es menor a cero entonces vamos a decir o sea si es negativo que las metas se sigan manteniendo tal y como las metas 2017 se nos dos veces clic y punto y coma si es falso o sea si ha superado la meta entonces ya tenemos este una nueva meta no vamos a seleccionar las ventas del 2017 o los los ventas 2017 y lo vamos a multiplicar en este caso por no sé 1.05 que vendrías el 5 más el 5 por ciento más o cualquier otro tal por 1.5 por ejemplo lo que ven es el 50 por ciento más y simplemente a ver vamos a estar estructurado a este cerramos paréntesis ok esta es la estructura lo que estamos haciendo acá es preguntar si ventas o sea las ventas que acabamos sacar es menor a 0 o sea los negativos si no han superado entonces que se siga manteniendo las ventas del año pasado no porque no lo han superado si las ventas es mayor que es en este caso se ha superado la meta entonces hay una nueva mente no x 1.5 aceptamos 10 sería todo fíjense que acá tenemos las nuevas este los nuevos métodos no a vender en este caso fíjense que teníamos la suma de metas que era 14 14 14 mil voy a poner el formato moneda o que ésta que me confunde esto lo voy a poner en configuración formato y vamos a ir a moneda creo que observen antes anteriormente las las ventas eran en este caso las metas del 2017 eran 14000 y se sigue más bien 14.000 porque porque no se llegó a la meta no ahí está le faltó mil lo mismo acá se mantiene estos dos datos se mantienen quiero que obs erven no sé las ventas y x 1.5 ya tenemos nuevas metas y creo que sí me han entendido si es que no me interesa parte pueden preguntarme ok y luego de eso como último punto nosotros tenemos el tema de los reportes múltiples con tablas dinámicas cómo vamos a hacer eso vamos acá a la hoja que anteriormente habíamos tenido acá lo tenemos a ver si yo voy a poner voy a ordenar nuevamente productos y por acá podemos poner en este caso vamos a poner productos acá y vendedor acá ok quiero que lo observen ahí está vendedor y sus productos nosotros podemos filtrar quiero que observen podemos generar múltiples reportes a todo lo que ponemos por ejemplo a candón en filtros quiero que entiendan eso vamos a ver voy a poner de color voy a cambiar por ejemplo de color de etiqueta acá los ojos para que se d en cuenta de algo que voy a poner amarillo a todo logo poner amarillo para acceden cuenta de algo está clic derecho o color la etiqueta amarilla simplemente para que se encuentra dead quiero que observen que todas las etiquetas está de color amarillo no qué pasa si nosotros por ejemplo queremos generar múltiples reportes pero de cada tienda ok acá esta tienda a tienda ve por ejemplo a esta tienda ve ahí está no pero yo quiero generar reportes de por tienda entiendes y quiero imprimir por ejemplo una tienda quiero saber su reporte otra tienda pero individualmente simplemente el reporte que nosotros queremos sacar tiene que estar en filtros hacemos un clic en cualquier parte de la tabla dinámica nos vamos a analizar nos vamos a acá donde dice opciones y nos vamos a mostrar páginas de filtro de informes hacemos un clic ahí y fíjense acá abajo acá acá acá donde están las las hojas mostrar páginas de filtro de informes hacemos un clic aceptamos y nos crea automáticamente acá ya podemos obse rvar a different tienda ahí están sus reportes tienda ver sus reportes tiendas sus reportes y tiendas de todos sus reportes vamos a cambiar por ejemplo quiero saber por por vendedor no vamos a poner acá tienden a bajar y ahora sí por vendedor nuevamente analizar opciones nos vamos acá a opciones un clic y le damos de mostrar páginas de filtro hacemos un clic vendedor aceptamos y ya tenemos todos los nombres de los vendedores por ejemplo carlos vázquez josé al andar es jose y así sucesivamente que hay más ojos ok quiero que lo observen lo fácil lo rápido que es hacer esto este tipo de reportes con una opción no más no un clic opciones y acá está la opción página de filtros de informes como pueden observar no es nada difícil lo único en un criterio acá es que los las hojas
