okay we're back for another edition of the sheet show we're throwing a little wrinkle this week we're in my hometown a place near and dear to my heart Regina on this beautiful sign it's been a crazy season big wins Big losses one thing that is unfortunately has not changed nicodine making ridiculous curling shots I can't wait for that guy to disappear uh this year he made a crazy spinner I'm a shot in the world championship we're gonna test him today along with some of the other top curlers in the world to see if we can actually make it again and find out if the shot was skill or it was fluke hope you enjoy the show [Music] [Music] hey Aaron Regina Champs cup with the killer Elena pets team Japan Superstar tsunami we're in Regina Shannon burchard how many uh shirts are burchard burchard burchard bottom with the world channel congratulations yep we're with the star of the show I told him we finally I had to dedicate my whole show to him and he said what finally it's about time and we have a shadow here today too she's in the background we got background dancers today okay nicodine's crazy shot at the World Championships right how many spins on it 100 150. did you think it was there as he was going down the other end you're like oh yeah he can make this shot no chance me too I thought no chance right yeah yes you did you couldn't make it I can make it do you think it was skill or do you think it was fluke well for him yeah yeah like for it was an intern right I know for for you it might be a little bit fluke I think it's got to be a better book He's practicing that he knows what to do he's one of the best that's the answer was the shot skill or was it fluke yes so I normally Host this show here's what we're doing though everyone here we got some world-class Talent behind us I'm gonna try it you're gonna do it again we're all gonna throw in me and me and Nick are just going to commentate and really just kind of make fun of everybody and see how hard the shot is but you got to set it up for us because you know exactly where it was okay okay yeah I'll go first because I'm not I'm not gonna make it but got a curl this looks hard I think that's pretty good [Music] hey I wouldn't hate to make that on my own show okay oh for One Birch you hardly have to change the way you throw it oh my God [Music] I drive for the win look at this oh they're right that's on camera if there's anyone that I think that can make it out here she would have been my I would have put money on Elena me too practicing them a bit too I think here we go we'll see not enough spin yeah that was not really a spinner though that's like uh Alina she Elena's just playing the straight freeze she must not have seen it there we go away I Love A Try okay honey okay honey McMillan World Champ no practice for a couple of weeks needs more spin yeah Brett Brett can you make it spin more heavy gotta Spin and curl that's like a half spinner I'm not I'm not sure I'm trusting Hannah no that doesn't count no this is like how did he win the world I guess he plays I saw you throw them normally at me next last one we are oh for seven and now we have the the champ nicodine to show us this is the real truth if it's blue for skill right the rest of us don't do this so we'll see skills that's close uh it looks really close again yeah I think you gotta go for Speed you gotta go for Speed oh no thanks for you guys doing that now we know Nick shot was definitely fluke because none of us made it but after watching them come down like I know it's my show and I don't want to say mine is the closest being made but was mine the closest to being made Betsy maybe okay hope everybody enjoyed that we just got to embarrass ourselves on this ice not as bad as Brett because he fell that was the best I hope everyone has a great summer and enjoys we'll see you back on the ice in October yeah October enjoy everybody for more uh details check out the groundswim with curling.com boom [Applause] I wonder if that's gonna make the show is
